Description: Dragonbone is a gray advanced armor composed entirely from a portion of a bone from one of the great Watasumi Dragons. The outer padding is light gray while the under layer consists of a more muscle fiber-esque design with a darker hue of gray. Throughout the upper part of the armor are green orbs. These green orbs have the ability to distribute chakra throughout the suit, reinforcing and enhancing the metal. This grants enhanced defensive capabilities, allowing the user to reduce 25 points from physical damage. The visor prevents the user from being blinded from enemy ninjutsu and or tools, and does so without hindering the user's vision in any way shape or form, in fact these visors enhance the user's vision enabling them to see through chakra infused mist, smoke screens etc and other field effects that would otherwise hinder their vision up to mid-range. There are also other portions of this armor allowing for external attachments enabling the user to attach tools to the armor (much like the Dragon Orbs that supplement Genji's Sage Mode and his sensory capabilities). As for it's additionally ability, through the users knowledge of medjutsu, and the new technology in the ninja world Genji became capable of producing a simple automated system built into this skin tight armor capable of restoring and repairing damage caused to the user, by siphoning off chakra from the user in order to heal their wounds. This process is fully automated and doesn't require any conscious input from the user and is all utilized by drawing chakra from the user in order to passively heal himself (-15 chakra per usage). The skin tight suit is capable of detecting blood, burns and inflammation as well as any damage the user sustains during battle and is capable of repairing said damage. The armor isn't capable of restoring severe damage and or regenerating limbs and can only repair a maximum of 30 health per turn passively. Lastly this unique armor despite its usual green/grey appearance can have it's color, accents and glow changed to whatever the user wishes, this however is entirely a cosmetic ability.

Declined; Simply changing the word exoskeleton to armor doesn't remove the fact that armors/exoskeletons are reserved for Cyborgs and Mandalore. Rework this techniqueo to be something else.

While those chakra nodes/rods enabled Nagato to utilize his chakra to control entities from extended ranges, these unique orbs focus entirely on the sensory capabilities of the nodes, these specific nodes are capable of reacting to spikes of chakra within the area up to long range (one landmark) as well as being able to sense the presence and location of chakra on the field. Enabling the user to surmise that the enemy is about to launch a technique however this in no way enables the user to have any detailed knowledge of what the opponent might be doing without additional information. This isn't the extent of the chakra orbs sensory capabilities, these chakra nodes are also fully equipped with sensory programming enabling them to detect heat signatures and motion enabling the user to become aware of any movement and heat within a five meter radius of their person. These orbs being in contact with the users body enable them to be instantly aware of any disturbances in their vicinity. The Dragon Orbs also have an additional ability, directly tied to the user's ability to enter sage mode. After extensive research in Ryuchi's Cave, Genji had discovered a way to heighten his affinity for sage mode through these unique chakra orbs, created from the bones of dragons in Ryuchi's Cave and infused with Genji's own essence, these orbs heighten the users affinity for sage mode passively, enabling them to convert an additional 20% of their chakra. These nodes are orb shaped and are attached to the user's armor.

Declined; The armor part still has to be removed from the description. Just for your sake to save you another resubmission after this, the Senjutsu aspect of the Orbs will only apply to ISM and not PSM.

Declined: I like the sensory portion, but I don’t really think that the bolder portion fits in with the rest of the Orbs’ abilities. In addition to the specifications being too powerful, improving those specific tenacity/healing aspects of SM through a Tool in this manner doesn’t make sense. This will also need a chakra cost and some general restrictions.

