Sasuke is logically faster than Naruto without his modes.

Many people will tell you Naruto is faster, he's the body after all. But that argument doesn't mean much. Having the body of Hagoromo simply means large chakra, and perfectly using a tailed beast powers.

Sasuke is naturally faster because he actually trained for his speed after copying Lee's fighting moves.

Naruto needs Kurama's chakra to have that same speed, and he only obtained that said speed after defeating Kurama

In conclusion, this isn't a Naruto bash thread, I'm simply stating this difference between their speed. They are both the same level of speed only Sasuke trained for his speed, while Naruto achieves greater speed by entering modes.

Sasuke was equal in speed when Naruto was using BSM but he has the overal fastest foot speed. Naruto outclasses him in reaction time which is different. But having said that, Sasuke with lightning cloak should easily match RSM Naruto's fastest reaction time. And having S/t make him the overall fastest person in NV.

interesting points. I think in part 1 Sasuke was faster then Naruto. with Naruto using 9 tails chakra in the VOTE fight. as for part 2 KCM Naruto has body flicker and Sasuke has precog.

and don't forget the Sharigan also boost someones speed. this is why we see Kakashi and Guy on even footing.

Where was it said Naruto had to stay behind? Yes they are coordinating their attacks, but you can can clearly see Sasuke catching up to Naruto and then decides to strike first with the body flicker technique.

They never are too far behind one another and rarely ever attack together, exactly so if Momoshiki tries to get one of them, the other can step in to take over. That's why Naruto never uses his superior speed leave Sasuke in the dust and why Sasuke never uses his teleportation to do the same.

How can you prove that Sasuke's speed didn't improve over time, like after receiving Hagoromo chakra?

Kakashi managed to speed Blitz Kaguya just after receiving the remaining Rikudo Chakra from Obito. Pretty sure his overall speed was enhanced.

And Chojuro more or less solo'd the guy.

No he didn't. It was a 3 vs 1 match-up, you should look up the definition of a solo. Also Kinshiki pretty much stomped him and Kurotsuchi had to rescue him. This is why you have a red rep bar
