Nope. His surname still is Otsutsuki, and worse, his father is the SO6P, who has horns and everything an Otsutsuki alien has.

You gotta agree there wasn't an Uchiha clan yet, and he still hold the Otsutsuki name. His blood was the same as Ashura's. They were brothers.