Description: The Self Stabilizing Automatic Reload Ballista (or SSARB) is the first version of a prototype in a attempt to defend castles from invading armies. Its sole purpose is to be permanently summoned then mounted on a specific landmark (up to 1 per landmark, a max of 5 landmarks) then it'll do as the name says, automatically reload itself as it shoots giant arrows from its topside loading mechanic. The structure represents a huge crossbow with a loading bag containing the arrows that're combined via a rope that keeps the arrows in place as the valve on top carries the next arrow into the loading line - cocking it backwards before releasing thus shooting the singular arrow towards the destination of the adversary. The Ballista acts as a trap that upon entering the landmark will trigger its system to which it'll then immediately shoot the first arrow towards its direction; this includes anyone besides the user who's summoned the tool, although if the user knows puppetry they can use this tool as such via chakra connection with the structure to keep it from shooting unnecessarily. The arrow can, although, be of any element the user desires, it'll normally require the user to know steel release to ideally make the arrow tip unless the user desires to make the tip out of something besides; requiring a solid element mass. Upon activating the scenario, in a battle rules stand point, will have the crossbow stand long range from the opponent entering the landmark. During the reload phase, it'll take a single move slot to do so, ideally shooting will take one move slot as well. As the tool activates upon the opponent(s) entering the same landmark it'll always take move priority over them as its reaction vs arrow velocity vs knowledge of its existence will overpower the ruling that the opponent will ever take a first defensive unless previously encountering the tool itself (the crossbow will always take the first move in battle with the opponent(s) unless at least one opponent expresses with clear detail of their previous encounter with the tool).
- Custom Arrows are Allowed
- Cannot be summoned during battle, however can be used if fighting in the same landmark

(Ōkosei) - The Kingdom of Sacrifice Technique

Description: This tool is in resemblance to Nagato's mechanism that he was hooked up to, however in a much more large scheme. Instead of just a small utility its a enlarged one that stands at least 20 foot high as a containment center for chakra in a shape of a perfect sphere. This tool to say the least requires a whole landmark to be placed inside; permanently staying there until broken. Its primary purpose is to store chakra through the act of sapping it through the body of a individual, either user or victim. Large tubes containing needles will inject themselves onto the backside of the individual then proceed to inject itself inside the body to which it'll then absorb the chakra of the individual through the needle and into the tube where it'll then be transferred to the containment pod. Another mechanic is attached to the pod that're ideally with other similar tubes that're connected to the backside, however the second ones is to use the chakra containing inside; rather manipulate it. As anyone connects themselves with the second tubes it'll gift them the ability to use the chakra reserves stored inside the containment pod, this'll ideally lock and restrict them from using their own reserves. Although this will give the user freedom to do pretty much anything with the chakra that they now have its paramount that they wont be able to move at all during this as the tubes are extremely short in length, similar to that of nagato's imprisonment. If by any chance the user does move then the tubes will automatically eject from the backside and thus leaving the user without the usage of the chakra contained inside the pod.
- The pod can store up to 5k chakra max
- The pod is made out of steel
- Cannot be summoned during battle
- Can only be used once

Both declined: I consulted with WSE mods, and customs which alter landmarks like this aren’t allowed outside of Custom Artifacts. Alter those portions and we can go from there. I can already tell you the second submission is wild and will be difficult to get approved in any form though.

Description: Servitora is a unique ninja tool split into small series of mirrors shaped like regular octahedrons, floating thanks to a ring of the user's chakra. When activated, they create three-dimensional copies of the user. Should a mirror be destroyed, its corresponding copy will disappear, too. As the user's chakra interacts with the mirrors, they reflect the chakra like they would light waves projecting a three-dimensional copy of them, however, these copies are only optical illusions similar to the E-ranked Clone Technique. As such, they cannot harm an opponent but are useful in disorienting them since they will be unable to discern which is the real one or where the next attack will come from. Each clone also possesses the user's chakra signature making it difficult for chakra sensors and even a Sharingan user to determine which is the real one. Since the duplicates are reflections, left and right will be inverted; however, if a copy is reflected, left and right will be inverted again, thus matching the user's image perfectly. Further confusion can be created if the user switches their own left and right with a disguising technique. This tool automatically creates up to 4 of these optical illusion clones at the beginning of every battle unless the user chooses not to activate it.

  • Regular ninja may carry four of these into battle, only two copies allowed on the field at one time.
  • Cyborgs may carry up to 8 and are capable of having four copies on the field at one time.

The Lemillion hero costume consists of a white, skin-tight body suit on his torso with "1,000,000" stamped across his chest in bright gold. The trimmings around the chest and the shoulder pads are the same color. The chest plate also includes two red shoulder mounts that are the same color as the long cape and gloves.

