We saw Hinata train before the Chunin exams when Kurenai was complimenting Hinata on her changing. But we know Sakura trained with Tsuande over 3 year's in CQC healing and evasion. Tough call since neither got much screen time training wise. And with Kakashi's "training" it was simple for her to do.

Try again. Sakura did more than train over a dying fish. Are we just gonna ignore the whole flashback sequence of her getting thrashed by Tsunade during her evasion training?

OT: it's really hard to say. They both were shown being trained at one point in the manga/anime.

As I mentioned above for Sakura and during the war when Hinata finally pulled 64 Trigrams in a flashback where she was receiving training from Neji.

About equal in effort I suppose. Those I tip it a bit more in Sakura's side as she is still a medical Ninja and fighting while Hinata has chosen the civilian life.
