Sakura kills her with mid diff at the very worst. One giant punch and it's GG. Gentle Fist as an offensive is useless in every sense apart from the ability to close chakra points, and in order to do so you need to be able to jab said chakra points, and enough of them, in order to render their chakra flow useless. That's why Hinata's chakra flow wasn't shut down every single time Neji hit her w/ Gentle Fist. If Hinata ever puts herself in the position where she'd hit Sakura, Byakugo lets her eat the strike and then she retaliates turning Hinata into a fine pinkish or reddish goo. :lol Her Twin Lion's Fists are useless as well. They drain chakra, but unless she can drain all of Sakura's chakra in their exchange before Sakura smacks the shit out of her it's pointless. What's more is that they drain chakra from the body just like Mokuryu, but Mokuryu doesn't absorb Ninjutsu unless it's some sort of solid chakra Avatar. So clashing it w/ Sakura's punch does nothing but get her killed.
Oh yeah, and to shut down the enemy's chakra flow you need to close at least 64 of their Tenketsu as shown during Naruto vs. Neji. Hinata doesn't have the capability to engage Sakura, jab her 64 times and do so without Sakura retaliating or outright dodging.
-Neither have any extraordinary speed feats, but Sakura's stand out far more than Hinata's. Not debatable. So from what has been shown Sakura has the overwhelming advantage in speed. (And no, being able to use techs that Neji used doesn't make her as fast as he is)
-Hinata is more skilled in the art of Taijutsu, but not by much based on their DB stats.
-Hinata needs multiple hits to win, Sakura needs one hit and it doesn't need to be direct.
-Katsuyu just makes it a low-mid diff.
-Hinata's offense outside of blocking her chakra is utterly useless as she can heal from it with ease.
This match was debatable in Hinata's favor when we were still at the beginning of Part 2 to Pain Arc. Not anymore though. It could become debatable again if Hinata post Manga is given the chance to show new feats, but for now? Nah.