Green lines protrude from the waistline that matches the green designs also featured in the shoulder pads. Lemillion also sports blue pants that tuck into long white boots. He completes this costume with a large white visor that acts a mask. The Lemillion costume was made with special functions created to supplement a shinobi as a tool at their disposal. It is able to passively absorb chakra from the user and store up to 10% at a time; Using this stored chakra to gain access to 2 abilities that are specifically designed to aid Mirio Togata.

Extension: Extension is the ability to use a portion of the stored chakra and add it to techniques being used; All in one time frame. By adding this additional chakra to a technique, the user is able to extend the range of said technique by 1. This would only apply to techniques coming directly from the user, not techniques that spawn in a different area. I.e. A fire ball coming from the user, or a seal script originating from the user's hand would gain the additional range. But a fire pillar formed below someone or a barrier erecting around someone wouldn't gain any additional range. This Is passive [doesn't count as a move per turn] but can be used on 1 technique per turn without a cool down up to A-rank, but needs a turn cool down if used on S rank and above. If used on multiple techniques per turn, it will need a cool down equal to the number of additional techniques extended.

Damage protection and enhancement: This ability pertains to actual physical combat and defense against damage. The costume is made of a unique, chakra infused threading that gives the suit a malleable feel, but also makes it durable enough to take damage. This allows the the suit to tank/shave D-rank damage [20] from techniques. The unique feature about this is, once tanking or shaving damage from techniques, this damage is then transferred to the next tai/ken/bukijutsu based attack the user uses. The suit can store up to certain amount of damage [60] before it gets overloaded and loses the stored damage. Meaning if it stores any more than 60 damage before transfering it to a close combat technique, the damage would simply be lost and unusable. This is another passive ability and doesn't count towards a move per turn.

Note: Only Usable by Shady Doctor

Declined: I know that you used the word costume, but this is basically the same as exoskeletons and armors which other people have been trying to get as CTs. Those are considered advanced CTs requiring a Mandalore or Cyborg bio to submit.

Description: This simple tool embedded into another tool or amour functions simply by producing an Electromagnetic field. With the use of Fuinjutsu, the user can passively use the tool, triggering the seal upon a single click on a button. The barrier's seal upon this tool works to filter other electromagnetic fields from the area, including the planet's natural electromagnetism. This creates clean and sharp a clear sensory for the tool to have data needed to create an electromagnetic field around, and offer an alert whenever objects enter it with 100% accuracy. Without enhancing the user's reaction time, it simply allows the user to know the location of the incoming threat around them.

Note: Objects that don't have a physical form, i.e Wind-based attacks that aren't concentrated (with out shape manipulation) can by-pass the sensory field.

Declined: Go ahead and remove the references to Fuuin and Barriers. As a CT, it’s unnecessary and makes the whole thing feel almost identical to Dome Barrier Method.

Description: The Heavy Arms are a ninja technology that was adapted from a construction tool that allowed normal builders to lift objects and materials far too heavy for their average strength. They exist as a skeletal wrapping around the armors that link around the back of the user, using their shoulders to support the weight. When activating them, they enhance the strength of the arms by using a system of hydraulics coupled with motors and chakra. As a result, arm based techniques used by the user become much stronger, increasing their damage by ten points. When converted into a ninja tool, the designer crafted them so they could be decoupled from the wearer's arms and form into a second pair of arms that sat at the sides of their torso. While these arms can channel chakra, they're incapable of being used for forming hand seals and are therefore more suited for taijutsu and wielding weapons. When decoupled the arms can be spun rapidly at the elbow created a buzz-saw of sorts when holding a bladed weapon. The arms can be passively activated and deactivated, and require an input of ten chakra per turn while in use.
Note: Only useable by cyborgs.

These bullets only do the damage of a normal kunai however, and these freeform bullets act to replace the use of the user's Kunai completely. The User may also release an S rank (80 Damage) Barrage of chakra bullets that cover a 6 meter span in width and height. This costs a move and can only used once per turn, 4 times per battle.

