My diet is unhealthy, but my body is used to it.
I eat once or twice a day and drink lots of water, that's all my organism requires for nutrition.
I try to eat healthy, fruits, vegetables, and some protein are always on my diet.
I don't have any eating disorder, I like the taste of food, it's just what I'm used to.

No breakfast, lunch around 13-14, then I eat candy or something unhealthy, or I eat dinner and go to bed, or both.
I'm trying not to eat too unhealthy but I'm not super good at it, I used to be fat, now I'm somewhat normal but I plan on losing more fat during the summer this year, and maybe gain some muscle as well during the spring.

Mediterranean cuisine, fish and other seafood is a must at least twice a week. Been eating a lot of greens lately too.

Lemon Water all day.

For breakfast, its almond butter sprad on toast and a fruit smoothie or bagel with vegan cream cheese and avacado.

For lunch, almonds, grapes,Quinoa or rice and beans.

Dinner is usually a homemade chilli or soup.

Before that it was french toast for breakfast and cheeseteak platters for dinner and i would never stay hydrated.

I eat a non-meat diet...

Still consume dairy, though.

I'll eat like all this vegetarian food...sometimes I'll eat vegetarian mexican...vegetarian jamaican...I had ackee and artichoke, which makes for a great substitute for "saltfish". I eat all types of stuff...I eat pretty good.Tons of proteins, probably an over abundance.

I hate the word vegetarian, but I use it anyway just to better describe my diet.

Possibly. XD

My diet is weird, but I definitely reduced chocolate and I have not attended a fast food restaurant in 2 and a half months. I try to reduce curry and rice, to every 2 days instead of every day since its bad. At night I eat apple when I am absolutely still feeling hungry after dinner.

God, one of those people who beat themselves up about their diet.

It's like your trying to "compete" with other people's diet, or you're trying to "keep up" with some imagined self-entitled standard.

Is that personal resentment? Don't be hard on yourself, sweetheart.

High expectations.

Don't be hard on yourself.Society makes you feel like some gluttonous pig if you aren't eating like one of those uptight pompous, prideful health nuts...that are actually depriving themselves, treating their bodies like machines. That's very self-contradicting...because health is suppose to be about "self-respect", not envy or "better than".

I try to eat healthy, fruits, vegetables, and some protein are always on my diet.
That's that high expectation talking. Don't stuff "healthy" foods down your throat to try to keep up with anybody or to prove a point, that's self-sabotage reverse psychology style. It screams "I'm not good enough"...and eating "healthy" can be like an addiction..."it's never enough, I have to be the healthiest". Psychologically, it's no good.

If you are gonna eat healthy, eat it in a way that makes it APPEALING TO YOU. Like with me, I'll eat a smoothie full of fruits and stuff every now and again, that actually tastes good.I'm not killing/straining myself to look all "cookie cutter".

I don't have any eating disorder, I like the taste of food, it's just what I'm used to.
Why would you have an eating disorder for being human, lmao! You're suppose to like the taste of food...what life is worth living if you eat food that you don't like. That's freaking miserable.

If you don't like food, you have serious problem...you need help.

I'm not doing what I do just to fit into the norms of society. I like how I look, thin and tall, and I've always been like that since my childhood. I don't need to be on a diet, my proportions are considered to be underweight based on my BMI, but that's because I don't need much nutrition to burn the energy that my body is using. I know quite a lot about psychology myself, and there are no thoughts of trying to follow a fake healthy eating habits because that's what is pushed down my throat by media and etc. I can cook very well, and I make some delicious meals for myself when I feel like it. I prefer fruits, vegetables, protein, and grains because there are fundamental building material for the body. It's a fact, and they taste good. I also like to make fruit smoothies for lunch, for example. I'm not trying to prove the point. I like the lifestyle I'm having now. I also go to the gym and workout. I have my own head on the shoulders, and I respect myself enough not to follow the set of rules of how a girl should look in a modern society.

I think you are, sort of.

Everyone with common sense has knowledge of psychology, to a degree. And I'm not talking about the psychology you read straight out of a book. I'm talking about "I saw it for myself" type of understanding.Original information.

Before there were books/text, we had our own eyes

Almost sounds a bit vain. But yeah, health is necessary out of self-respect...not to the point where you seem like a hypochondriac, and eat healthy to avoid feeling that way.

Are you doing it for me?Or are you doing it for you? I didn't need to know all of that.

Let's just hope it ain't fear based, but self-love based. Just sayin...

I don't think so myself.
I have always been a perfectionist, and still am. It's good and bad sometimes, but it's part of me. I use it for my professional and personal life, and it does help me. I've actually studied psychology specifically in college, one day I would like to be one. And I use psychology in every day life, I like to observe people, their actions, and analyze them. I want to know reasons behind their actions, right or wrong. However, it's hard to do that experiment on yourself.
I'm doing it for myself, certainly, Why would I do it for someone? It's my body, my health, I feel comfortable in my own body, and I will end up being the one dealing with circumstances, so I rather deal with the good outcomes.
