Based upon the basic puppet shield technique, this device attached to the users wrist allowing them to channel chakra into the device. The device will the expand condensing the chakra along it's conduit forming a personalized shield. The user can continuously channel chakra through the device to keep the shield active at the cost of a move per turn and will be restricted to A rank and below attacks due to the strain. Activating the shield and disabling the shield each take a move slot in the users allotted turn. This device can protect the user from atracks of the same chakra usage as input.
Twice per battle the user can surge an extra amount of chakra through the device, expanding its size and durability. Doing so stresses the device disabling it for 2 turns each time this ability is used.

Description: Thunderwave is a basic chest plate outfitted with a surround sound speaker system, a microphone and a camera. It can be used to play music or make noises more audible than normal similar to a karaoke machine. It is able to produce sound louder than most techniques or the clashing of techniques and can be much louder than the user or opponent can scream. In essence it can act like the (Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique passively at all times being louder and stronger than even that basic technique. It comes pre-loaded with all of the wielder's favorite songs and videos and even has a small screen in a pocket of the chest plate to view recorded data if desired. In battle it can be used to play theme music or it can make the user louder as it has a built in microphone system connected to the speaker system.
The chest plate itself has no combat use and isn't defensive in nature merely a convenience it can be distracting but isn't damaging in any way. It can also connect itself to other similar systems such as communication devices, and telephones, used for communication or strategic planning. This is to allow the user to communicate to his allies or even opponents if he chooses to be annoying. It isn't a form of hacking just merely working as a peer to peer communication device.
It has a long enough range to communicate across the Ninja World and can send voice, video or text over massive distances. The sound can encompass a short - long range area around the user being louder the closer to the user the people who can hear it and due to this it has a dampening system as to not harm the users ears or cause them any undue problems. It can be fine tuned to look different depending on the wielder's appearance or preference.

¤ Declined, has too much going on for one item. These Scientific Ninja Tools are going to be as open as you think; this is, as the first sentence suggests, a speaker system for music. It will not be allowed for communication, or anything outside of the speaker based sound systems. I understand trying to get the most out of an item, but we're not going to allow these type of things. Items will have one main use and at max 2 smaller related uses at most ( this can vary based on the specific item submitted ). ¤

The primary use of Thunderwave as mentioned above is the ability to play music with the offshoot of this being the ability to cancel sound waves with sound waves while playing music. This is similar to the Scientific Ninja Tool: Shijima and works like a noise-cancellation speaker. The system can emit a sound wave with the same amplitude but with inverted phase also known as antiphase to the original sound. The waves combine to form a new wave, in a process called interference, and effectively cancel each other out. This effect is called destructive interference and is able to nullify sound techniques in equal rank. The sound can encompass a short - long range area around the user being louder the closer to the user the people who can hear it are and due to this it has a dampening system as to not harm the users ears or cause them any undue problems. It can be fine tuned to look different depending on the wielder's appearance or preference.
Note: Sound techniques can only be canceled once per turn three times per battle.


( Kyuu-tsuki ) - September

Description: September is a small orb-like self sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, any advanced chakra nature or natural energy. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi allowing them to passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through direct contact and can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out to use. If a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of 100 chakra per turn. This allows them to either gain five hundred chakra immediately from the battery or stretch this process out over five turns. These turns do not need to be sequential and the battery can be used by allies as well through brief contact.
Alternatively if charged with natural energy it it can provide that instead of basic chakra but obviously the person absorbing it must be able to mold it or they turn to stone. If they absorb enough natural energy to convert ten percent of their chakra supply to senjutsu chakra they can circumvent the wait time for Imperfect Sage Mode. They don't have to stop at ten percent though and can take in enough natural energy to convert thirty percent of their chakra supply to senjutsu chakra.
As mentioned the user is able to pre-charge the battery with an advanced chakra nature such as earth, wind, fire, water, lightning, an advanced element or ninjutsu or even a custom element. What this does is different from merely giving the user chakra. Through a move slot they can activate a discharge process where the battery spends forty of it's own chakra to release a surge of elemental chakra either in a non-focused or directed manner. This causes eighty damage to anything around the user excluding the user and his Ninja Technology. This includes Ninja Technology and can even short circuit other Ninja Tech if lightning is used. This has the added benefit of almost instantly ( roughly the speed of nagashi ) creating an elemental source. If used in a non-focused manner it encompassed short to mid however if directed in a conical way it can travel up to long range. This leaves a massive source of the substance on the battlefield roughly equivalent to (Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave thus giving the user an empowered source if needed. This surge or chakra can be channeled through another piece of Ninja Technology to have that piece of tech release the element but doing so is purely cosmetic and doesn't change anything about it.
Finally the battery can obviously be used to sustain or maintain any other Ninja Technology because it is a battery. All of the users own Ninja Technology is able to directly connect to the battery and wirelessly share the chakra from the battery. This stops the user from needing to worry about sustaining his own Ninja Technology and allows them to focus on the battle at hand. The battery also has a fail safe similar to a surge protector which is a long metal wire like a lightning rod that runs down the users leg ending at the sole of their foot in direct contact with the ground. What this does is allow the battery to protect electrical devices from voltage spikes by limiting the voltage supplied to an electric device by either blocking or shorting to ground any unwanted voltages above a safe threshold. This can protect Ninja Technology from up to S rank surges but the battery uses forty chakra from it's own reserve when this process happens. However it is passive.
Note: The user can only have a single chakra battery on them and the discharge can only be used once per turn.
Note: The chakra can be compartmentalized into three types for example 300 Natural Energy, 100 Basic Chakra and 100 Lightning Chakra or similar setups. The maximum compartmentalization possible is three types of chakra. The user can state in their bio or the first post of a fight which types of chakra are charged into their battery.

