A few updates:-
Update 1: From now on it is advised that people use "Wolf" instead of "Scum" to refer to anti-town players. This is because "Scum" is an unpleasant term and it can lead to misunderstandings. Also using the term might lead to a ban because it will be considered an insult in certain contexts. For example: "Player X is scum" vs "Player X is wolf". I think it's obvious which one sounds better. The term scum will be phased out entirely from the guides posted here and will be replaced with wolf.
Update 2: The voting format in the rules has been changed to this:-
This move has been done to ensure consistency in the voting format and reduce confusion among players. Game Hosts are encouraged to follow the voting format in the spoiler in their games.
Update 3: "Bastard Game Mechanics" has been replaced with "Unpredictable Game Mechanics". This has been done because Bastard is an unpleasant term and carries a stigma with it. By replacing the term with "Unpredictable" it encourages a taste which is fine with some unpredictable elements in Mafia Games (Basically, Bastard games and Unpredictable games are the same things). The term Bastard has been phased out from this point onwards.

Update 5: The Rules on Unpredictable Games Mechanics has been tweaked:-
- Using "Unpredictable Game Mechanics" in your game without approval from Game Managers is forbidden and if used will give you a strike. Unpredictable Game Mechanics in this context, are defined as elements which go beyond a reasonable measure of expectation for a player to have. If you are unsure if your game contains Unpredictable Game Mechanics, ask a Game Manager to review your game. A list of Unpredictable Game Mechanics can be found

- If you want to use "Unpredictable Game Mechanics", then you must (a) Obtain permission to use these mechanics in your game from a Game Manager and (b) and publicly announce that their game contains Unpredictable Game Mechanics in the first post of the game thread.
The alternate account rule has been edited to this:-
"You are not allowed to use multiple accounts to participate in a mafia game. You may not pretend to be two separate human beings. You can only use one account in a mafia game."
What this means you can use an alternate account to play in a game to prevent meta reads on your playstyle. However, you cannot use multiple accounts in one game.
