I wasn't really quoting English text though. What I mean by pushing isn't just necessarily the translations, despite how vague and openly interpreted they are, it's how they are being used in conjunction with the panels.

What's even more important than the dialogue of scenes, is how characters react to what is being said, and how the person is acting while saying it. Sometimes actions speak louder than words.
It almost looks like Sumire is having fun, whether the dialogue is being intentional with it or not. She put Sarada on her toes, to which she looks a certain way before leaving, whether the dialogue was supposed to be intentional with it or not.
Though I guess that's why Ikemoto drew that cover, despite it being rather ugly. My opinion on the matter is that Sumire's confession is not going to last that long. I don't think she's supposed to be end game, but more of a red herring of sorts. I don't see a "love triangle" -- but rather something starting or ending now.
Either Sumire gets it or Sarada gets it
But nothing will dragged on.