¤ Declined, this wont work better than Fuuinjutsu chakra draining/absorption works and Fuuin only allows a return of 100 chakra max per turn. This will work half as efficiently as Fuuin, draining a max of 50 chakra per turn and an overall cap of 200 chakra. This also doesn't need to be S rank, A rank at best. Limit the types to 2 and overall capabilities to 2 as well. Chakra draining, granting chakra, releasing elemental blasts, immunity to S rank surges, and sustaining/empowering other tools is TOO much for one item. These items are meant to be just like the canon tools and have LIMITED uses, not as advanced as you are trying to make them. ¤

Description: September is a small orb-like self sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of two hundred chakra.

Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw two hundred chakra from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provided senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use it's drain ability.

Drain: Alternatively if a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally through this draining ability the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of drain will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.

Note: The wielder can only carry a single chakra battery

Description: Dr. Stein during his living years created many mechanisms and atrocities but one of his creations were what he calls ''Seikatsukikō'' meaning living mechanisms, once living beings but now warped and operated on via technology to work for his pleasures and desires. One of his most famous creations is a mouse, stitched just like Dr.Steins coat and green; the mouse is frequently used for outside surveillance. The mouse, like all Seikatsukikō and Stein himself, works on wind up controls and old reusable gears like one that sticks out of Stein's head that he must turn constantly. These Living mechanisms can range from mouses like previously referenced to or other creatures like dogs, cats, reptiles, and or even humans. These living mechanisms however tend to always be living beforehand then operated on by removing their organs and then replacing them with old technology via gears that wind up. The Seikatsukikō are not self aware nor do they have actual consciousness, they're merely machines moving based on reckless coding and gears which because of this they're easily disposed off and reused for other purpose if need be. Furthermore these mechanisms have no chakra reserves nor do they fight very well, they're mostly used for surveillance or used in groups for a barrage strategy and or shield.

Description: Mercy and Mayhem are a set of two black pistols with a red bat symbol in the upper corner. These pistols are designed to be able to interface with all of the user's suits, technology, weapons, and body with 100% compatibility. These weapons run completely on the user's chakra and are connected to his chakra network. This makes it so that the user's chakra works as a sort of key to be able to use the weapons as well. One of the pistols is able to extend a stock and connect to the other, forming a sniper rifle at will. In pistol form, the user can fire a spray of chakra bullets up to 5 meters in area (40 Damage, 20 Chakra, Elemental Neutral) at the cost of a move slot. In sniper form, he may shot a round off in free form (80 Damage, 40 Chakra, Elemental Neutral), however, to get his aim he can only use 2 techniques that turn. In addition to this, the scope provided on the sniper rifle (in addition to its design as a rifle) makes it so that the user can see hit a target from 1 landmark away in the ninja world. When using the sniper rifle, the user gains an increase in tracking and the ability to follow movements with the rifle on par with that of a 2T Sharingan.

By charging elemental chakra into the weapon (costs a move and +10 chakra) the user can load different types of "ammunition" into the guns which have different effects. There may be only one elemental charge per turn

Earth: These give the chakra bullets a more dense and powerful form. Using this elemental ammo boosts the damage of the chakra bullets used by +20 and increases their knockback power so that they are capable of knocking back a summon the size of a house.

Fire: This chakra creates explosive rounds that, when making contact with a foreign object, explodes into a maximum range of 2 meters for each bullet. The increase in chakra also increases the damage by +20




As these weapons are directly connected to the user's chakra and powered by it, any time the user receives a boost to their physical ability (such as the boost in physical ability Sage Mode provides) the damage boost as well as elemental neutrality in the case of sage mode) is added to the chakra bullets. In addition, these weapons are able to be affected by any techniques that boost weapon damage such as chidori nagashi, which will also function by adding it's damage to the damage of the chakra bullets. The boost in damage also applies to any techniques that would boost the damage of the elemental ammunition chosen. Of course through all this, the normal damage boosting rules still apply.

¤ Declined, the freeform damage will not past 20 collectively. If you want bullets that deal more damage, make specific clips that do this (in reference to the earth and fire bullets). (Ōtodokku) The Autodoc

Description: The Autodoc is a device that goes around the waist of the user's body and is an AI controlled device that is programmed with the user's medical knowledge and comes programmed with certain functions. The Autodoc is connected to the user's chakra system and is running it's own version of the "Diagnosis" Med skill on the user at all times in order to monitor his vitals. If any disturbance or health issue is detected by the autodoc, it is 100% compatible with the user's other technology, armor, and weapons, and it can be made to either speak aloud or through any headset/communication device the user may have in order to notify him of these changes.

