Jin Mori doesnt need any build up. We already saw him in action so yeah this next story is all focusing on this new casts but I doubt evilness also stop. Mujin Park has some hidden/mysterious motive/objective that we yet to known and also I dont think R just left like that.

If those two still has 'unfinish business' the one who can handle them will not be this new characters but Mori Jin. As Gods will not interfere anymore. In someway he will reemerge in full power

Example: in vote 2 battle Naruto was clearly not soloing Sasuke but teamed up with Kurama to defeats Sasuke.

Actually it was, an exhausted Naruto with 0.5 Kurama vs Sasuke, Itachi's eyes, and 8.5 Bijuu.

You can't solo if you are using another entities power. An eye and a sentient being are two different things.

Naruto is using his own in conjunction with the Kyubi's power, which is an earned power.
The same isn't true in regards to Sasuke and Itachi's eyes.

Name one foreign ability Sasuke earned from using Itachi's eyes.

Perfect Susanoo. Something Sasuke can't use unless he gains EMS. Face it, Sasuke got a significant boost in power thanks to those eyes and what's more is that he didn't even need to train for it. Basically a free handout.
