I'm just entertaining the idea that it is a Temseigan wielded by a NonOotsutsuki. Also that Black sclera of him puzzles me. Between the Byakugan and the Tenseigan, it is more likely that it is the Tenseigan since we havent truly known a lot about it. I could be wrong tho.
