Vayne was an opponent Killua had seen battle on many occasions. Through them all, Killua had begun to garner some respect for the man. But now, fate would pit the two shinobi against one another. In order advance, Killua would have no qualms about killing this man where he stood. With Indra coiled around his finger, Killua would begin by quickly stringing together hand-seals. The first hand-seal would release a dense smog into the battlefield, that would passively be released from his own body, preventing it from being blown away. The second hand-seal would enable Killua to sense not only the presence of opponents, but also every molecule within the smoke and distinguish what was in it, enhancing the sensing ability of the first technique. After completing the smoke-screen Killua would launch a volley of explosive kunai upwards in an arc in order to rain down onto Vayne and explode on contact. "And so it begins.."

Description: Legend has it that long ago there lived a Group of Monks that devoted themselves to the art of Lightning.They spent their days amassing as much knowledge as they could on it, through years of research on its abilities and the practice of its uses through ninjutsu. Years passed and their knowledge continued to grow, reaching their final days however the monks feared that all the knowledge they had amassed on the art would fall victim to time, and thus all came to an agreement.They Forged a weapon in which they stored all the knowledge and abilities they had amassed by sacrificing their chakra and their lives.The weapon would be named Indra after the god of Thunder and the group would forever be remembered as The Monks of Indra.In terms of Appearance Indra has 3 forms.Its basic form is a solid gold ring with a lightning bolt engraved on it. Its second form is a gold lightning bolt shaped sword with a smaller lightning bolt shaped opening near the black handle. And its third and final form is that of a solid gold staff or Shakujo.

Abilities

  • Indra's Awareness - Through research and practice the first monk discovered that through the understanding of electrical charges and their pull of one another, that with enough skill one could harness the ability to sense them after completely mastering Lightning release. Able to sense the world around him through electrical charges. Able to sense techniques easily (Any technique) and by extension genjutsu via sensing the disruption in the electric waves affecting the brain (Like normal sensing simply allows the user to know he is under the effects of an illusion, does not affect the actual illusion in anyway), but otherwise limited to only short range when sensing something other then a technique such as an opponent. This is due to needing to be close to sense the weak or other wise unfocused electrical charges such as that of a human being's. After sacrificing himself, Indra gained the passive ability to grant its user an awareness of the electrical charges around him. This is passively done by the user either wearing Indra as a ring or wielding it in sword or staff form.(This ability is usable only by a user who has a lightning specialty, but to be able to sense things other then techniques up to short range the user MUST have a "Primary" Lightning Specialty)

  • Indra's Levitation - Through research and practice the third monk discovered the levitating properties of Lightning after stumbling upon and studying the effects of a well known jutsu by the name of Levitating Lightning blades. He realized by shrouding something in lightning consisting of the same properties as that of Levitating Lightning Blades, he could levitate the object and take control over it. Requiring no contact, it is applied by merely releasing an chakra discharge at the intended target which is then changed to extremely focused lightning that shrouds the target and levitates it. This is done by simply preforming a hand-seal while wearing Indra as a ring or waving Indra in its Sword or Staff form, to shroud something in an aura of lightning and control it through levitation. The lightning shroud is purely supplementary it's only purpose is to levitate the target, it does not get conducted by liquids or anything of the sort nor does it shock/harm the target whatsoever due to its extremely focused and condensed nature similar to that of the Raikage's Armor. (This counts as one of the users 3 moves per turn and the initial amount of chakra used is proportionate to the size/rank of the intended target. As well as costing 10 chakra points per turn to maintain. In terms of what can be levitated it is limited only to tangible objects and techniques up to A-rank things of a solid or tangible state like that of earth and liquids, energy based techniques cannot be be effected unless the technique states having a solid property, nor can it be used on living creatures. However due to their relationship wind techniques of any sort, even extremely focused tangible ones can not be levitated.)

(Kemuri: Jouki Fogu) - Smoke Style: Steaming Fog

Description: A very useful smoke technique, that helps the user in multiple ways. The user will make one handseal. The user will then exert smoke from his body infused with the users chakra so the user is able to feel the presences of anybody in the smoke. The way this jutsu look is very similar to steam coming from the body but in a much heavier fashion. Causing smoke to spread up to long range of the user creating a very thick fog, even thicker than the hidden mist jutsu. This restricts the opponent from seeing further than 3 meters from their location. The smoke continues to emit from the users body and if the smoke was to be blown away by any means, the user can spend additional chakra points to emit additional amount of smoke to sustain the jutsu.

