Sado seemed to be just negotiating, but now he seemed like he wasn't going to budge.

You're trying to speak from a place of power, and I get that. You can't give what you don't have. 4 landmarks, 4 months, 4k.

Shimo can have clan warfare freely, but village warfare will be impossible unless attacked or provoked as stated above..

I'm not budging on those. This is the last offer. I even lowered the income, to counter the landmark.

The land is probably the most valuable asset, so Tsumigakure gets to directly pick which ones we take in.

You lowered the income cause that's all the village has, not to compromise chief, come on now, don't play like that.

3LM, 4k, 4 months.

You would only be able to pick the ones closes to your lands right? Due to only claiming landmarks to add onto your current village? (OOC rules i think or is that no longer the case?)

The Shogun-Slayer began to write down the terms, placing an emblem on the treaty.

Final offer, take it or leave it.
Shimogakure submits to defeat and agrees to the following:
  • Give Tsumigakure three of their landmarks.
  • Give Tsumigakure four-thousand village kumi
  • Tsumigakure cannot attack Shimogakure for five months.
  • Shimogakure cannot attack anyone for five months excluding clan warfare or provocation.

Magnus read over the contract for a moment then smiled.

"Things seem about right, there is just a few details to clear up. First of all, which three landmarks in shimogakure were you looking to acquire, we should put that in here. Not only that but would you mind taking the bounty of my head with the signing of this? Can make for some troublesome times if you know what i mean?

You know just cover those bases in written form so no outlying issues after this and we can all go about our day? This has all been a rather pain hasn't it?"

Magnus read the treaty twice over. Seemed fine to him so he signed it. With this his mission was complete.

Spawning into the NW with this post.

The message had been received, however, during his long slumber, it appeared he had missed all that had happened. As he strolled through the marketplace, looking for Magnus, the last person he had spoken to before his departure, he glanced back over the small letter on where to meet, and headed over. It didn't take long for Hades to recognize a familiar figure, wandering around the marketplace, coming up behind them and speaking ever so casually.

It has been quite a long time, Kiriyuin, i hope you've not forgotten me after all this time

A gentle smile wrapped Hades face, as he spoke to an old comrade that he had not seen in a long time

Mission element - Deal with a problem in a tactical manner, instead of through direct confrontation.

Jonathan surveyed the situation as the men spoke, they chose not to reply to him, appearing deep in discussion and as the muscular man stepped closer he understood why.

It seemed this place was being treated as neutral ground for two competing sides, but who was this person speaking on behalf of Shimogakure and what had become of Nana the kage at Jonathan's time of departure.

Jonathan listened as they spoke, both of them sounded rather short with the other, as though there had been a degree of tension. Jonathan bit back the urge to intervene, these people wanted to take the lands of his village and threatened violence should it not be given.

Was this truly the way of the world now? Jonathan thought to himself as he reflected on his time with the monks, was peace really feasible in such a territorial environment. These people seemed driven by greed and pride, on both sides of the discussion.

The sound of fabric and leather snapped Jonathan back to attention, the sound was from his own gloves, unknowingly his fists had clenched so tight with indignation that his knuckles were no doubt white beneath the straining leather. Was he know better than the people he was listening to? After all every nerve in his body was telling him to intervene, to yell in anger that the people of these lands suffered enough already.

The frigid winds bit in to the back of Jonathan's neck like a feral wolf, it seemed the winter was here to stay for a little longer, these lands were always at their worst during the winter months.

Food was scarce on account of the lack of growth, and keeping a harvest that would sustain a whole village for the long winters was always a struggle. Animals were also scarce with many migrating to warmer climates in the south, the few that remained were skittish and quick to flee making hunting incredibly challenging.

Jonathan could see how dire the situation was, the market stalls were low on goods especially fresh ones, the meat was old, heavily covered in salt to preserve it, something Jonathan's keen nose twitched at. Furs were old to, last seasons at least perhaps older, it seemed the hunt had been even less forgiving than usual, if that was even possible.

The north was a brutal place for those without means after all, and although Jonathan was raised in wealth and luxury, he had lived in squalor also. His home had been destroyed years ago now and he had clawed his way back to a sense of belonging, but was the place he belonged once more forfeit, had his time attempting to broaden his horizons backfired. After all, he had finally begun to return home but was met with this sight as though fate conspired to crush his resolve.

No, Jonathan thought to himself. Clearly peace is a goal but it can't be achieved through non violence, what the monks preach is only a half truth. Fighting in of itself is not an act of evil, sometimes the only way to enforce justice is with violence. Jonathan pondered as the two leaders spoke, he debated with himself in silence, when was the right time to employ violence then.

