Frs hit would need to hit Sasuke that's not happening except in fanfics.
Nice fanfic you do know Naruto's rasengan was made of kurama chakra and not Naruto's natural chakra and that's why it was able to match chidorI. Kagatsuchi was there for no reason it should've burnt both to ash ah plot shield.
So Sasuke can't adjust the shape of his susanoo to impale noodles or fire an arrow? Only thing shown to barely counter an arrow's speed was kamui. This pawns the fanfic.
Also 3 tomoe Sasuke is above sm Naruto by his own admission.
