Ok Yakumo is the last surviving member of the Kurama clan, the legendary genjutsu ninja. She is a weak frail girl so she cannot be enrolled in the academy. The thiurd appointed Kurenai to train her in genjutsu.. Kurenai gave up on her and sealed her abilities away temporarily. 3 years later her powers awakened and have all of the effects I have used, and she has a demon that makes her urge to attack and fight for her powers to come fully. Her jutsus are paintings that can do what she wants such as the disappearing part, and other things along those lines. She doesnt need blood or anything since her clan is the most powerful genjutsu clan there is, and theres no doubt with her abilities. I was able to pinpoint your location etc, by looking out of the portal and things along those lines so I am fully capable of using them,.

But at the same time I must say that I never went outside of the portal in my last move [[pg 1]] meaning that I was inside the portal the whole time meaning the rain didnt hit. And if your not inside the portal I dont see how the seal could hit or the rain capture.