Enhance: The first and most basic feature is that The Autodoc can inject the user with any medicines he may have such as Soldier Pills at any time. This device is able to detect changes in the user's chakra, feelings, health, and various other parameters due to its Diagnosis scanning, and therefore is able to automatically inject the user without his input.

Restore
: The second feature is that the Autodoc is programmed to "restore" the user whenever it detects that he has been compromised. Therefore, whenever the situation applies, The Autodoc is able to use "( Iryō Ninjutsu: Doku Ekiso ) - Medical Technique: Poison Extraction Jutsu", "( Iryo Ninjutsu: Modosu Heikō ) - Medical Technique: Restore Balance", and "( Iryō Ninjutsu: Shōsen Jutsu ) - Medical Technique: Mystic Palm Technique" on the user, each costing a move.



The Autodoc is able to automatically use and extract the user's chakra in order to power itself (and techniques). However, for situations in which the user is low on chakra or in a sticky situationin general, The Autodoc has a reserve chakra battery holding 150 Chakra Points with which it may use said reserve chakra autonomously. With this, up to half of it's total remaining amount of reserve chakra can be given to the user

Note: Must be a Med-Nin to use
Note: If the original user's chakra "key" is not found, the guns will become inactive

¤ Declined, for starters, it won't have access to 4 medjutsu ( Diagnosis, Poison Extraction, Restore Balance, and Mystic Palm) and the ones it will have access to won't work as well as medical jutsu as to not make the actual jutsu useless. It will work half as well for whichever 2 you choose. You also are trying to have it inject you with pills but this will be limited to 2 pills in all, it can be two of the one type or 2 different ones. Sidenote, if the autodoc is "us[ing] and extract[ing] the users chakra to power itself", the chakra it's storing is logically coming from your chakra pool; the 150 it's storing would come from your chakra. I suggest rewriting that part so you won't have to deduct your chakra for it.

Tl;Dr this will not be a replacement for Med Ninja and will work half as efficient as a Med Nin. Limit what you are trying to do because one gadget cannot have too much going on .

Judgement
Type: Weapon

Description: Judgement is a very basic ninja tool, being one of the first protypes. Judgement is a long barel hand pistol with the clip the style of a revolver with bullet holes. Judgement is shiny silver with a gold cross on both sides. Judgemnt is unique as it only activates with Marian Cross chakra, as the type of bullet it shoots, are "sound bullets" which are the size of regular bullets. These bullets arent like any other bullets and cant hold regular bullets. Once the bullet connects to the body, it gives off a very powerful sound wave that resonates within the opponents body, dealing internal damagee instead of external, which depends on the amount of chakra input for the technique. The Unique thing about this ninja tool is that it is equiped with homing in conjunction with the bullets. Making it that everything that shoots out of Judgement, they will continue to track down the opponent, until disperse or it hit.

Note: The user can create sound bullets from C Rank to S rank. While A and S rank can only be used twice
Note: The Damage Varies from Low Damage (C rank) Making the opponent feel as if their bones recieved blunt damage. Enough to slow them down a bit all the way to High damage (S rank) Where it feels as if their bones broke.

¤ Declined, Wrong type. All tools have the Tool type. The other sections also need to be filled out as well as its clear it has range, chakra input and damage output. If you intend for your bullets to slow people down, you need to detail that clearly with the extent of how much it will slow someone. I'm also hesitant on approving honing bullets for this specific gun as it will be able to release multiple ranked bullets and they are able to track the target without limit. I'll suggest having it be able to turn once or twice max and wouldn't allow it for every bullet fired, having a cooldown period. Overall, I like the gun though. Pretty cool.¤

Description: The Regent Armor is a scientifically modified underarmor worn by shinobi, fitted and designed to empower the body while monitoring its vital signs. It resembles a divers suit in appearance, all black hugging the body close, but this armor leaves the hands, feet, and head exposed. Woven from a lightweight, flexible metal that is also highly dense and durable, the armor empowers the user in battle reflecting in the passive boost to body based damage. The suit is embedded with a CPU integration system that allows the armor to easily connect to other systems, not only on a processing level, but physically to the suits surface as an attachment if desired. Once foreign chakra enters the user's system from another source, the suits defense protocols activates and releases a repetitive beeping sound from a part of the suit near the neck area, alerting the user to the imminent threat within. That is when the user has the ability to activate the suits defensive feat. Holding pre-stored water chakra within, the Regent Armor's defense system upon activation releases the held water chakra out into the user's circulatory system, infiltrating it as it cycles throughout the enitre body cleansing the system before releasing out from the body via the suit as a force of expelled mist. This water ninjutsu acts as a body cleansor from all foreign sources like Kai, as well as a ninjutsu deterrent from mental intrusions due to water's essence of tranquility.