How does one man decide this, is it really that simple, it would have to be, because being indecisive is worse than anything. Men had to stand for what they believed in no matter what, Jonathan believed in peace and so that's what he would fight for, was it really that simple? Only time will tell.

Negotiations seemed to be ending, if you could even call it that. Some of the land of Shimogakure was to be given away and the village would enter a non aggression pact, it wasn't entirely unreasonable and at least no innocents would suffer.

Whatever was going on in the village, Jonathan had to discover the truth and soon. Even if he didn't fight with his fists he had to continue to fight in spirit, he turned and looked the two leaders up and down.

His fists opened, a wave of serenity seemed to wash over him. The path he had to take was right here all along in the middle of this chaos. There would be no violence today, no matter who deserved it. The greater good was letting everyone here continue to enjoy peace for as long as possible. While force would be required from time to time, it had to be a last resort.

The treaty was signed, and Jonathan began to walk away before hearing the new leader of Shimogakure speak, he turned once more to look upon him.

"What happened here, what has happened to the village? Why are foreign people here for our land. Have I truly been gone so long as to have missed armed conflict? What of Nana, does she live?" Jonathan asked this man.

As he spoke Jonathan's eyes scanned the market, he needed to procure a new outfit whilst he was here still, thankfully the incredible clarity of vision afforded by the byakugan allowed him to scan the market without needing to physically move.

Once he finished discussing with this man, he would get the clothes and make a beeline for the village. He needed to mobilize whoever was left, the monks had mentioned a far off land rich in resources while he was there, a land bigger than even the continent they were on.

Should such a place exist it would surely help to elevate the northern lands out of poverty, perhaps they could even get the land back from these invaders if the price was right.

It seemed perhaps that expansion would be the solution, it was a very capitalist mind set, but perhaps this would benefit the people as a whole, provided the right people were in power within Shimogakure. Could this young man be one of those people, perhaps, Jonathan chose not to judge a book by it's cover.

With all the deals done and dusted, Magnus's clone needed to pass the message to all his other clones mid battle but first he had an issue to deal with.

"Nana, can i have a quick talk with you?"

[coming from here]

The clone came over to see his other clone. Now there were two Magnus's. One talking to the former kage and now him. He noticed the treaty and heard people talking as he entered the market. Seemed the war was over that's when he saw a familiar face... he picked up a rock with a grin on his face and threw it at a man's head as he shouted....

"Jooooooo jooooooooooo"

Mission element - Deal with a traumatic event from your past

Jonathan was waiting for the person to reply, when he heard something speak from nearby, the voice was unfamiliar but what he said made Jonathan's blood run cold.

The elongated way of saying his nickname, it made Jonathan's most traumatic memories seemingly resurface.

"Dio?!?"

He said aloud in his confusion, he knew the man looked nothing like Dio but how could he have known his nickname and was saying it in that way just a fluke? Jonathan asked this of himself as he caught the stone in mid air between two of his fingers, his heightened reflexes and near 360 degree vision made this easy enough.

Though it wasn't the stone that was the problem, it was what this meant, for the longest time Jonathan thought he was over the events of his past, that saw his father murdered and his family home destroyed.

Jonathan could see the fire before his eyes once more, it was tough to accept even now; Dio had been like a brother to him, like a son to his father, so why had he acted as he did. He had been poisoning Jonathan's father for weeks, before Jonathan had discovered the awful truth.

Even when confronted Dio had shown no remorse nor even tried to deny it, had he held such hatred for the Joestar family, despite all he was given? This was perhaps the most painful part for Jonathan's pride, for years he had done his best to be a gentleman, to be upstanding and kind. Had he failed Dio, by pushing so hard to be a paragon had he closed himself off to the darkness growing in his foster brother?

Such thoughts still haunted him, that was the extent of the trauma he had suffered, some part of him knew that Dio was always broken, that he was evil, but he couldn't accept that without also accepting that he had failed to notice it.

Jonathan's failure to stop Dio there, to take him down by any means necessary, that failure had cost his father's life, and the life of many peacekeepers. It had also, to Jonathan's knowledge anyway, cost the life of his foster brother Dio to.

This trauma was entirely overwhelming and could not be unpacked all at once, but for now Jonathan would have to learn to accept that fundamentally Dio was rotten. He couldn't change the past and he couldn't bring the dead back, even if he could it would be wrong.

His only true recourse now, was to learn to recognize those who were evil, to cast aside the naivete and ignorance that came with being good and wanting to see good in the world. Jonathan truly wanted to change things for the better, to achieve that he would need to see the bad, and right now the bad he saw wasn't this stranger. People here were starving, they were struggling deeply, Jonathan had to do something.

