Due to its genetic and physical make up, Katsuyu is extremely resistant to damage, as seen during Pain's Assault. Katsuyu is also able to absorb people into its body, thus protecting them from physical impacts like the large-scale Shinra Tensei using its own high durability. A palm-sized version of Katsuyu even survived the corrosive chakra of Naruto's eight-tailed form and Nagato's Chibaku Tensei.

Katsuyu has also noted that its power is directly tied in to that of its summoner and their Strength of a Hundred Seal. For that reason, when Tsunade summoned the slug in her weakened condition during the Fourth Shinobi World War, the healing proceeded slowly, as not only was Katsuyu multi-tasking, but Tsunade's chakra reserves were extremely low.

Katsuyu is Tsunade's feat. Katsuyu ergo takes some of Tsunade's feats. I think Katsuyu wins since she is virtually indestructible.

Katsuyu a power is linked to Sakura and tsunade , it's a draw. Thought Sakura and tsunade can transmit jutsu directly through katsuyu so maybe they can poison her .but katsuyu is like indestructible.......
If they can reverse engineer the byakugou seal to absorb chakra from katsuyu instead of give it to katsuyu then they can win

Sweety, Base Sakura would be able to tank Orochimaru Chakra Ball, according to the novel.
Katsuyu woudln't even flinch.