►Activation counts as a move and can be done 4x per battle
►Fueling the suit contributes to the armors ability to register the body's vital signs, and stops when ceased

¤ Declined, this logically would not grant a Taijutsu boost; it's an undersuit that lies under your armor. The justification for a "deterrent from mental intrusions" seems faulty as well and would only work with Genjutsu and not as a catch all for all mental based jutsu, thats a reach. ¤

Description: Mand'alor the Indomitable, along with several other scientists within the clan, finally developed an AI in the form of a chip that is inserted into an armor the user owns. These AI chips are horribly expensive to make and take a lot of time to carefully manufacture as they have the processing speeds of a super computer compacted into small chips, so their usage within the clan are limited to a very select few. The AI chip inserted into the user's armor has several usages, all of them being supplementary and coming at the cost of powering it with five chakra per turn. Once activated with this chakra, the AI comes to life in the Mandalore's "HUD" or "Head's Up Display" (in the helmet's visor). The AI, when powered, would take the digital form of whatever the user wanted, usually preferring to take the form of humans but some have been known to appear as animals. The first usage of the AI, as well as this usage being the most used function, is that the AI will survey everything going on within a battle and help the user come up with the easiest and most efficient ways to deal with obstacles while the user can concentrate on fighting and fighting alone which allows them to react quicker, improving their reaction speeds double that of what they usually are (not having to formulate strategies of offense while trying to defend against techniques). Another ability of the AI is, that when the user is paralyzed, has no control over their body, etc., performs a manual override of the Mandalore's armor, analyzing that the user isn't in the condition to fight due to the armor being connected to the user's chakra system. Once that disturbance is felt and the manual override is initiated, the AI would begin to control the Mandalore's Armor and by extension the Mand'alor himself until the AI can tell the user is functioning normally.

¤ Declined, for starters, needs a rank and chakra usage higher than 5 per turn. The AI will have one form as well, not varying based on user's needs or based on who uses it. x2 Base tracking is the max I'm allowing as well, not double what it usually is. And the paralyzation break will only work up to the rank of this jutsu. As it currently is, this would be an A rank jutsu at best. ¤

These AI chips are horribly expensive to make and take a lot of time to carefully manufacture as they have the processing speeds of a super computer compacted into small chips so their usage within the clan are limited to a very select few. If the AI chip is inserted into the user's armor it has several usages, all of them being supplementary and coming at the cost of powering it with ten chakra per turn. Once activated with this chakra, the AI comes to life in the Mandalore's "HUD" or "Head's Up Display" (in the helmet's visor). The AI, when powered, would take the digital form of a girl named Cortana. Alternatively, the AI can be inserted into vehicles or mech suits that are unmanned, giving the user an additional ally on the battlefield at the cost of the user not being enhanced with the AI.

User enhancements via AI: If the user opts to insert the AI into their helmet, their efficiency on the battlefield would be unmatched tactically. Having the processing powers of a super computer, the AI would study it's owners adversaries without fail, learning their tendencies with time and advising their operator to ensure survival. A passive boost that comes from this is the user having their base reaction times doubled, not having to waste any thought on how to counter-attack while evading a technique since the AI does it all for them. After seeing the opponent use the same type of attack three times in a battle (Earth, Taijutsu, etc.) the AI would pick up on those certain tendencies the opponent associates with said type of attack, and would be able to accurately guess the type of attack similar to that of a foresight ability through different means. This would not alter the time-frame or anything of the sort, but give the user a better knowledge on what their opponent will attack with.

Autopilot Mode: Alternatively, if the user opts to not insert the AI into their armor for a self-upgrade, they can choose to insert the AI into unmanned technology (mech suits, planes, tanks, etc.) that requires human operation to function in battle. A downfall to this tactic is that the AI itself has no chakra, and would need to reply on whatever energy storage and replenishing the machines had, lest the AI turn off in the heat of battle and leave their owner defenseless. The AI when operating ninja tech has the same reactions as the user does in their base due to it's great processing power, and can operate pretty much any type of machine without fail on the first go. The only time this ability can help the user whilst merged with the AI is when struck with a genjutsu or a paralysis type attack. The AI can override the user's control of the armor if they feel a disturbance of chakra in the user, turning them into a puppet at it's control. All of the abilities the user knows are still able to be used through this bypass method. This ability only works on S-rank techniques and lower, as Forbidden ranked and/or high level genjutsu and paralyzing attacks are simply too powerful for the AI to cope with.

Destroy Decomposer - The Dominator's Anti-Material mode. The transformation of the weapon is even more extensive, and appears more neon than black. It is primarily used against armored targets or to clear away obstacles. It fires a fast and powerful chakra burst that annihilates the target, leaving no trace of them. It can create a hole in a target of 3-6 feet in diameter or alternatively explode on impact for a larger area of effect. This is an S rank attack that is usable 3 times per battle/event

All firearms will travel at a base speed equal to average lightning jutsu and will fire either raw chakra blasts or elemental ones, and up to 2 natures max for any one gun. In the case of yours, the jutsu it fires through it will only be projectiles, not streams or other jutsu types. Change the feet reference into meters, it's easier to understand for non Americans. ¤

