People who distance themselves from being female or male because of religious/cultural reasons are not the same as modern transgenders, who feel like they were born in the wrong body.

They are claiming it doesnt cause enough distress to be classified a mental illness, even though it HAS been proven that transgenders are 20x more likely to commit suicide.
