I can't disagree with facts, I think Burito fans are only claiming that so he seems more powerful than he actually is.

It's largely down to insecurity on their part. If it's stronger than Chidori and Raikiri it would also be more difficult to learn. It would be at least S rank. Some Boruto fans stop using their brains because of delusion or insecurity.

Only a fool would believe it's on the same level as Kakashi's.

It's still useable even without Sharingan he could develop other jutsu to help facilitate it's use, but he's not done that or doing that. Who knows what the future holds for Kakashi I know I want to see more of him.
