(Gurīdo ∞ Eien no Kiga) Greed ∞ The Eternal Hunger
Type: Weapon
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short - Long (Depending on Greed's shape)
Chakra: N/A - 50 (Devour) 20 (Regeneration) 10 (Shapeshifting)
Damage: N/A (40 whilst Assimilated) (10 damage every turn)
Description: Greed, also known as "(Kamītā) God Eater", is a weaponized Symbiote, a sentient type of organism that seeks out and bonds with a host organism in order to survive, and thrive. Unlike most symbiotic entities Greed is a "Mutualistic" Symbiote, a type of symbiote that survives through a host organism, while providing the host some manner of benefit with it's presence, unlike others which are typically "Parasitic" Symbiotes, which only bring pain, suffering and/ or death with their presence. As one might expect, Greed has an insatiable appetite, and the unfortunate habit of eating just about anything that comes within range, indiscriminating between friend or foe, trash or treasure, etc. All he knows is his own eternal hunger, and the desire to be free from it. While this is most prevalent personality trait, Greed is also brutal, arrogant, disrespectful, sadistic, deceptive, and much, much more, all thanks to his begrudging dependency on other organisms for his survival.

Greed's ravenous hunger goes hand in hand with his ability to analyze, retain and replicate the appearance, texture, properties, etc of any solid material he devours, regardless of whether it is natural, man-made, created via Chakra, etc, similar to the Ninjutsu . As stated, this ability only works on solids, meaning liquids, gasses, energies, etc cannot be devoured and replicated using this ability, as they lack physical substance for Greed to consume and assimilate. Examples include a wide and varied range from basic earthen materials like dirt and hard earth, to denser materials, like rocks, metals and crystals, and organic materials, such as wood. In the case of materials devoid of Chakra, devouring them costs no Chakra and is a passive action. In the case of materials created via Chakra, the user must expend Chakra equivalent to the Rank of the material Greed wants to devour and this will cost a move. Greed can only replicate the properties from a single material at any given time, in addition to his base state. The ability to assimilate the properties of a material into his form is a passive one, and requires no Chakra from the user to achieve, but is limited to only one change per turn.

In his base state Greed possesses an immunity to B-Ranks and below, and requires at least an A-Rank to damage him, and another to destroy him, or one S-Rank, etc. While Greed is injured in his base state, he can quickly regenerate injured/ destroyed parts within that same turn, at the cost of being being unable to assimilate/ replicate the properties of a material. In other words, while Greed is regenerating, he cannot devour materials to analyze their properties, change his shape, or enter his assimilated state, as he is solely focussed on regenerating from the damage he has sustained.

In his assimilated state, Greed's durability is increased to Forbidden Rank, and requires at least one S-Rank to damage him, and another to destroy him, or one Forbidden Rank, etc. While Greed is injured in his Assimilated state, he can regenerate injured/ destroyed parts over the course of the next turn, during which time he is still susceptible to a fatal attack. Finally, thanks to the increase in his durability, physical attacks that utilize Greed whilst assimilated also receive a substantial increase, dealing 20 more damage, such as Taijutsu, or Kenjutsu if Greed changes his shape into that of a blade.

In addition to his "assimilation" ability, Greed also has complete and total control over the shape and general functions of his form, allowing him to change his forms shape and functions to suit his needs, usually covering the majority of his form into as many mouths as he can. This "Shapeshifting" relies on a mass-conversion system, allowing Greed to mould himself into shapes and forms equivalent to, or less than, the total amount of mass he has consumed. This can allow Greed to shape his form in many ways, moulding himself into the shape of various weapons, like a blade to facilitate the usage of Kenjutsu, or a whip-like appendage to engage in ranged strikes, while his assimilation ability allows Greed to change the general properties and appearance of these shapes into various materials, making his strikes both versatile, and deadly.

