It's meaning the next gen will be fighting mechs and space aliens lead by the Black king who was the husband Kaguya ran away from. who sent Momoshiki and Kinshiki to get her.

and that ninjas of the past are no longer need to the ninja tech that allows anyone to be a ninja. the 7 Swordsmen of the Mist will bring swords from the past as a remnant of the Ninja way!

It's sort off self explanatory. The world is changing and the use/role Shinobi use to play is dying out. Basically out with the old and in with the new. Shinobi or what they use to encompass is not relevant to the world he now lives in.

Something along these lines. Do you have a picture of the manga page he says this? Need a bit more context.

Because Otsuski's want this from very starting just like we saw in Boruto movie otsuski's has problems with shinobi's and Boruto is connected with both Toneri and Momoshiki and I have a feeling Kara is some what connected to some otsuski too because just come to think of it Boruto has that Kara seal which is arguably given by Momoshiki and other fact is Ao disappearence after war he could be influenced by some otsuski.

Kara is a group that worships Kaguya and seeks the power of the otsuskis.

Who needs shinobi when you've got computers and fast food? The Naruto universe is essentially going through its own Meiji Restoration. As Japan found itself becoming more modern (ie: Western) there was no longer a need for the Samurai caste which led to their subjugation and eventual destruction. As the Naruto universe gets more modern Shinobi are increasingly seen as a relic from the past with no place in a modern, sophisticated future. Tons of media forms deal with this obsolescence trope a'la "Jedi are just a myth."

Shinobi trained to develop skills and power to combat other nations. Tech is now here and it can rival or surpass the shinobi, therefore they're not needed. When something is no longer needed it fades away and it's time comes to an end.