Through the breakthrough of advanced technology, the user was able to examine the nature of the world, specifically Natural Energy. By doing so, they discovered the secrets of Natural energy use and manipulation. The results of these discoveries led to the Resonator, which is able to absorb Natural energy already present in the environment and combine it with the user's chakra which Resonator also uses to power itself. Through this it may rapidly reproduce and control it outwards for supplementary uses
of the user. It uses it's Artificial Intelligence to choose the best options for the user based on what its learned from his fighting style and abilities. The abilities of Resonator are explained below..

Dampen - Much like a heavily moisture filled environment will do things such as dampen paper, this ability fills the environment up to Short range with and aggressive sort of natural energy that seeks to saturate and break the bonds of various things on the field. Naturally, natural energy does a bit more than dampen paper when it saturates objects. This also applies to enemy Sealing Fuuinjutsu techniques S Rank and lower that stem from them as a result as the NE would also weaken those materials by one rank. This costs 50 chakra to activate, and the effect lasts 2 turns. This activation takes up a move slot. This may be used twice per battle.

Coat - The initial activation will cost a moveslot. By producing so much Natural Energy, the user and his Ninja Tools and Weapons become naturally coated in it. This is of course as long as all of these objects remain in short range of the Resonator. By doubling the chakra cost to 10 per turn, the user is able to "charge" their Weapons and Scientific Ninja Tools with Natural Energy, making it so that them and their abilities/attacks using them are now 1 Rank/20 DMG more effective. This effect can only be used once and lasts 3 turns.

Pure - As a result of Resonator's natural ability to absorb Natural Energy and combine it with the user's chakra, it is passively capable of converting 10% of the users maximum chakra pool into sage chakra per turn. This however follows the conversion rules and will not allow the user to convert his chakra to greater value than he is capable of. This ability only eliminates the need to meditate to convert one's chakra, and this chakra comes from the user. The user must still of course use the Sage Mode technique in order to enter Sage Mode to utilize this ability.

Declined: Due to the addition of the Sage Mode/Senjutsu specialty and mod consensus, Techniques that augment how one enters sage mode or how one gather's chakra for Sage mode will not be approved in this fashion. A passive 10 per turn wouldn't have been approved anyway btw. Most sage mode customs allow a maximum of 10% total to be channeled for the user and it's not per turn.

Description: Seigyō (english: Living Puppet) has alternate personalities that varies with what ''host'' he has living inside his enlarged human comprise or prison. His body consists of steel and wood, majority wood as a base material for his body is almost human although his torso is very large; almost barrel like. Small bits of steel rests around its limbs and its barrel like torso in the middle like a zipper to ensure fluid movement. The torso opens up very wide as its insides allow enough room for a single human to be placed inside, the edges of the enclosed room that is his torso imprisonment consists of steel needles and life support ninja equipment that'll be hooked up to a single victim if placed inside either by the summoner or by the puppet itself. The limbs of the victim isn't a requirement, however if or may the adversary or victim only has their torso and head attached it is still functional/plausible to place them inside as long as they still draw breath. Once placing a living victim inside and hooking up the equipment to them the puppet is then allowed to act as its host; using only up to one of their special abilities: KG, HA, AE, or Mode and cannot use their customs of any kind. Seigyō doesn't have any skills or abilities besides entrapping people inside his body/mimicking a single skill from them and will be automatically destroyed if hit once whilst his body is empty with no victim.
- Counts towards both a weapon and a puppet slot
- Can only steal someones body at the end of any battle if they aren't dead
- If this puppet carries a body inside the summoner is required to record this technique and the bio trapped inside on their own bio