Through both of these abilities Greed is implanted into users Biography's hands/ arms via Medical Ninjutsu, requiring a Medical Ninja to oversee the merging of the two. This is performed within the NarutoBase Hospital to ensure that Greed's consumption and replication of the user's hand/ arm is as close to the original as possible, and, using their knowledge of the inner workings of the body, ensure functions like the flow of blood, as well as the connection between Greed and the user's Tenketsu, the flow of the user's Chakra into Greed, and other biological functions, such as the connection between nerves, etc, are as functional as possible. This allows both the user and Greed to share their senses, experiences, allows direct mental communication between the two, etc, while also allowing the user to weave seals using Greed as a proxy, and supply Greed with Chakra for his abilities, or for Greed to forcefully drain Chakra from his host. Greed can also devour small portions of the body, and with every inch of the user devoured comes excruciating pain, equivalent to the pain inflicted by biting ones tongue off. While the user has some leeway in their manipulation of Greed, such as utilizing him to perform hand seals for their Jutsu, Greed is still his own organism, and thus is capable of both independent movement, thought, actions, etc, regardless of input from his host. This means that, should the host may be incapacitated, or unable to act in some manner, it doesn't necessarily apply to Greed. For example, in the case of a Genjutsu directed at the host, although they and Greed share the same Chakra flow, because Greed has his own mind, senses, etc, he would be unaffected unless the Genjutsu affects multiple targets.

Note: The acquisition of unique or specific materials must be performed in an Official Fight where Greed consumes the specified material, and the user emerges victorious, or escapes the battle. Additionally, the user must compile a list of all materials Greed has devoured, with the links to the appropriate battles, within their Custom Jutsu thread.

Location of CW Implantation: To be surgically attached to Shayde's right shoulder, replacing his devoured right arm.

Related injury occurred here: .

To keep this simple, a short summary of the events is that Shayde travelled to the Land of Moon to try and kill Kaneki (Six Paths' bio), a close friend from their time in Konoha, in an attempt to awaken his Mangekyō Sharingan. Kurogakure, not allowing him to get away with a directly offensive approach, immediately captured Shayde and proceeded to torture him. During this time, they saw fit to allow Kaneki to devour Shayde's right arm as punishment, and leave him for dead, unless he joined up with them. Obviously not wishing to die, he agreed, and got his other injuries, minus a "reminder" from one of the Kurogakurian's, a series of letters scarred and burned into his back, healed. Can't magically restore an entire arm after it's been devoured by a member of the Claymore Clan though, hence the need for a "replacement", and the CW's Implantation.

Description of the Transplant Procedure: As is stated in the Weapon itself, this is a very delicate and dangerous procedure. Not only does the weapon in question eat literally almost anything within reach indiscriminately, like the hands and tools of a Medical Shinobi trying to implant him for example, the actual process of attaching Greed to the host must be executed flawlessly, as he is, effectively, acting as the hosts new arm. Factors like the flow of blood, connection of the Chakra network, nerves, etc, must be connected properly, while Greed himself physically "replicates" the shape and appearance of Shayde's arm, using his Shapeshifting ability, otherwise the arm/ weapon will be, basically, useless.

Still unconscious from the "injuries", as mild a word as it was to describe the horrors he suffered in Kurogakure, Shayde was completely unaware of the tragedy that was about to befall him in the form of an "experimental" limb "recreation" procedure. Or, at least, that's how it was to be publicly described as... As he rest his weary head upon one of the gurney's in one of the corridors of the Hospital, waiting for whichever Doctor would be brave enough to perform this procedure, the various Nurses which were supposed to be attending to him were no where to be found... The only thing of note in the area was, attached to his gurney, a small bag made of an unknown material, containing some ferociously writhing mass. Written on the bag, which itself was covered in fresh blood, were the words;

"Do not handle directly!!"

Howard stood looking at the whiteboard with the daily procedures written in black marker upon a grid with several types of procedures marked down. He always found the surgical procedures more interesting than the curse mark applications but the surgical ones were few and far between. He read the latest procedure slowly and deliberately. Hmm, arm reconstruction and connection, that's a new one.
He walked over to the nurses desk looking at them as he asked about the patient, his condition and what brought on such a procedure. A random nurse who's name he didn't know explained that all they knew was someone ate the boys arm during or after a battle. She then told him to read the report, it wasn't her job to brief him. Howard was too caught up in the eating of his arm though and quickly replied in a progressively higher tone each word sounding higher and more drawn out than the last. Just straight up ate it, or like with some fava beans and a nice chianti?

