This is a controversial jutsu. Some people say that this jutsu detonates already existing Shadow Clones:

Ex: You create a Clone using Shadow Clone Technique. That clone can use everything the user has. When you feel like it, you make it explode, using Shadow Clone Explosion.

Others say that it creates a fully functional Shadow Clone, with the additional ability to explode when you feel like it.

Ex: You create a Clone using Shadow Clone Explosion. That clone can use everything the user has. When you feel like it, you can just say that it explodes.

I use it differently. To me, you create a tangible clone that can't use any chakra jutsu. You can make it preform taijutsu, and when you feel it, you explode it.

Self Explanatory. Chakra Sensors, Heat Sensors, Sound Sensors, Doujutusu users are immune to this, aswell as Kage and Sage. Sannin are debatable.
Btw, this just makes you invisible, not intangible. If your enemy throws a kunai at you and you counter it by using this jutsu, unless you move from your place you'll still get hit by the kunai.

(Mikadzuki no Mai) - Dance of the Crescent Moon

1 Shadow clone jutsu - I would use it to confuse an enemy so I can perform a deadly blow, I would use it to transform the clone to blend in with the battle field and along the lines of that.

2 Shadow Clone Explosion - I would do as you said and use it for taijutsu, ninjutsu but in order for me to make it effective I would make sure to be within mid to short to make it worth it.

3 Dance Of The Crescent Moon - (I saw that movie) I would use my dual swords while performing this technique(I love swords). I would confuse my enemy first and then the real me would use silent homicide to finish him off with a stab through the heart.

4 Camouflage concealment - I would use it if we were near trees, so I could blend in better or use it right after a blinding attack to escape.

For the first one, i would use it to perform multiple jutsu at the same time, for multi-directional attacks, or to distract my enemy while i prepare something else.

For the second one, i would use it while in close range of my enemy and have them do taijutsu attacks and i make them explode when they are closer.

For the third, i would use it after making clones so i can escape or get to a better area while my enemy is distracted.

For the last one, i would suddenly run up to my enemy with a sword while creating clones of myself to confuse him while i attack where there is an opening or a blind spot.

So many Rasengan variants.. :|

1. With both Rasengan and the Oodama Rasengan I would need to catch my opponent at close range, probably by blinding em first or by a distraction..

Id used Eyesight deprivation, hidden mist jutsu, even a flash bang to distract them by means of blinding. Maybe even cause a big enough jutsu like a fireball to blind them. But the whole point would be to get close enough to make the attack a success.

2. With the elemental Rasengan, I was thinking of a lightning rasengan.. Somewhat like destructo disk from DBZ lmao or Yamchas Spirit Ball with a lightning effect..

3. With shadow shuriken cant we hide shadow clones in them like how naruto did with Pein? Id use that same type of element of surprise with my enemy. Plus Id use that technique to OP my enemy by creating 4 Shadow clones that use it creating 4 attacks instead of 3...(Loop hole lmao)

For the first and third, i would use it while im close to my opponent so i can hit him while hes busy performing a jutsu or as a way to get close to by using it on incoming attacks.
For the second, i would use it to suprise an opponent who just throws a shuriken at mine without knowing i would multiply it or i would use it with a group of bombs for a larger affect.
For the fourth i would use it to beat an opponent's elemental jutsu by changing the rasengan's nature and giving it the advantage or create affects with it that could help me later on.