Description: Rather peculiarly designed, Ingenium's Quirk is a tool attached to the legs of the user. It consists of an armor like plate that covers the calves with three exhausts on each leg. Inside the plate, there exists an engine that constantly inputs and releases air from the exhaust pipes using a rotatory motion.
The first ability gained by the user is called Rocket. When applied 5 chakra (per turn, regularly), the utilized chakra acts as passive magnifiers for the air output, giving user enhanced kicking speed and mobility(as his legs rotate/move/react faster). This adds +15 passive to his kick based techniques.
This tool also allows the user to perform another technique called Recipro Burst. By forcing the torque and RPM of his rotation into overdrive,through expenditure of 20 chakra, he gains explosive power(+20 to kick based techniques) and incredibly fast speed (+3 levels of speed) for three turns. After the turn limit is reached, he will not be able to utilize this ability for the next 3 turns even though Rocket remains unaffected.
The final ability of this tool is called Recipro Extend. After using Recipro Burst, the user (at any of the 3 turns the said technique is active), can apply an additional burst of 20 chakra to his tool to effective gain a superior mobility boost (+15 levels of speed, similar to a Swift technique) purely for movement and not combat (since the speed is too difficult to control without getting injured). With heavy pressurized blasts of wind releasing from both calves, the user overheats the tool to it's limit and sacrifices any further use of Recipro Burst for the rest of the match for a single turn of unchallenged speed. After using this the user must wait a turn before regaining his Rocket.

In the NW the gauntlet can connect to any NPC computer to send and take files for the user. If other users have a gauntlet they can communicate with each other up to 2 landmarks away to share important info faster. This is done by incorporating a similar sealing technique like (Fuuinjutsu: Kami Komyunikēshon) Sealing Arts: Scroll Communication technique to allow for the communication.

Description: The mechanical comprise of a Beyblade consists of up to four steel blades stacked upon one another, then a launcher that's square in shape with a hole at the end for the long pin to fit inside and a lock at the bottom of the launcher to click the beyblade in place. Once all mechanical constructs are ready and placed in the right position the user will then proceed to pull the pin whilst at the same timeframe injecting their chakra inside, this will gift the beyblade the power of whatever elemental chakra they've chosen to flow inside of it and will then proceed to create a creature or thing of pure imagination as it spins on the ground. This creature or thing will consist of only that element the user chosen to put inside the beyblade and can perform the jutsu under its category by itself but only by using a moveslot to do so. Whilst the beyblade spins keep in mind that the creature or thing summoned will float above it as the actual device is below; using it as a catalyst and will remain there till it is countered (elemental wise) or stops spinning after a certain amount of turns. The beyblade appearance wise can be customized to the user(s) own choice and wont effect anything besides a cosmetic standpoint, ideally the monster or creature summoned. Each monster/creature requires another technique to be used for reference and will be required to be submitted into the CJ thread for review, however during battle it wont cost a additional moveslot to use the monster technique due to it being only a reference point for this weapon.

By doing so, they discovered the secrets of Natural energy use and manipulation. The results of these discoveries led to the Resonator, which is able to absorb Natural energy already present in the environment and combine it with the user's chakra which Resonator also uses to power itself. Through this it may rapidly reproduce and control it outwards for supplementary uses
of the user. It uses it's Artificial Intelligence to choose the best options for the user based on what its learned from his fighting style and abilities. The abilities of Resonator are explained below..

Dampen - Much like a heavily moisture filled environment will do things such as dampen paper, this ability fills the environment up to Short range with and aggressive sort of natural energy that seeks to saturate and break the bonds of various things on the field. Naturally, natural energy does a bit more than dampen paper when it saturates objects. This also applies to enemy Sealing tag based techniques S Rank and lower that stem from them as a result of the NE. This results in them weakening by 1 Rank in effectiveness. This costs 50 chakra to activate, and the effect lasts 2 turns. This activation takes up a move slot. This may be used twice per battle.

Coat - The initial activation will cost a moveslot. By producing so much Natural Energy, the user and his Ninja Tools and Weapons become naturally coated in it. This is of course as long as all of these objects remain in short range of the Resonator. By doubling the chakra cost to 10 per turn, the user is able to "charge" their Weapons and Scientific Ninja Tools with Natural Energy, making it so that them and their abilities/attacks using them are now 1 Rank/20 DMG more effective. This effect can only be used once and lasts 3 turns.

Pure - As a result of Resonator's natural ability to absorb Natural Energy and combine it with the user's chakra, it is passively capable of converting 10% of the users maximum chakra pool into sage chakra per turn. This however follows the conversion rules and will not allow the user to convert his chakra to greater value than he is capable of. This ability only eliminates the need to meditate to convert one's chakra, and this chakra comes from the user. The user must still of course use the Sage Mode technique in order to enter Sage Mode to utilize this ability.