Description: A set of guns created by Deathstroke, the Assasin's Arsenal is a set of 3 guns, an assault rifle and a pair of semi fully automatic pistols. These guns have two different uses - firing Jutsu Bullets and being used as a conduit to release projectiles and stream based ninjutsu. The first is possible by all three guns, existing as a universal ability. These bullets are capable of traveling at Lightning jutsu speed and are capable of releasing up to 5 bullets freeform per turn, dealing a collective 20 damage. The user is also able to release Jutsu Bullets at A rank power once per turn, only usable every two turns. This can be done via single fire or three round bursts from his chakra rifle or by 2 shots from his pistols. The user is able to release the Jutsu Bullets as a high rate, dealing 80 damage but this can only be done once every 2 turns before the clip needs to be recharged.
Note: The assault rifle allows it to fire Jutsu Bullets at 60 Damage in 3 round bursts. The user is able to release the Jutsu Bullets as a high rate stream dealing 80 damage but this can only be done once every 2 turns before the clip needs to be recharged.
Note: The two pistols can fire 5 freeform bullets per turn to deal 20 damage. These pistols are also able to release up to 2 Projectile/Streaming jutsu per turn and up to 5 in total before having to recharge clips.
Note: During the recharge periods, the user must spend 40 chakra to recharge the clips in which neither of the guns can be used. This cost is increased to 60 chakra for the Assault rifle.

2. ( Kakutōjū ) - Grappling Gun

Description: The user fires a retractible, detachable and replaceable line used for climbing or descending several stories in seconds and swinging across gaps and from large structures, as well as to incapacitate targets. In it's most basic usage, the user is able to fire a short range chain capable of attaching onto objects via hooked end. The wire is made to pull a target to him or pull the user to a targeted area or vantage point. It could lift the user up like an elevator or pulley system seconds after the line made contact with the surface and allow him to descend as well. This usage allows him to move up to 5 meters away at Sage speed and can be done via freeform to dodge small level attacks within reason, i.e. attacks smaller than 2 meters in size and can only be used via freeform once per turn. By clicking the switch on the side of the gun, the user is able to switch to Advanced Mode, which allows the user to fire the grappling gun at enhanced force and speed, pulling him to targets or the inverse at twice a Sage's speeds at the cost of a turn. This can only be done once per turn as well with a reach of 15 meters. With either usage, the user is able to deliver Taijutsu attacks at the end of the grappling sequence, adding 20 additional damage if used with the chakra enhanced version. These wires can also be used to bind a target if the user taps the trigger twice. Strong enough to endure A rank damage, these chains can logically prevent movement based on how they are used.
Note: Grappling Gun's firing mechanisms can only be done if the user has chains left. This tool comes with 4 Grappling chains.
Note: A ranked chakra enhanced ability can only be used once per turn and once every 2 turns. The freeform version can only be used once per turn and only in short range. If the user uses the gun to bind an enemy with a chain, it will cost a jutsu per turn.
Note: If the user has access to solid/earth based Advanced Elements or custom elements, he can form the chains with these elements to take on the strength and weaknesses of said element. This, however, restricts the user to two chains.

Description: Senryuu is a firearm ninja tool that was developed with a unique firing mechanism that allows its jutsu bullets to be shot with cannon like force traveling to mid range extremely quickly. By whirling the weapon around, the firing pin is able to rotate the barrel allowing it to fire its next bullet. This whirling motion is how the weapon got its name. The weapon has six loading chambers for the user's chakra. When the weapon is fired, it draws upon additional chakra for the firing mechanism building up the force behind the blast and a ring of kanji propels the bullet forward. Due to the force of the blast, the user is only capable of firing one chakra bullet at a time or risk recoil damage. The blast is so powerful it is capable of completely destroying up to A-rank earth jutsu. Although the bullets are powerful, they have no penetrative force, but can still cause significant blunt force trauma if the target were to take a direct hit. Senryuu is a unique weapon due to the fact it can use be used as a medium for special ninjutsu that's only possible with this type of weapon. After performing the whirling motion to prepare the technique, the user can shoot a water or earth medium transferring the chakra into the medium. This then causes a dragon to be created out of that medium with similar properties to that of the Water and Earth dragon techniques and counts towards the user's move count. These dragons are equal to S-rank and will last a maximum of two turns, however they are fully sustained by the injection of chakra during the time they are used. While the dragons are in use, the user may not use any additional gun jutsu or elemental technique that is of the same chakra nature as the dragon.
Note:
-Only one dragon may be on the field at a time.
-Only one jutsu bullet per turn, which travels at the speed of the average Lightning jutsu.
-The user must wait two turns between using the dragon technique.
-Senryuu is also capable of using other jutsu that requires a firearm.

¤ Declined, um. If you spending 5 chakra to fire a bullet, it will not do 80 damage. It will have to release proportional chakra to the damage output so for 80 damage, you need to release 40 chakra minimum. The S rank dragons also need a usage limit. ¤

This specific model is one endeavor that not only fulfills such a purpose, it goes beyond it with its capacity for shared field of vision. But to enable the shared field of vision function, the eye has to be used in tandem with an array of subordinate eye units, which are first implanted into a select number of autonomous puppets. These other eyes act akin to high-frequency chakra demodulators; ergo, allowing the user to transmit chakra to each and by extension, to each autonomous puppet of the user's selection made prior. In addition, the user's own eye also has a zoom function (one adjacent LM).

