True. Assuming somehow, by sheer dumb luck, despite her superior taijutsu and reflexes, Hinata is unable to close Sakura’s Chakra Points, Sakura can heal from any injuries inflicted on her.
However, the Yin Seal only heals physical damage, it doesn’t deal with blunt force. And as we’ve seen, Sakura can’t handle blunt force and has never shown durability feats after she got knocked out by a mere bridge to suggest anything has changed. So any blunt force aimed and impacting her head will knock her out cold.

Air Palm is blunt force combined with the precision of Byakugan, so Hinata’s gonna be able to land the hit anywhere she wants considering she aimed Ino’s Mind Transfer PERFECTLY to Obito from many, many, many meters away, pulling off something Hiashi failed to do.

She also has enough precision to use 64 Palms. If she can aim and align the needle-tip tiny Chakra Points on her fingers at needle-tip tiny points on non-static opponents all while factoring in recoil and moving around to prevent the opponent from escaping her combo attack, aiming at a massive forehead will be no problem.

And I know people will say Hinata fumbled with 64 Palms. But, one, that doesn’t change the precision and speed feats she displayed. Two, she still managed to complete it, and considering that 64 Palms is a combo attack that relies on the user’s speed to be used successfully, it shows how irrelevant the mistake was. And finally, Three, The Last Databook states that she in fact mastered 64 Palms during that exact moment.

Hinata’s Air Palm is on par or surpasses Neji’s due to the two using Air Wall Palm together, which would mean the speed of the attacks would need to be the same in order for the attack to even be effective. This is because, if Neji’s Air Palm was faster than Hinata’s, it would hit their target, sending it flying, while Hinata’s would miss and hit thin air. This means the speed of both techniques must be the same in order for Air Wall Palm to be pulled off properly, and this in turn also means the POWER of the Air Palms are also the same due to Air Palm’s force coming from the speed at which the compressed air travels.

Also, Hinata now has Rikudo Chakra since she received it from Hamura during The Last movie, meaning she can replicate the feat she did against the Juubi’s hand, which not only surpasses Neji’s Air Palm by ages, but it also contains far more force than what is even needed to knock out Sakura.

Her Kyuubi Air Palm sent a massive hand flying instantly. Kakashi noted that the Chakra he received from Naruto was enough to power his techniques three times over at least, and this was with such a small amount that it didn’t form any sort of cloak. This would mean the V1 Cloak Naruto handed out to the alliance was even more powerful, and given that we saw Hinata was able to use her more potent Rikudo Chakra to form a sort of cloak around her, it would mean she would easily be able to replicate her Kyuubi Air Palm with a Rikudo Air Palm with far more power.
Even without it, Hinata’s base Air Palm has enough force behind it to knock Sakura out.
Sakura was knocked out not by 4 Tails Naruto’s Chakra explosion
Not by the resulting shockwave.
Not by the resulting flying body of Kabuto.
Not by the resulting head to butt collision.
But merely hitting her petty head against a simple bridge.
Hinata’s Air Palm, which is on par with Neji’s as shown by their Wall Palm attack, is powerful enough in base to knock away Kisame, who is one of the heaviest human characters in the series. So even ignoring Rikudo Chakra, Hinata’s normal Air Palm has enough fire power to put Sakura into a concussion, whereupon Hinata can proceed to take her time in turning Sakura’s body to pink mush.
There’s also this quote form the 4th Databook:
Unless vital body parts are affected or very deep wounds are present, she can restore her body back to the state of absolute ‘uninjuredness’.
Meaning deep wounds and serious damage become very difficult to heal or at least take some time to recover from, and such damage would surely weaken Sakura’s performance bit by bit in a battle and hinder her performance.
Sakura is not that great at recovering from injuries anyways, as she fell to her knees and was panting simply by having two small knives pierce her arm, even after the knives were removed and she had healed herself. Sasuke even had to call out to Salad to take care of the Mini-Juubi thing instead of Sakura, who, in the same panel, is on her knees.

Considering Hinata’s Gentle Fist was powerful enough in base alone to leave visible exterior marks on the Juubi Clone’s body when Gentle Fist doesn’t even deal with exterior damage. And keep in mind the Juubi Clones are highly durable, at least more so than a normal human like Sakura.

Hinata’s Crumbling Attack would be more than enough to take out Sakura, as even if she does heal from the damage, she would not be able to heal at a rapid enough rate to counter the damage she’d be taking in, and would have her performance and combat abilities hindered by the physical damage done, just like with Shin. Except with Shin, it was two knives that barely stabbed her, while with Hinata, it’s deep damage to her inner organs.
