Kin'emon referred to the sacking of Ryuma's grave as a national tragedy that brought Wano Country to its knees. Further information about this event is unclear, but I think it's safe to say, since Moriah had both Ryuma's corpse and sword, that he was the culprit. We also do not know if Moriah did this before or after he was defeated by Kaido.

Considering that Wano Country was rocked by this grave robbery, I have an idea as to what happened. Wano Country seems to be composed of regions controlled by different people (the three pieces I have for this are that the accurate translation of Kaido's occupation says that "he has taken over many areas of the country", Oden is referred to as a feudal lord that would have local control instead of national control, and the OnePiecexKyoto event centered around another figure who had Oden's equal rank and ruled over a different region of Wano). If no one knew who robbed the grave, and took the sword, then it could make sense if the clans started blaming each other for the crime. Such civil strife could turn into a war, and could certainly bring a country to its knees. Also, this event could lead to a distrust of foreigners so strong that Wano closes its borders.

It's possible that the Shogun, or another faction, had evidence that it was Moriah, and turned to a Yonko for retribution. If Moriah stole Ryuma before Kaido dominated him, this could have been a contributing factor to that confrontation. This would leave this faction of Wano indebted to Kaido, a favor that he would call in when the Kazuki clan refuses to reveal the True History as learned through the Poneglyphs on Roger's journey.

Also, if there was a Civil War, the factions of Wano would be weakened to the point that a combined Shogun and Kaido forces could sweep through the country more easily.

Do you guys have anything to add to this? What do you think?

Do you think it's possible for zoro to use that sword to cut down kaido? (After he's been in battle and weakened of course some how)
A 10000+ drop didn't scratch kaido imnsorry no currently no one in that alliance aside from law (because of his fruit) has showed the capabilities of harming kaido

Well I was going about that sword being able to cut dragons (wano and samurai) and dragons are the strongest creatures in Japan and have impenetrable scales.. Sounds a lot like kaido

By the way zoro was able to cut through steel. Dropping steel from they sky and it landing on land won't scratch it

Steels hardness > earth's crust
But that doesn't mean zoro can hurt him