Note: The user must be a cyborg and their reaction speed increases by x0.5 per active autonomous puppet.

As most drones, Skyfall can fly and due to its size it can carry up to one person(unless they make themselves lighter through other jutsus). Skyfall has an integrated camera that directly sends images through the chakra link, providing the user a full overview of the battlefield. The drone is also chakra-fueled and requires the user to spend chakra to keep it activated. When not used, Skyfall will hang on the users back like a rug-sack. It is made out of a combination of carbon-fibre, steel and rubber. The camera on the Skyfall is a bit more advanced than regular cameras as it can see through smoke and even muddy water. While it cannot see chakra signals it can pick up movement as fast as twice the wielders tracking capabilities. The drone is vulnerable to lightning but to counter it, the drone has a backup-system in case of a shortage that would prevent it from being destroyed should it fall flat from the skies. This backup-system is triggered when the drone falls downwards and is about to hit the ground. However, it cannot be used again for 2 turns if it should be hit with enough power.

On the underside of the gloves are two compartments where the user can store chakra of up to two nature types before battle. The user can only use up to two elements even though they can pick any elements they know of(custom elements included). When they have decided on what two elements they want to use the gloves with, the gloves will start to glow in a colour that matches the elements that the user has picked. If two elements are used each element is correspondent to one glove and if only one element is chosen it will work with both. What the Hellsing gloves will do is to make the user create certain techniques with their picked elements that could be considered free-form. It lets the user create armor, pillars, shields and even weapons out of the elements they have inputed into the gloves. There is no enchantment in the damage output of the elements that are picked but they are offered a much greater variety of usage. Before battle, the user must've chosen their element(s) in the opening post of an event/battle. They cannot change element(s) during a battle. The signature gesture of the Hellsing gloves is to shape one's hand into a gun and unleash a bullet comprised of the chosen element. Because of this power, the gloves will drain chakra from the user constantly and using them costs a move.

¤ Declined, name and type filled out wrong. Needs a Japanese name. Since this utilizes store chakra for various effects, it needs a cap on how much chakra is stored beforehand. Most I'm allowing is 300 per compartment which is where the items will be deducted from. The rank/damage of the items depend on the chakra used ofc. ¤

(Poké Ball) - Monster Ball

Description: This scientific ninja tool was created to capture animals of various type for future research and in the name of science itself. Either it be for medical skill progression, teachings, scientific progressions, or research this tool does the job perfectly. The tool is made up of metal and steel, painted with various colors, red and white, for the basic ball, blue and white with red stripes, black and white with yellow stripes, or purple and white with two pink dots on the top with the letter ''M'' placed on the front. All which are within ball shape made of two halves made of metal with a steel lock mechanism wrapped around the middle to lock the two pieces together tightly. Springs connect the back so when the ball opens it doesn't fall apart, ideally some scientific wiring and code within the ball combined with chakra that is prior injected. The first tier of ball is just called the Poké Ball as this in with its red and white basic coloration is the most basic, able to capture minimalist animals like dogs, cats, insects, or anything of small size. The second tier is the blue one with red stripes, appropriately named ''The Great ball'' which allows the user to capture medium sized animals such as deer, elk, tigers, etc. The third tier is a ball of black coloration with yellow stripes, called the ''Ultra ball'' that allows the user to capture big animals such as elephants, giraffe, whales, etc. The last tier of ball is called the ''Master ball'' with purple color as the base with two pink dots on the top ending with a ''M'' letter represented nicely in the front. This ball allows the user to capture a single CSC from a individual if summoned during battle or already summoned via ninjutsu specialty, however only up to S-ranked animals. To capture a animal the user will throw the ball towards it then once it nears its target it'll automatically open, thus casting a chakra aura to shoot from the inside that acts as a net to grab and carry the animal inside the ball to which the ball will then automatically close; sealing its fate to its new owner. These animals can then be summoned out of the ball at anytime for any purpose and then retracted inside the ball ideally at anytime as well.

Description: Hand of Reckoning is a stationary sentry turret that upon activation and being given the necessary chakra to function begins to slowly accumulate natural energy. It has the appearance of a metal box roughly the size of a briefcase that when opened becomes two gun like barrels mounted on a swiveling platform. After accumulating enough natural energy the sentry is able to fire Jutsu Bullets in the form of condensed natural energy shells at unknown or hostile chakra sources in the landmark or battle they were deployed in or create a defensive shell-like aura around itself. The turret has no AI and thus relies on a simple program that distinguishes chakra sources needing the user to create a white list of chakra sources that are considered friendly. After this is done the turret will shoot at anyone or anything with a non-white listed chakra source unless commanded not to. This is similar to things like the ( Mikagami Dorōn ) - Mirror Drone and ( Kinzoku Kugutsu ) - Autonomous Puppets. These turrets can be placed in a claimed landmark to act as a defense or can be deployed in battle with the deployment acting in the same way as a jutsu released from a Kote. Each turret can be destroyed by a direct S rank attack.

