How Sarada got 3T is definitely not gonna happen in the manga since the focus is on Kara and Kawaki right now so the novels and the anime will back that up.

We know for a fact Sarada is never getting developed in the manga, especially now with Kawaki and Kara properly introduced. Novels and the anime are the only way for her to get some development.