"Greetings, I'm afraid your face is unfamiliar to me. How do you know my nickname?" He said to the stranger, showing a new resolve.

As Magnus got closer he began to slow down listening to the way the man before him spoke, he couldn't believe it, this wasn't who he though, though the resemblance was clearly there.

"I'm sorry, i thought you were someone else but now looking at you so close, i have no doubt in your mind. You're Jonothan aren't you. You may not remember me but i've known your father for many years. Well, i did know him. I'm sorry for the tragic loss to your family. He was a good man."

Magnus paused for a moment while he thought back to those years ago when Jonathan's father had visit's Magnus's family estate out in the country. Magnus was only young at the time, he could only have been around 10 but he remembered him well, he had a prescience about him yet he was polite and respectful.

"Your father, George. He came to visit my family years ago, back when i was only a young lad. He'd come to see my father about some papers. They were quite hushed about it at the time going into the study shutting the door telling me to give them some privacy. I remember being sat reading when i heard the shouting, it was my own father...."

Magnus was thrown back into the memory now, his eyes looking distant as though he was reliving it, cast back in his mind.

"...When i got to the room, your father... he was on the floor, unconscious, blood around his mouth with my father over him trying to wake him between barking orders for people to get things. I'll be honest, in that moment i froze. Up until this point i'd lived quite the peaceful luxurious life, i'd never seen someone so sick... nor had the thought crossed my mind... of seeing someone die. When i trained it was to protect myself not to go out and cause harm... something with this changed something in me... i'll be honest.."

Magnus found his right hand on his chest at this point, holding his heart. His anatomy hadn't changed at all, but that feeling in his chest with the events, it changed the way he felt, something that wouldn't change back...

"... The next thing i knew my father had George on a sofa with his shirt open listening to the sounds of his heart, checking his pulse too, then he was looking at your father's eyes. He couldn't work it out until he noticed his hands. There was something about his hands before he just said the word 'poison'..."

Magnus remembered he'd frozen at this point. His father was speaking at him but he couldn't focus. Jonothan's father had been someone Magnus saw as untouchable, a strong imposing, calculated figured, the fact that even he could have been poisoned shook him to his core. WHat about his own father? His mortality hit Magnus at this point.

"...I'm not really sure what happened in the next hour or so it was all a blur. My father gave your father some medicine he made just for him saying it would push back the effects but it wasn't a permanent cure. That he needed to find the source. They spoke as old friends from here and that's when your name came up. Your father spoke very highly of you, you know? He actually came to me to show me a picture saying we were similar ages at the time and what you were like. Said you'd be a great man one day and that i should look forward to meeting him and that you would be happy to meet me..."

Magnus decided to not tell Jonathan about his father writhing in pain for what seemed like an eternity, begging for the suffering to stop as Magnus's father restrained him trying cure after cure just hoping, praying one would work. Magnus felt like his childhood was destroyed in that day. He'd seen a man beg for his death by such a young age, seen his suffering and all because someone had poisoned him, wanted him dead, such a good person. It made Magnus question the world he knew leading him to what he'd become this day... You could only achieve the eyes Magnus held... through tragic suffering and loss... there was no going back on that.

"Well, i guess it is good to meet you, my name is Magnus... "

"I...That was a beautiful story, a painful but beautiful one. It reminded me of many things Magnus. We should talk more soon, please give me some time. Today is a lot to come to terms with."

Jonathan said, as he walked away from the area in a blur of emotions. His purpose was now clear but his soul had never felt so clouded.

Hades was quite confused when his fellow village member failed to even acknowledge him, maybe the village members where up to something, and couldn't be seen talking to each other, or maybe she had truly forgotten him. Maybe she didn't even hear him which would make sense, he did speak rather quietly. Opting to leave the young women alone, Hades spun on his heel, only to be met with Magnus, standing right behind him. Without his doujutsu activate, Hades truly was ignorant to the world around him, however, the fact that Magnus wanted to speak alone peaked Hades interests, greatly. Channeling his Chakra, Hades enveloped the duo in his chakra, before speaking.

Of coarse, Kage-sama

As soon as the words left his mouth, the duo would vanish, being summoned to the jaguar rain forests, a location even the best trackers could not find, the only downside, was the rain. Perching himself against a wet rock, Hades glanced and spoke once more to Magnus.

Apologies about the weather, but i believe this should be private enough, Kage-sama?