Note: Useable twice per battle (two-turn cooldown), with each use lasting three turns.

(Kemuri Shingan) - Smoke Mind's Eye

Descrtiption: The user will do an additional Ram hand seal while performing a Smoke technique and gather more chakra into the smoke they are releasing from their body or wrist launcher/s and make it very sensible to obstacles it encounters. This does not change defensive nor offensive capabilities of the smoke but rather just adds a passive sensing ability. The user will be able to feel the changes that happen in the molecular bonds of smoke to the extent of distinguishing shapes and materials and correctly guessing the location of a certain mass and its movements. Accordingly, the user can tell when something has left or entered the area of their smoke. It is enough that the mass is only partially in the smoke to be subjected to sensing, as long as there is contact in any way. However, only the part that is actually in the smoke can be distinguished.
Notes:
- Usable only four times per battle.
- Lasts as long as smoke it was applied to remains under the user's control.
- Only takes a technique slot upon being initially activated.
- Can only be used by a Smoke user.

In response to the kunai and fog, Minato would bring forth two water empowered wind mockingbirds that encircle him, forming a protective barrier that pushes away the smoke, keeping him safe from whatever harmful effects it may have, while also protecting him from the kunais. The barrier would be at 2 meters distance away from Minato, allowing him to see further into the smoke. Naturally, the barrier made him undetectable by the smoke. Following that, he would take two of his ftg kunais and send them skywards before multiplying the on to the left into a thousand copies. The kunai would rain down on the terrain, covering expansive area on multiple fronts, allowing them to harm the haybusa. Minato would then start arcing towards the haybusa last known location, moving at a 7 meter arc.

The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

Description: With a single hand seal, the user is able to create two mockingbirds from the palm of his hands (simply cosmetic, can be created from anywhere short range around the user). The mockingbirds are created with a chakra link between them which cannot be seen without the aid of Doujutsu, or through the use of chakra sensing techniques. The link between them forms a barrier of Wind around the user, protecting the user's body from harm of techniques which might have somehow slipped any other defences put up. The user uses this technique to send chakra to the mockingbirds upon their creation, which in return power the barrier of Wind around his body, protecting him from attacks by slicing or blowing them away (depends on the technique it is defending against, and is down to the users will). The secret to defeating the technique lays in the opponents ability to destroy the Wind made mockingbirds who are able to mimic speed of things they see in battle. If not destroyed, the birds are able to last for five turns before the chakra originally given to them upon creation is depleted. Unless the opponent decides to touch the user, this jutsu is purely defensive and can do no harm. Moreover, for the protection of others the user is able to - at the cost of a move - erect the barrier so that there is a 2 meter diameter with him/her in the center, allowing others protection as well. If they user was to want to return the barrier to its original size, it'd come at the cost of another move.
-Can only be used twice per battle, and once deactivated/destroyed by the opponent, there is a turn wait before being able to use this jutsu again. In the same turn this is used, the user must not use any Wind jutsus above S-rank.

Suiton: Poseidon no yueki | Water Release: Poseidon's Infusion

Description:
The user creates an abundance of thick moisture within the surrounding atmosphere using their suiton chakra as a base. At first sight the moisture itself is many times thinner than the original hiding in the mist technique, being nearly invisible to the naked eye. While the moisture on its own doesn’t possess an immediate threat, when combined with a wind style jutsu it comes into full effect. When a wind jutsu is used, the moisture ‘thickens’ the wind immediately, infusing with it to create a coat of sorts. It’s purpose is to essentially eliminate the natural weakness wind has to fire, as when colliding with a fire jutsu the moisture prevents the fire from feeding off the wind/continuing forwards by becoming a first line of defense for the wind. This doesn't only have an affect against fire though. Due to this techniques nature and affects, the way it is created makes it only react to the user's chakra. This means that when another wind jutsu goes through it that isn't the user's, it won't attach to it, it'll act as a normal A-rank mist.