Declined: Due to the addition of the Sage Mode/Senjutsu specialty and mod consensus, Techniques that augment how one enters sage mode or how one gather's chakra for Sage mode will not be approved in this fashion. A passive 10 per turn wouldn't have been approved anyway btw. Most sage mode customs allow a maximum of 10% total to be channeled for the user and it's not per turn.

This also increases the reach of such techniques to the end of the user's short range and no further. This may be used once per battle and lasts 3 turns.

Description: Revenge are a collection of autonomous nanobots inside of the user's body that run on their own extensive chakra batteries. These nanobots run constant scans of the user's body and are able to detect differences and changes within it and his chakra up to the milisecond due to this. These nanobots inhabit the user's entire body but are otherwise unnoticeable to most. They are capable of a few abilities due to their scanning ability as well as their ability to produce their own chakra. To fully aid the user, Revenge has been programmed with medical knowledge as well as the ability to produce and manipulate yang chakra for the purposes of the abilities below.

Scramble!! - Revenge is able to detect when the user's brain patterns have been affected, influenced, or read, whether it be by a genjutsu of some sort, a mind reading/altering technique, or otherwise. When this happens, Revenge is able to near instantly react in order to force the invading chakra out with their own equal influence of chakra in order to cancel it out. They are able to constantly produce and increase this chakra if need be for up to 3 turns, continuously in order to provide the user with a standing defense. Alternatively, they can do this in short bursts for 1 turn, up to 3 turns in total usage. They are able to utilize this ability to combat any amount of chakra if need be. This costs a move when used either way. When used for 3 turns in any case the user is unable to use this ability anymore


Antivirus- Should the user be afflicted with a sickness or status effect of some sort, whether that effects their chakra system negatively (being drained, restricted, or surprussed in any way) or their body itself (being forcefully restricted via seals, poisoned, irradiated etc), Revenge is able to utilize their medical knowledge as well as their chakra to aid the user. With their programming and yang chakra influence they are able to negate and eliminate such status effects and restore the user's body to it's best state, with each usage lasting for 2 turns. The user may use this thrice per battle, but with a 1 turn cooldown between the ending usage. This ability costs a moveslot to use and only effects non damaging or damage based status effects. As such it can't restore limbs or heal damage or anything like that.

Description: Special drone Orbs created by a Monk named Zenyatta. These Orbs are created out of an unknown chakra metal and filled with Zenyatta's chakra. The user will have six orbs that hover near the user or that can be warn like a large necklace. The user can freely manipulate these orbs through an attached transceiver connected behind the users ears. They supply their own power source within them via batteries. Depending on the type of orb used, they will create a link to a target glowing yellow for Harmony or purple for Discord. This link will supply a different effect to a target depending on the type of orb used.
Orb of Discord: Amplifies any amount damage the target takes by 30 additional damage. This doesn't cause damage, only increases the amount of damage a target receives.
Orb of Harmony: Slowly restores 30 health to the target per turn when wounded, or reduces the amount of damage they take by 30. Only one effect can be in place at a time.
These orbs can be directed to a target within a mid-ranged area. Once within short range of the target they will connect to the target and remain attached, even if a target moves to long range. They can be countered with B-rank lightning or A-rank technique, causing them to return to their owner. A-rank lightning or S-rank technique can destroy the orbs indefinitely.
Note:
-Discord Orbs last 3 turns per use, require a two turn cool down and can only be used three times per battle/event
-Harmony Orbs last 3 turns per use, require a two turn cool down and can only be used three times per battle/event
-A target can only be targeted with a single orb at a time.

