Sakura healed the alliance twice, destroyed a battlefield, strikes Kaguya, regenerated from Madara's assault, healed Naruto, travelled through dimension Kaguya found taxing and healed both Naruto and Sasuke.
Hinata did a few air-palms, a 32 palm technique and fought on the sidelines the fainted out of pure exhaustion.
Sakura's chakra control, book-smarts, and jutsu knowledge are 2nd to none.

Couldn't be bothered reading all of it but Rokudo chakra is added to base chakra and is therefore included in the stats. Also as a side note rokudo chakra doesn't increase your reserves it increases the concentration / strength of your chakra to rokudo levels.
Sakura has more chakra than Hinata. Judging by the forehead size and the seals ability to store chakra in the forehead. I'd say her reserves are second only to Kaguya.

Not really.
According to the original databooks, Sakura has always had the lowest of team 7. In part 2 up until Itachi/Pain arc a 2.5 which is a full point behind part 2 sasuke and she was only .5 ahead of early part 1 sasuke.

Hinata fainted due to chakra exhaustion after fighting on the sidelines, air-palming a juubi hand and using 64-palms all whilst having the juubi cloak, her reserves are at most above-average and that's stretching it as well. Keep bringing in Hamura chakra it was just a temporary buff that hasn't even been mentioned in the story after the Last.

as much as you try and deny it
until proven otherwise
Hinata also was fighting in the front line on multiple fronts for multiple days before fighting the 10 tails
Sakura was stationary and was a medic until Sasuke appeared but that doesn't mean anything when Hinata now has Hamura chakra that dwarfs byakugou
