Couldn't be bothered reading all of it but Rokudo chakra is added to base chakra and is therefore included in the stats. Also as a side note rokudo chakra doesn't increase your reserves it increases the concentration / strength of your chakra to rokudo levels.

Sakura has more chakra than Hinata. Judging by the forehead size and the seals ability to store chakra in the forehead. I'd say her reserves are second only to Kaguya.

According to the original databooks, Sakura has always had the lowest of team 7. In part 2 up until Itachi/Pain arc a 2.5 which is a full point behind part 2 sasuke and she was only .5 ahead of early part 1 sasuke.