Declined: I'm going to assume that since you know Medjutsu this will be med based so I'll be checking it like that. Orb of Harmony is entirely too powerful. 30 per turn for three turn is kinda wild seeing as how thats a free 90 Health over three turns. That doesn't even include what other healing abilities a person might have. I suggest lowering the amount this heals by per turn -Daemon

Description: Phantom is a tool crafted to fit a user like a body armor. It covers the user's entire body. From the jaw down to the soles of the user's feet. A special part of the armor can be move from the back of the head over to the face to cover the user's entire head. This protects his eye as if a brille is over his eye (protects from dust, light etc but not visual genjutsu) and helps him to not breathe in hazardous things in the air. Also covers the ears from loud noises that would damage his eardrum. Although it covers the user's limbs (including the user's finger tips) it is flexible enough to not hinder his movement in any way. Due to the special material it is composed of, it muffles the user's sound and scent to the same lvl of them using the Muon Satsujin Jutsu which makes it the perfect body armor for stealth like attackers. Using his advance fuuinjutsu knowledge Venom also integrated a special seal (Boundary Barrier Technique, which works the same) into the suit which can be activated by spending 30 chakra. Of course this counts as a move from the user's limit per turn hut may be used within the same TF as another technique. If for some reason the suit is forcefully removed from the body of the user by force, he would suffer a damage of 80 (to reflect the suit's rank) while loosing half of his current chakra. This is due to the fact that the suit is embedded not only within the user's chakra system but it is integrated within his body/skin, practically becoming one with the suit. A major disadvantage one must risk to wear this suit.

Its sole in battle ability is a trait of the suit which allows the user to have additional chakra into a technique which requires chakra. Since it is simply the user molding additional chakra, it occurs within the same timeframe as the partner jutsu. A similar mechanism to the chakra transfer technique which anyone with medninjutsu mastered may use. Unlike the chakra transfer technique, the suit may only give one technique at a time +10 chakra which translate to +20dmg when applicable (techniques with no damage would simply have their defensive value increase a rank). This passive boost raises the effectiveness and rank of a technique by one up to and including S ranks only. The boost may only be used once every other turn due to it requiring a one turn cool down period.

Notes:
-Must be place in bio, always worn (or summon during battle)
-Due to the complex nature of this tool, it counts as 2 tool slot out of the user's allowed limit.
-Mednin training required to wield.
-Boost may only be used 5 times per battle.

Description: A pod is a small mechanized support drone that accompanies the user on their travels and battles. The pod is rectangular shaped, and houses its mechanisms on the inside fueled by the users' chakra to keep it afloat as it hovers. Although unseen, the pod's inside consists of several gears and hydraulics fueled through chakra and air-intake. Furthermore, the pod consists of four small arms powered through hydraulics, two which are longer than the other and hang downward. Two of its arms are weaponized, capable of firing condensed chakra in the form of small pellets which are white in color and in rapid succession (always equates to a total of 60 damage). The other two arms are capable of grabbing onto the user and carrying them, creating a form of sustained flight. The arms are strong enough to carry the weight of three persons due to its fluid mechanics, and can be used for supplementary purposes such as lifting boulders, etc. The pod has the capability of speech, communicating with a robotic voice for comedic purposes.

Description: Atollis is a specially crafted quill made out of the latest technology. It uses a beautifully dyed, red goose feather. The handle is made out of carefully crafted wood, holding multiple little compartments within it. Starting from the tip of the feather at the top, a narrow tube holds all the ink that can fit in the quill, running all the way through the handle, to the nib. In order to release the ink, one must press a tiny button on the bottom of the handle with their thumb whilst drawing. This is positioned where the thumb would naturally be when drawing. The ink in this quill is enough to last the user for the whole battle. Atollis is sensitive to chakra, allowing it to accept it and integrate it into the ink, allowing an extra 10 chakra to be infused into techniques. Thus, all creations drawn via the use of this quill gain an additional 20 damage points. This is passive and does not cost a move.

