Rasenshuriken or Chidori

Which do you think is better in power, useablity in battle, ability to create fast enough, number of uses? For Chidori use all forms Chidori stream and handheld Chidori

Good point Hammy Lets bring in all forms of both Chidori and Rasengan instead of just RasenShuriken vs Chidori

The answer is already clear Chidori. RasenShuriken takes to much chakra and it can be used several times (2 till now). Chidori can be used at close and mid range. So at long range u cant do anything with it. But if u got the speed, chidori is a good weapon for u.
Rasenshuriken is way stronger than chidori, close, mid and long range jutsu. But it takes a lot of chakra. So both have their advantages but i would go with chidori.

Well your limiting Rasengan to just RasenShuriken...

If it was all forms of Rasengan tech's then Rasengan wins hands down.

Mainly just for 1 particular jutsu. First shown in about chapter 505..ish vs the Kyuubi.

Gargantuan Rasengan Barrage....= Pwnd.

Just an FYI now Naruto has 10x...maybe 100x more chakra that Gargantuan non-stop Rasengan Barrage.....would have probably twice the power and twice or 10x the SM clones.

Well,you have a point.Indeed a Gargantuan rasengan barrage while in jinchu form is pretty much unavoidable given the fact that in that form,he is just too fast.
However,i think the gargantuan is a tech he performed while in Sage Mode and we have yet to see him use Sage Mode and Jinchu mode at the same time.

He has yet to finsih his training with Killer bee so he may(and its likely to) fuse both of the modes eventually,but at this point in the manga,he has yet to show it.

I am not sure if he could manage that.Entering sage mode during a battle is just too difficult and the shadow clone technique was said to send the chakra and info to the user,never said anything about sending the info and chakra to the other clones too when a clone poofed.Thus,the use of shadow clones to enter sage mode was destroyed,which means the clones would have to sit down and gather natural energy.Which will be really hard,if not impossible,to manage.

Anyway,my guess is he will eventually manage to fuse both of the modes,since kishimoto introduced to us that "prototype" of sage/jinchu mode.

I would go with rasengan cuzz of its power... If u mean in terms of now though the manga it would the rasengan becuzz of the power naruto has

He took the Nine-Tails chakra so i believe he may be able to fuse Sage mode and Jinchuu mode into one form all he really has to do is learn to draw on both the Nine-tailed and Natural chakra in about the same proportion thats just a theory. It could be too much for his body too stand but Naruto should have better chakra control now that he can't use what he wants insted of what leaks from the seal....

Rasengan and Chidori are fairly even until Naruto reaches the Rasenshuriken. Sasuke doesn't have a Chidori equivalent to the Rasenshuriken (with or without Sage Mode).

i go for Rasengan........take the possibility that naruto can learn other nature manipulations and fuse it with Rasengan to form another deadly technique.....besides rasengan has many forms and can be used from short range to long range................rasengan rocks....!!!!