Avenging Wrath: The primary ability of Hand of Reckoning after a single turn of gathering natural energy the turret becomes able to fire Jutsu Bullets either on it's own accord or at the command of the person who deployed it. Once per turn passively the turret can shoot up to four freeform bullets on it's own accord. These together deal twenty damage and due to being natural energy are invisible and neutral to elemental releases. If the person who deployed the turret is within short range of it at the cost of a move-slot he is able to command the turret to fire off a spray of four larger Jutsu Bullets dealing eighty damage to anything they make contact with. However this can only be done once per turn needing a turn to recharge after. It can be done alongside a combined effort from the person who deployed it such as another technique and needs only a verbal command or a snap of the fingers to initiate. Thus it can allow them to either overwhelm or defend against an intruder but can only be done four times per battle.

Shield of the Righteous: The secondary ability of Hand of Reckoning after a single turn of gathering natural energy the turret is able to create a defensive aura of natural energy surrounding a short range diameter. This defensive aura is S rank in power and has the potential to defend against similarly ranked elemental release techniques. This can be done passively once per turn with a two turn cool down needing to recharge over that time. Alternatively if the person who deployed the turret is within short range of it at the cost of a move and forty chakra they are able to overcharge the turret by infusing it with senjutsu chakra allowing it to double the defensive capabilities. Meaning it can defend from a forbidden rank technique of any element. This has the same usage limit as the passive version but requires the user to be able to use senjutsu chakra in some form and can only be done three times per battle.

Note: Two turrets can be carried and deployed by a specific bio

¤ Declined, invisible senjutsu techs is a no for starters. Note that it won't turn people into stone either if hit. The second ability of Avenging Wrath With the user causing it to fire bullets for 80 damage needs a wider cooldown period as well as lower usage rate. F rank senjutsu shield overall is a no. S rank shield also isn't going to be passive lol. Needs an overall usage limit. Also, only one turret per landmark. ¤

With electricity, Taijutsu or kenjutsu attacks attain numbing and paralyzing abilities (Lasting for 1 turn). Upon deactivation the user can channel/ release the energy in blast radiance from their body, in a form of EMP ( A-rank damage, able of Disabling A-rank and below Tools/ lightning jutsu active within Short-range).

Description:Advancement Summoning Technique, is a tool that allows the user to summon cybernetic organisms of their summoning contact of the summon being with both organic and biomechatronic body parts. Appearing as brace-band, usually in dark colors with relic like writing upon it however, very futuristic. To summon the cyborg-creature of the ninja, they will wipe blood on this brace-band, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch an object or not, then a sealing formula will appear short range to them. These summoned cybernetic organisms, have their restored functions and now enhanced abilities due to the integration of some artificial component or technology that relies on some sort of feedback: Due to the cybernetic enhancements, they're subject to a lesser cyborg attributes as they have increased durability ( Immunity to C rank and below physical attacks and -10 damage from up to S rank physical damage ) and strength ( +10 damage to Taijutsu ). However, due to this enhancement, they are also more vulnerable to Lightning jutsu, increasing the damage done to cyborgs by 20 damage. Energy based attacks deal the same amount of damage.
Note:
The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user. Usable thrice per battle.

Description: This endoskeleton, T-9 ( Cyberdyne Systems Series 9001 Terminator ) is a supported frame with a microprocessor, and a controlled triple-armored hyper-steel alloy for combat chassis (magnet-related damage +20 if successful hit) . With metal fibers woven and is constructed with friction-less bearings in its joints, and a servo-actuated control system. The limbs are controlled by axial drive motors and clavicular trailing links, allowing the T-9s to maneuver faster than the regular shinobi (+2.5 speed/tracking increase), as bursts of speed are no longer threatened by the joint assemblies. The T-9 is also lighter and stronger than normal steel (+10 to Taijutsu/Kenjutsu). The armored frame is capable of withstanding most contemporary explosions and direct hits from paper bombs without being dissembled (capable of 'tanking' 4 A-rank non-elemental jutsu per battle). Microprocessor - Containing a Neural Net Processor CPU, or "learning computer", within the outer rims of the endoskull and protected by inertial shock dampers. The CPU, developed by Mandalores, is one of the most powerful microprocessors ever built. As part of its vast internal databases, the T-9 contains detailed files on shinobi anatomy and physiology so as to make it a more efficient killer. The CPU could also be updated with multiple database files related to advanced infiltration techniques, basic training for shinobi, emergency medical training, sniper training, an extensive tactical database, and hacking other detailed files from other systems making each machine a knowledge item. Description: Judgement is a very basic ninja tool, being one of the first protypes. Judgement is a long barel hand pistol with the clip the style of a revolver with bullet holes. Judgement is shiny silver with a gold cross on both sides. Judgemnt is unique as it only activates with Marian Cross chakra, as the type of bullet it shoots, are "sound bullets" which are the size of regular bullets. These bullets arent like any other bullets and cant hold regular bullets. Once the bullet connects to the body, it gives off a very powerful sound wave that resonates within the opponents body, dealing internal damagee instead of external, which depends on the amount of chakra input for the technique. The Unique thing about this ninja tool is that it is equiped with homing in conjunction with the bullets. Making it that everything that shoots out of Judgement, they will continue to track down the opponent, until disperse or it hit.