(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

Due to the sensing ability afforded to him, with his weapon the God of Thunder, Indra. Killua could sense the usage of a combination of wind and water, where Vayne stood. Perhaps he attempted to fend off the smoke by using some form of barrier, this thought was reinforced by the fact that Killua could not feel him within the smoke. Killua in response to the barrier would form a series of hand-seals spawning besides him a clone that would henceforth be refered to as Illumi. Illumi would convert his chakra within himself to fire and after of series of hand-seals the clone would release the enormous quantity of flames into the sky, in order to counter-act the the weapons Minato had thrown into the sky. Thanks to the Smoke's Mind Eye Killua could sense every molecule of smoke within the field. As Illumi performed his fire stream technique, Killua would manipulate his water chakra, creating a sentient squid beneath the field that would extend to long range, the squid would be able to sense movement on the field and react accordingly, furthermore when the squid attack's due to it being a water technique the earth does not vibrate, leaving no warning for the opponent to react. Killua would not bother performing an attack at this moment due to the defensive capabilities of Minato at the moment.. No he would bide his time. "We'll see about that.."


(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) — Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) — Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

(Suiton: Chokkan) — Water Release: Spirit's Sixth Sense

Description: The user begins by channeling chakra to the heels of his/her feet, manipulating this chakra to create a blob of water chakra formed under the surface. This blob of water would then form into a squid, the squid is a sentient being, being able to think and act on its own without the user constantly feeding it chakra. The squid is also able to use it’s six tentacles in a number of ways. For one, the tentacles are capable of detecting and stopping techniques launched from below while active. As for their offensive capabilities, the squid can travel towards the opponent to wrap its tentacles around his/her leg, the user can pressurize the tentacles to pierce through their body or slice it up. This isn’t done by having the water burst from the earth, but rather seeping out of the earth to attack being more covert. The squid along with its offensive abilities is able to transforming the water itself, similar to the “Sticky Syrup Technique.” in order to bind opponents. As for this technique’s defensive applications the tentacles are capable of deflecting or destroying techniques up to A rank (following the S/W of Water), depending on the number of tentacles used to defend, as well as merging with one another and expanding to form barriers around the user of this technique, and or allies. The rank of the technique is divided among the number of tentacles used within the time-frame. The squid has complete freedom to manipulate the tentacles. Due the tentacles being incredibly sensitive the squid is able to sense movement on the earth, and act accordingly. There are six tentacles in total, and they are collectively at A rank. The tentacles can fuse together and separate. Each use of the squid counts as a move per turn.

Immediately upon noticing the release of the fire technique, I would react. I would stop my run and slam my hands onto the ground, manipulating the earth from 3 meters before me and long range past that, raising it at a rapid pace skywards. The speed of the rising earth would pin both the original and the clone to the ground, restricting their movement and cutting off the usage of the streamed fire technique. As the technique was streamed, the violent and sudden pinning down against the earth would result in one of two scenarios. Either the continuation of the usage of the technique, with the clone being forced to direct the fire to directly beneath him, due to the earth, or stopping the technique. The former would lead to the fire clashing with the earth, forming a molten mix that would no doubt end the lives of both Killuas. Naturally the rise of the earth would deal with the water technique, preventing it from reaching me, while also having it attempt to undermine Minatos attack.(from what I got from the tech it moves autonomously to defend against perceived threat, so guessing it would try and fail to deal with the earth) The earth would be raised 15 meters, providing enough force to keep the duo pinned for a while to leave them vulnerable to the kunai thrown from before. The sheer number of them meant that the fire could not reach them all due to my interference.

With that done, I would react by moving backwards, away from the raised earth, while performing two hand seals. The raised portion of the terrain, and 20 meters past in all directions(excluding the normal terrain) would be changed into a swamp. The formation of the swamp in 'mid air' would lead to it swiftly cascading on the terrain, with Killua and his clone stuck in it, suffering from lack of proper mobility. I would stop 20 meters away from the end point of the raised earth, keeping my safe from the falling mud.





(Doton: Daichidōkaku) - Earth Release: Great Moving Earth Core

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Naturally the rise of the earth would deal with the water technique, preventing it from reaching me, while also having it attempt to undermine Minatos attack.(from what I got from the tech it moves autonomously to defend against perceived threat, so guessing it would try and fail to deal with the earth) The earth would be raised 15 meters, providing enough force to keep the duo pinned for a while to leave them vulnerable to the kunai thrown from before. The sheer number of them meant that the fire could not reach them all due to my interference.

