Naruto doesn't have an instantaneous S/T tech like Sasuke last time I checked. Even with his SO6P+BM speed or whatever he is slower; Sasuke was constantly blitzing Madara in their last square-off. Sounds like a good difference to me and that's just counting one of them. VOTE2 is MC plot armor at its peak.

In round one & three he was weakened from crossing dimensions. In neither instance did he use Susano. In round two he was in full health. Kinshiki couldn't even hit a base Sasuke who was holding Sarada.

Very good, you almost made sense. That's a step forward. But like I said, almost. How many people were present during the fights that happened after Naruto and Sasuke received sage-powerups? That's right. Team 7 and the others that are obviously dead and can't tell anyone anything. Apparently Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and/or Kakashi gave full interviews to make everyone aware of those two's cool powerups. Yeah, bullshit. At most general things would be known and maybe T7 talked about it in detail with people they're close to, but outside of that, it's not like every one knows how the fight went down.

Doesn't need to be stated. It was clearly shown. At the Valley Kurama said Sasuke's inexperience with Rinnegan is why he can't use his own technique (Chidori) while absorbing. Furthermore, after a teleporting a few yards Sasuke needed rest from a few uses. Now he can cross entire dimensions and still teleport without needing rest.
Landing hits with Sasuke's help doesn't put them above Kaguya.