Note: The user can create sound bullets from C Rank to S rank. While A and S rank can only be used twice

¤ Declined, Wrong type. All tools have the Tool type. The other sections also need to be filled out as well as its clear it has range, chakra input and damage output. If you intend for your bullets to slow people down, you need to detail that clearly with the extent of how much it will slow someone. I'm also hesitant on approving honing bullets for this specific gun as it will be able to release multiple ranked bullets and they are able to track the target without limit. I'll suggest having it be able to turn once or twice max and wouldn't allow it for every bullet fired, having a cooldown period. Overall, I like the gun though. Pretty cool.¤

High ranking bullets are able to cause the opponent to become unable to move for a turn (A) and have the inability to mold chakra above S rank due to chakra interference (S).
Note: The user can create sound bullets from C Rank to S rank while A rank can only be used three times and S 2 times.

Description: Senryuu is a firearm ninja tool that was developed with a unique firing mechanism that allows its jutsu bullets to be shot with cannon like force traveling to mid range extremely quickly. By whirling the weapon around, the firing pin is able to rotate the barrel allowing it to fire its next bullet. This whirling motion is how the weapon got its name. The weapon has six loading chambers for the user's chakra. When the weapon is fired, it draws upon additional chakra for the firing mechanism building up the force behind the blast and a ring of kanji propels the bullet forward. Due to the force of the blast, the user is only capable of firing one chakra bullet at a time or risk recoil damage. The blast is so powerful it is capable of completely destroying up to A-rank earth jutsu. Although the bullets are powerful, they have no penetrative force, but can still cause significant blunt force trauma if the target were to take a direct hit. Senryuu is a unique weapon due to the fact it can use be used as a medium for special ninjutsu that's only possible with this type of weapon. After performing the whirling motion to prepare the technique, the user can shoot a water or earth medium transferring the chakra into the medium. This then causes a dragon to be created out of that medium with similar properties to that of the Water and Earth dragon techniques and counts towards the user's move count. These dragons are equal to S-rank and will last a maximum of two turns, however they are fully sustained by the injection of chakra during the time they are used. While the dragons are in use, the user may not use any additional gun jutsu or elemental technique that is of the same chakra nature as the dragon.

¤ Declined, um. If you spending 5 chakra to fire a bullet, it will not do 80 damage. It will have to release proportional chakra to the damage output so for 80 damage, you need to release 40 chakra minimum. The S rank dragons also need a usage limit. ¤

Since jutsu fired this way are infused with the additional chakra to fire the weapon they are granted an additional rank and damage proportional to that rank.

Shouheki Kunai - Barrier Kunai

Description: The Barrier Kunai is the only weapon designed and forged to be used exclusively for defensive purposes. These weapons are meant to provide the user with a quick, effective, and surprising defense against all modes of attack. Prior to throwing the blades, the user imbues them with a decent amount of chakra before throwing the blade into an object such as a tree, a wall, or even the ground. Upon impact the rear of the kunai splits into four sections and projects a barrier in the opposite direction, allowing this technique to easily block areas such as halls or paths inside forests. The barrier itself is of a light blue color and any thing, living or dead, that comes into contact with the barrier is deflected; beings that possess chakra signatures that differ even slightly from that of the user receive electrical shocks upon contact with the barrier, these shocks are meant to interfere with the nervous system of the victim in addition to inflicting physical pain. Objects such as kunai, shuriken, rocks, etc. simply bounce off the barrier and have the potential to inflict damage on the user through ricochet. In addition to the visible barrier, the kunai creates a notably weaker but invisible barrier around itself to deter the efforts of those who realize the kunai is the source. This barrier does not cause electrical shocks, it simply makes it impossible to physically grab the kunai and causes some difficulty in attempting to damage the kunai. That being said the barriers erected through the use of this tool are able to be dispersed by those with the ability to absorb chakra and may be shattered by A-ranked or higher techniques. The strength of the barrier is entirely dependent upon the amount of chakra the user pushed into the kunai before hand and a barrier may not be erected with a single kunai, pairs or sets must be used. The shape of the barrier is dependent upon the locations of the kunai used to form it and as such is determined by the user before hand, it must be noted that it is impossible to create a spherical barrier. As with most barrier techniques, the uses stem past forming defensive barriers and may be used to stop falls, restrict the movement of an opponent, or even completely detain the opponent by enclosing within the barrier.

Description:
Capsules are much like the scrolls the kote uses where they seal one thing inside, but unlike those, capsules have various ninja tools, items, puppets, etc. There are no limits to the things one can seal within the capsules, except that only one thing can be sealed inside of each capsule. Each capsule is very small only measuring in at eight centimeters, making them extremely easy to carry in quantity. To use a capsule the user will first push the button on top and then toss in at a spot with enough room for the item to appear.

- Doesn't count as a move if the tools summoned aren't for a jutsu, exception being puppets.
- Can have as many Capsules as one can carry but must be stated what one has in them.