With that done, I would react by moving backwards, away from the raised earth, while performing two hand seals. The raised portion of the terrain, and 20 meters past in all directions(excluding the normal terrain) would be changed into a swamp. The formation of the swamp in 'mid air' would lead to it swiftly cascading on the terrain, with Killua and his clone stuck in it, suffering from lack of proper mobility. I would stop 20 meters away from the end point of the raised earth, keeping my safe from the falling mud.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
Killua and Illumi would notice the earth around them begin to shift, perhaps his opponent had decided to launch a technique from beneath the earth. This suspicion was confirmed by Indra, and before the technique could fully rise from the earth Killua would channel lightning chakra into his palms and as he and Illumi both jumped high into the sky, the Hayabusa release the electrical current into the earth ravaging the earth and preventing the technique from fully forming. Within the same time-frame Killua would create a cloud of chakra that would draw out a trait from the technique Killua had used. Also within the same time-frame Illumi would perform a single hand-seal inducing his opponent into an illusion where feather's would fall out from the sky, eventually making the man fall asleep.

Description:
This is a unique technique initiated by forming an additional two hand seals during the performance of another jutsu. This creates a cloud of semi-transparent chakra around the user that serves no direct offensive or defensive purpose, while due to the insubstantial nature of the cloud of chakra it cannot interact with or negatively effect the opponent or their techniques, and vice versa. This techniques singular function is to draw out a single trait of the initial technique that the user wishes to utilise, unique or not and to then copy this trait into the cloud of chakra, in which it will be held in an inactive state until it is used(Meaning that although the cloud can draw out a trait, it does not exhibit the trait itself, it simply ‘holds’ it.)

This ‘drawing out’ process weakens the initial jutsu slightly(falls by one rank or -20 damage) and the cloud will change colour to indicate it is active and will display a colour based on the element of the technique it was used upon(eg. Red for fire, blue for water, etc) After drawing out a trait it can be used by the caster to alter a second jutsu that the user creates, imbuing it with the active cloud of chakra after forming an additional hand seal during the second jutsu’s performance. This fundamentally changes the second jutsu’s attributes by adding the copied trait and ends this technique. This would essentially transfer the held trait to the new jutsu while reinforcing it overall.(eg. Using this jutsu on the Dragon Flame Release Song Technique would allow the user to copy the heat from the fire or even the almost solid nature of the flames and imbue them into a following technique, etc.)

ehh, lets say the earth raised to 10 meters before you did your move.

The release of lightning and induction of an illusion would come relatively together, with the appearance of feathers and the accompanied drowsiness being clear indication of the illusion. With that in mind, I would move back as I surge electricity throughout my body, releasing myself from the illusion, while also releasing a wall of lightning after a short sequence of two claps. The lightning wall would be aimed towards the location the lightning originated from. The sound being a clear indication of that. The lightning would move to hit the general direction of Killua who had somehow survived the kunais and was now airborne/landing.

Quickly after that I would follow up by swiftly summoning Gamahiro in the area I expected the two to be in. The toad would come down with intention to injure and massively kill. The fact that it would immediately move to deliver a massive attack with it's equally massive sword were clear indication of that. The toad would be rapidly spinning towards the expected location of the two, moving at great speeds under the influence of it's weight, with his sword taking a saw-like shape. The end result would be the massive destruction of a huge portion of the earth and hopefully the death of the opposer.

Killua could sense the wall of lightning his opponent created with Indra, it seemed he had used it to release him from the effects of the genjutsu Illumi had induced his opponent in. As the lightning wall was released outward's rushing towards the two, Illumi would channel wind chakra within his body, after performing a series of hand-seals the shinobi would compress the wind chakra into a crushing sphere that would blast through the lightning and barrel into Minato. Within the same time-frame, Killua would perform a single hand-seal using a chidori to take control of the storm clouds in the sky creating a practically instant thunderbolt that would blast through Minato's defenses. The explosive power, and the sheer range of the technique would be transferred into the Kirin due to chop and change. "It's over.."

Tracking back the direction of the wind, I had a clear indication of the point of origin. Not only was the sound of lightning from before prevalent, but also the lightning from this turn and the wind clashing against my attack. So, in simple fashion, I would perform the ram hand seal and create a barrier around me. The barrier was formed based on an FTG kunai in my pouch and it would cover a spherical range of 5 meters all around me. The barrier would take on the released wind sphere and teleport it to a kunai that I predicted to be in the general locale around Killua. Now two distinctions must be made, first, the kunai sent multiple sequences before literally littered the terrain, allowing for a wide array of options. With the gained knowledge on the general location of Killua I only had to choose one near him. Now this chosen one was rather distinct with how it transported the technique, as it was made to encompass an area of a sphere of 5 meter radius, ensuring that that Killua would be under this massive area of effect.

