Amaterasu can pass through any defences.Sasuke's MS is immune to genjutsu so no point of Frog Genjutsu. Susanno'o is in almost same level as KCM. Sasuke never ever used genjutsu on naruto since he knows naruto has kyuubi chakra to break it. Toads are better than sasuke's summons but Sasuke can handle them by himself due to Blaze release and Fire,Lightning speciality. Sasuke can even keep up with naruto's taijustu in SM.

So Sasuke > Naruto High Deff.

Kabuto was closing his eyes so no genjutsu would get him despite being in sage mode.

Also sage mode requires constant chakra manipulation and absorbtion. If someone in sagemode falls in a genjutsu he will most likely die. His body absorbs nature energy by default but he can't manipulate the energy. He can't keep up the balance that is required for SM.
