Even without kurama Naruto is still ashura incarnate, he'd be very powerful and still defeated sasuke. As the protagonist/MC, his power is absolute.

Nagato was stated to be on Senju lineage. Him and Tsuande was the only canon one's stated to be. But Kakashi's statement is correct but let's not forget Jiraiya's statement that Naruto's chakra and Kurama's have been mixing since birth. So there is no way to know how he would be without Kurama.

Chapter 63 in Part 1. When Naruto fought the Rain Genjutsu all night while spamming Kage Bushin. As well as transforming into Kabuto, Sasuke and Sakura, and using his shadow clones to release them from the genjutsu, so Sasuke and co could trap Oboro's team at daybreak. Naruto then beat Oboro's team by himself.

All this was accomplished after Orochimaru put the Five Pronged Seal on Naruto's belly. Where the 4 Pronged Uzumaki seal for Kurama was. This cut Naruto off from Kurama's chakra and left him with only his own Uzumaki reserves.

You clearly ignored the scan where Naruto confirms, Naruto has large chakra reserves because of kurama once they mix with his they're his reserves. Orochimaru didn't seal the reserves he created an imbalance in the leaking process. Naruto didn't suddenly lose all the staminachakra he'd acquired over the 13 + years prior to the 5 elements seal.

Kakashi's referring to the Kyubi cloak and not the internal chakra Naruto received via the seal. Which mountain toad and Naruto both confirm he received from him becoming a him. I provided the scan which confirms Naruto has been receiving that his whole life.