The wind attack would transport instantly inside the exit sphere, moving literally instantly an infinite amount of time inside the sphere. This would mean that Killua and his clone would be hit infinite times in less than a single breathe before they get the chance to react. The hits would come as Killua attempts to take control of the clouds that highkey aren't their, resulting it their immediate death.

The quote essentially has no issues, however I'll address some things.

1. The S-rank MEC does not allow you to jump like that, Jay. The speed of it pins you to the ground regardless of the direction it is going. So saying that you jump and release the electrical discharge would be considered invalid. Just a heads up.

2. Now Jay apparently thinks that if he jumps, things will change but in reality, they just remain the same hence I said this quote has no issues. In response to the kunai's multiplications, Jay releases fire which was quickly interrupted with the MEC. This would not be enough to the barrage of kunais which would be scattered in the ground.

3. Despite I don't see any reference of Jay using a skyward Fire technique to perform Kirin, Vayne allowed it to be however he interrupted that. In order to perform Kirin you need to spend two timeframe slots thanks to needing to perform the Chidori first. So the timeframe overall is.

- 1000 Birds Thunderstorm/Temple of Nirvana/Chop and Change (Jay)
- Wave of the Lightning Cutters (Vayne)
- Vacuum Great Sphere/Chidori (Jay)

In this area, the transported attack or object would continuously loop inside the sphere, rampaging inside it from one point to the other, instantly. For techniques that are bigger than the area of the sphere, they would constantly teleport to the center of the sphere, stopping any momentum the technique may have. The technique occurs in the same timeframe of a space-time barrier technique, but counts towards the jutsu per turn limit. This technique must be used alongside an S/T barrier technique and cannot be used on it's own. The technique is usable three times per battle.
After releasing his wind-sphere, Killua could sense the creation of a technique with Indra, a barrier around Minato, and himself. As soon as the two barriers were formed. Killua would channel wind chakra in his blade (Indra), and rotate it above him much like a helicopter to propel him into the sky, effectively escaping the barrier formed by Minato before the wind sphere came in contact with Minato's barrier. Killua would escape the barrier as he did not want to be under the effects of an enemy jutsu. Illumi would also, in his final moment, transform the earth up into long range all around him into a sticky swamp, that would swallow the ftg kunai around him, as well as Minato if he was incapable of evading in time. This happened just as the wind sphere was transported from Minato's barrier to the one that Illumi was in, destroying the clone.. "Tch.." Killua would continue flying walking away from the battle and onto the next...

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Description: The user will channel Futon chakra into his sword, and spin it. The blast of wind is capable of propelling the user in any direction he hopes to go in, left, right, forwards, backwards, up and down. The user must spin the sword in the direction the user wishes to go, and the blast of wind will pull the user in this direction, kind of like a helicopter. The user of this technique can steady the amount of wind chakra fueled into the technique to keep themselves steady while in mid-air. The user is able to move at their running speed while utilizing the wind propulsion. The wind however can be used for much more than just flying, the wind can be released by spinning the sword to release a spherical blast of wind. Due to the incredible rapid sword movement, and the blast of futon that's released it is capable of cutting through earth (B rank), blasting away water (B rank), overpowering other wind techniques (same rank and below, within reason), and it is also effective against B rank and below fire techniques. The blast of wind is also sharp and capable of cutting apart people should the user use this technique as an attack.

With the creation of the swamp and the enemy fleeing, he would teleport to a kunai in the bedroom of his house. Kushina was about to put in some work!


(Hiraishin no Jutsu) - Flying Thunder God Technique

Description: A complex Space Time Ninjutsu technique, the Flying Thunder God Technique works almost as a summoning technique. The user basically teleports himself to the location of a given seal mark. This seal mark is place by the ( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique and can be placed in anything. Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. The technique is not a movement technique but rather simply a pure teleport technique.
Note: Only Minato and Tobirama bios can use this jutsu. It is unavoidable unless with space/time ninjutsu and can only be used 4 times per battle
