U11 is getting dominated you illiterate dummy. Jiren is not the 11th universe just like Goku is not the 7th Universe otherwise universe 7th would not have the second lowest mortal rate in the tournaments.
And if intellect had that much to do with mortal level, those robots would probably be exempted from the tournament like the other universe. So I don't know who the hell told you that I am wrong because I know I'm right. Just because you lack a concrete rebuttal to legitimate fact doesn't mean you keep replying every damn post.