Descritpion: This technique is an adapatation of Jiraiya's crushing toad stomach technique which reverse summoned the user and their opponents into the stomach of a toad on Mt. Myoboku. In this variation the user reverse summons him and his opponent deep into the homeland Rain forest of the Jaguars. Giant trees fill the forest with their thick canopies hundreds of feet in the air and to those below looks like a pitch black night sky. The thickness of the canopy blocks out light limiting vision to both the user and the opponent so that nothing can be seen at long range, at mid range a person's silhouette can be seen while at short range they are fully visible. In this forest it is constantly raining in a heavy down pour that saturates the area. This location is a specifically forbidden section of the forest due to its mysterious and sacred past. People who remain here too long will be forcible removed after three turns by unknown forces.
~Can only be used once per battle.
~Must be capable of summoning the boss Jaguar summon.
~No Jaguar summonings or reverse summonings can be used for the remainder of the battle.

Kiriyuin had spotted her next target. A bunch of bandits that were threatening in the land of fire. Looking to make the most of her potential, Kiroyuin created a clone that began to head off towards the gate while the real Kiriyuin stayed in the marketplace. There was a lot that needed to be taken care of as she wanted to start building up her families name once again. Despite being the grand daughter of the Shodaime, she didnt want to be known simply as the grand daughter of the first Korikage. There was a short break of the inner reflection as a voice called her.

The current Kage asked for her. Had he known already of her exploits and her desire? She was about to find out.

Yes Kage-sama. Whats on your mind?

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

The clone of Magnus smiled. He focussed on a spot behind Kiryuin and created a portal to pass over them both taking them both to his own space time realm leaving the clone behind to do what ever it needed to.

"I need a moment of your time"

(Doujutsu: Kaen no Kōfuku: Farsight) - Eye Technique: Enshi
Rank: Forbidden
Type: Supplementary, Defensive, Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40 (70)
Damage points: N/A
Description: Farsight is a space/time Mangekyou Sharingan ability linked to both the users eyes. The user will focus on a single spot with his right eye, as he does that spot will glow as sparks spiral outwards tearing open a hole in space, creating a portal to the users own realm, the mirror realm. With this portal open, the user can focus to move the portal forwards of backwards, taking anything that it passes over into the mirror realm. While this spiralling energy tears open the hole in space, it's generally not harmful, but if something is caught in the portal when it's closing, it will cut into what ever is caught dealing 100 damage points to anything caught in a closing portal, as the doorway to the mirror dimension is severed. The portal forms as fast as amaterasu, the focus before the spark like energy spirals outwards. The portal can be up to 2m in diameter. Moving the portal can be done passively. The portals forming are silent. The user can make two linking portals, where he passes through the mirror realm to open up another with one use of this jutsu. He can make the two linking portals without having to pass through them.

The mirror realm is exactly as it states, it's a mirror image of the world we all all see. Just back to front, like looking at a reflection. If the user is fighting in a village, it will look exactly the same but a reflection of it it. If it's daytime in the real world it will be day time in the mirror realm. If it's raining in the real world it will also be raining in the mirror realm. Now what makes this truly unique is how the users left eye works.

The left eye is linked to the mirror realm itself, what ever the user can see in the mirror world he can bend and fold space within. The user can focus on a single or large point to bend the laws of physics itself. He can make concrete seem like a trampoline, he can make buildings bend without breaking, the very air solid like a pain of glass, similar as to how Yin Release: Change into Heaven can change the properties of an element, this power allows the user to change the properties of space in his own realm. From making glass seem like rubber, the air dense as stone to stop someone moving, folding the space in a certain area so the ground becomes the side like a wall, a building is now the roof and what was now right is down, the user can fold and bend space as much as they like. They can't remove gravity or, just bend the world around so the effects of gravity can cause them to fall where the ground is no longer below them. The user is unable to completely change an object, he can't turn stone to fire or solid to gas (or vice versa), but can change the texture and density and state of matter of anything physical he may see, stretching a 10x10 meter area. Solid rock can become as soft as dirt to break through, or glass can become as solid as steel, or even act like a trampoline, changing the physical structure of what he sees rather than converting it to something else.

Note: Can use these portal abilities a total of 8 times per battle with his EMS active and he can use the space warping ability of his left eye 6 times per battle.
Note: If an opponent with no means to return to the normal world is sent to the mirror realm, he cannot return unless the user brings him back, unless they have a method of travel through space/time.
Note: To perceive and have a chance to react to this technique, the targets need to have at least MS level of perceptions or be wielders of Space/Time techniques themselves.
Note: Must have EMS active
Note: Can only be used by The pervy Sage

With everything finished up, Vegeta makes a seal dispersing all his clones then gathers around everyone. Having Boit there helped as he touches The Rock and Spaghetti as well. Once everyone was in contact, they vanish into thin air, gone in a poof of smoke like magic..
