Comparing both thier fight's at Vote, Sasuke's chakra was exhausted hence his reflexes were slower, he had Rinnegan to 'control' even, so he had to expend chakra for that. Yet he beat Clones attacking three sixty degree with not much trouble.

The more opponents you have take care off, the more powerful you're, not to mention each shadow clone has equal reflex and speed to Original.
