Uh no, just because you can see/predict the future doesn't mean you'll actually be fast enough to react unless your reactions are fast enough. If I know you're gonna take 3 steps to the right but you move faster than I can, then knowing you'll be there only lets me get ready not beat you there. Luffy can predict Kata's moves and dodge them but that doesn't mean Luffy can dodge Doffy's too unless we can show Kata's attack speed =or> than Doffy.
Precog isn't some end all defense, we've seen precog beat in fiction many times, we've even seen it beat here in OP back at skypeia.