Apart from drawing, Atollis also has other functions. There are two little compartments on either side of the handle, carved into the wood. They each hold within them a tiny scroll each, and can be released by pressing on the compartment buttons. The scroll in the right compartment has the kanji for ‘seal’ written on it in ink. When this scroll is released, the user must perform the Ram hand seal, activating the kanji and causing any technique in a 5 meter radius around it to be sucked into the little scroll, sealing it. This can seal any S-Rank technique, even if it has been boosted in damage. Upon sealing it, the ink in the scroll reacts with the chakra of the sealed technique, causing the scroll to become larger until it becomes one metre in size, before exploding. The sealed technique is released with the explosion, having the same properties before it was sealed. This process occurs immediately after a technique is sealed, and it costs a move. The second scroll, located in the left compartment, has the kanji for ‘release’ written on it. The user can store any type of technique in this scroll, even allowing for a technique to be boosted and have any other effects done on it before being placed in there. This technique must be mentioned in the user’s bio, or before battle. The user performs the Ram hand seal to activate the kanji, releasing the technique. When the scrolls are released by pressing upon their compartments, they travel at the same speed as a lightning technique as spring mechanisms within the quill allow them to do so. Releasing a scroll and activating its kanji both fall under the same timeframe and move.

Note: Requires mastery of both Ink Ninjutsu and Fūinjutsu to use

Declined: This tool is entirely too powerful with very little drawbacks. You want to boost your ink techniques (which is fine), but also have this tool seal techniques and release them AND have it store a technique before battle? You are doing too much, big fella. The thing highlighted in Bold and Gold is a hard no. Just use a Kote. If you want to seal stuff, you need to have a usage limit and cool down between usages. And at this point this seems more like a Custom Weapon than just a tool so it may or may not take your CW slot. We'll see - Daemon

(Indora's Akuma Keii) Indra's Demonic Reverence

Description: Indra's Demonic Reverence is Ravens signature Demonic helmet and armor platings she wears on her body. The whole set consists of a white demon mask, with 4 eye holes, a blood red chest and back plate, blood red shoulder plating, red arm guards, and a plate skirt. On the legs are front facing leg plates, and the feet have a small plate over the sole. The entire armor set is wrapped in Chameleon leather, allowing the user to mask their entire body from sensorys. The armor plate has a black painted bamboo design up the sides, and the a plateskirt has built in ninja pouch on both sides for easy access to tools. Aside from Aesthetics, the armor is infact, high tech in its application and placing, and has a few features. The Entire set has two core features, chakra surpression and motion detecting. Aside from abilities, the Demonic helmet's eyes are lined with LED lights causing the eyes to "Glow" faintly, not enough to hinder the user, but enough to hide their eyes behind the mask.

Chakra Supression: Built into the layer between the padding and the armor plating, is a thick layer of skin, carved from the hide of the Rinnegan Chameleon. Through the animal path, Raven was able to harvest the Chameleons unique skin, layering it into her armor and helmet, and through chakra infusion, is able to activate the cloaking abilities of the hide, allowing the armor to supress Ravens chakra around all the places the armor is located. The hide of the Chameleon is capable of cloaking all chakra surges in Ravens body, hiding it from all sensory including Sage mode sensing, however, Yin Yang sensory is still capable of piercing the hide and sensing. This Chakra supressing ability of the hide allows Raven to use her full arsenal against chakra sensors, without them even knowing the jutsu are coming.

Motion Detecting: The second ability of the set, is its ability to sense all motion within short range of the armor. Using mild electromagnetic pulses, the armor creates a field around the user, a full 360 degree's, that is capable of detecting all motion within short range of the user. This allows the user to detect people supressing their chakra, hiding with techniques, and even detect people who appear within short range of the user. This is doable with a small battery installed into the helmet of the armor, which connects to multiple nodes installed into the armor plating around. Once activated, the armor generates a constant eletrocmagnet pulse, which, when the pulse comes into contact with something, or is obstructed, a small alarm goes off in the helmet. The entire helmet is lined with hundreds of small sound devices, which go off in the direction of the obstruction, and with high enough cognative ability, the user is able to pinpoint the location of the obstruction and counter affectivly.

Notes:
Only activating the Chameleon skin requires chakra, and initial cost to active, and then an upkeep to keep active, as the skin is not native to Raven.
The pulses are always on, and last all battle, as the battery drain is extremely low and can be recharged with Lightning Chakra.
The Motion Sensory does NOT increase the users base tracking, but gives them a full 360 degree field of tracking for any unforeseen techniques.
The Lining prevents opponents from sensing chakra surges in the users, unless they have Yin/yang Sensory, this completely masks them from sensory.
