Hmm....maybe in a situation where i have managed to blind my opponent with smoke or something else, i can project my voice somewhere else so they believe that i have moved or that i didn't move as i go somewhere else. Or during class i could fart and put the sound of it behind someone so it sounds like they did it. xd

You can also project your voice to allies far away from you, but whose location is known to pass important information, like where's the opponent or what attack he's using.
You can also make your opponent believe he is being attacked from behind, and then you attack from the front. Etc Etc

For this move, i might use a genjutsu to distract my opponent as i silently get near him and attack him with a knife or another jutsu. i might also use when i have blinded him with light so i can move somewhere else to attack him while he doesn't notice i have moved.

So Cherry Blossom Storm is like 2 moves?? Can you be countered before you throw the igniting kunai?
For the first jutsu, if i was about to unleash a final attack that could leave me near death i would use it then to prevent the enemy from making a hasty counter.
For the second, i would use that in conjunction with a long range jutsu to deal extra damage since they are blind, plus i wouldnt want to get hurt from trying to do a close rang attack while the blossoms are in effect.
Third, id use that jutsu if i were in a cave to collapse the ceiling onto the enemy using a long range fire jutsu to set off the tags, at the same time not to commit suicide lol
If i wanted to give the impression that my ally and I have nearly escaped the battle field id project a sound of running away..
I could also project my voice to confuse my opponent to think im about to attack when im not, so he can ready his defenses giving me time to find a weakness.
1. I perform the hidden mist jutsu then silent homicide technique..
*As the mist forms i use 5 Senses Confusion Disorder & pull out my katanas.. As i run at amazing speed towards the enemy around the mist, & by the time i reach mid range i throw my katana striking the opponent in the heart.. O.O
2. We are in a cave.. *I have used Magic cloak of Invisibility to hide myself and I project a rock moving behind the enemy to distract him.. As hes turning around I use silent homicide and get close enough to throw my katana like a boomerang beheading the enemy* O.O
3. We are in a forest.. *Im hiding in a tree using magic cloak of invisibility..I use the clone technique and have them run at the enemy to distract him.. Then i use silent homicide to run down the tree and get behind him to snap his neck O.O

For the first one Id use hidden mist jutsu to hide myself and then use the Umbrella. Or id use 5 Senses confusion to confuse em then use the umbrella.
I have an animal already. But I guess id summon him and then do
"FuuuuuSION....HAA"<----LOl DBZ Joke. Id use a long range ninjutsu to distract him for a sec then combine with my summoning.
For the first one i would use it to distract the enemy while i use an earth justu that creates spikes and attacks him from below or throw multiple paper bombs in my opponents area and use the move to swewer them and stab them into the enemy to explode.
For the second i also have a summoning but im not sure what it does. im guessing its like henge no jutsu except it turns you and someone else into a larger object.

It's not really a mist made of water particles. It's a smoke screen, that comes out of a smoke bomb. When I compared it to the mist, I meant that the effects are similair, so using both at the same time is useless.

I like the idea of attacking your opponent from multiple directions. This can be applied to everything. If you attack your opponent from above, his counter and focus will be set there, so an attack that comes from behind or bellow him will have a much greater chance of being successfull
For someone who said he didn't understand the jutsu, you were right on the spot. Yes, it's an Henge no Jutsu but done with a partner (A Friend, an ally, a summon, an animal, stuff) creating a larger, transformation.

For the first one Id use that technique and just so happen to find the hardest rock(given the terrain) and harden my body if I had a direct water jutsu coming my way or maybe explosive tags etc..
Question ^ Lets say someone shot fireballs in the air to use Kirin..

It would be easy to use the technique in the beginning of a battle limiting the opponent to the abilities he/she would be able to use..
For the first one, i would use it when i am in close range with a very strong material to use with taijutsu, to weigh myself down when i am hit with wind or water, or to blend into a rocky surrounding.
For the second, it doesn't have much use in the battle arena but it might be used to disrupt the opponent's chakra so they can't perform a jutsu as long as you hold on to them or maybe to remove any jutsu thats helping them like that first jutsu or even forcing a sharingan deactivation with time. to use this i would first get underground and grab his legs or something.

It would kill you. This justu is a C rank one. If you try to take a hit from an high level jutsu, specially Lightning, you'd take the majority of the damage, and when I say majority, I mean 99.99% and you will die from it.
And for the second one, yes, the user gains the chakra taken.

1. Before the opponent enters the battlefield i quickly grab the needles and throw them into the ground watching them sink in. As the battle gets started I then release a few trapping my enemy and then Id release the rest to finish him off.
2. Id probably use torpedo needle as a starting jutsu to trap my enemy onto the ground.. When I throw my needles into the ground, i quickly put needle into my mouth as well. So then when i release the needles from the ground and trap the enemy, ill emit the nails from my mouth wounding the enemy.
For the first one, i would use it while someone's running at me and nail one of their feet in place to make him fall and i use the rest to nail his hands to the ground too or hide a bunch of exploding tags in the ground somewhere and when he get near i make nails pop out and carry the tags with them as they stap him and then i blow them up.
For the second i would spit this 'mist of nails' at my enemy's eyes or in their mouth while he is really close to me or while in midair since they will be hard to see from a distance and he would notice them late and would be suprized.

1. After I lengthen my hair andd trap the enemy I could use it to my advantage and throw the enemy into a wall, tree, and even the ground to cause some extra damage..
2. Id perform hidden mist jutsu then unleash the assortments of kunai and katana on the unsuspecting foe..
3 Self explanatory but how fast can that sword move from Short to mid? Based on levitating from my hand then striking the opponent.
For the first one i would use it to grab my enemy and bring him to me while i hit him with another jutsu. i could use it to grab faraway objects or even grab a teammate and get him out of the way of something.
For the second i would use it to throw alot of kunai with exploding tags attached to them instead of a few or have actual wires attached to them to maybe trap my enemy in a sort of net which would be good with a lightning move.
For the third, i would use it in a close up fight so i can attack him with taijutsu as well as the sword floating and attacking with me.