The woman replied in a snarky and sarcastic tone. I don't know, why would you care you're a doctor just heal the patient, and for the love of the Sage of Six Paths do not-... I REPEAT, DO, NOT try to convince them they have somekind of rare illness, or they cannot use ninjutsu anymore. You remember last time? We almost got shut down because of that, I don't know why the Dean of Medicine doesn't fire you already.

Still unconscious from the "injuries", as mild a word as it was to describe the horrors he suffered in Kurogakure, Shayde was completely unaware of the tragedy that was about to befall him in the form of an "experimental" limb "recreation" procedure. Or, at least, that's how it was to be publicly described as... As he rest his weary head upon one of the gurney's in one of the corridors of the Hospital, waiting for whichever Doctor would be brave stupid enough to perform this procedure, the various Nurses which were supposed to be attending to him were no where to be found... The only thing of note in the area was, attached to his gurney, a small bag made of an unknown material, containing some ferociously writhing mass. Written on the bag, which itself was covered in fresh blood, were the words;

"Do not handle directly!!"

Howard picked up the report holding it in his left hand and began reading it. He wasn't even paying attention anymore to what the nurse had to say he was gone both mentally and physically as he walked away. He tapped a pen upon the board holding the pen in his right hand as he skimmed over all of the pertinent information and after a few moments he seemed to scratch out something and write something else in it's place. He eventually made his way to the door of the patients room. He quickly looked over the patient using the diagnosis skill to render an accurate prognosis using the same ability on the parasitic creature that sat next to him in a lumpy mess inside a bag. Hmm, what is it with shinobi and parasites. They just like putting them in their bodies, I mean you wouldn't want tape worms floating around in your digestive tract, so why attach something that's going to literally eat you? Well it's none of my business.
As he spoke he approached the bag at the bottom of the bed with what looked like a mass of flesh, with a note hastily written upon it. He had a decent understanding of the mechanism and function of the parasite from reading the report and after quickly using the cleansing ability upon both himself, the patient and parasite he leaned over looking at the wound gaining an in-depth understand of the wound itself. He placed the report on an adjacent table far enough away from the parasite to not be a problem.
The entire arm was gone, at the shoulder there were deep gash-like marks as if scrapped and torn away. The scapula was miraculously still intact, without it the procedure would have been much more difficult. Howard couldn't help but poke the gaping wound with his right index finger before numbing the entire shoulder joint, as well as the neck and upper chest.
He did this by releasing a small pulse of electricity through the nerves stunning the upper body's pain receptors for the procedure. He gently touched his index finger to the shoulder joint, the neck, and then the upper pectoral muscle numbing the entire work space.

Well, I guess it's time to begin.

As he said that he performed four hand seals as he created two moderately sized water scalpels upon his hands as he would be unable to directly touch the parasite. With these knowing the implant couldn't absorb liquids or gases he placed the parasite on the bed next to the patient far enough away that it could not touch the patient using the water appendages when he needed to touch, move or re-position the symbiote. He quickly and deliberately positioned it so it would fit up into the shoulder joint when he needed to place it. He slowly reopened the wound and prepared it by slicing away any unnecessary flesh and separating the tissue with chakra usage this flesh and tissue had partially healed from the work done by the nurses earlier.
Next he quickly but precisely forced the implant into it's respective place sitting it in such a way that it would sit properly and avoid contact with anything besides the water appendages. He used his left scalpel to elevate it as he released the right one as to continue working with his right hand. He now needed to delicately attach the parasite to the arm socket, the first thing he did was close the wound by forcibly regrowing the tissue, nerves and tendons connecting them. This happened over the course of a few minutes as it was a deliberate, delicate process. Next he began to bind the cells together binding the symbiote itself directly to the arm this was rudimentary in nature as the chakra networks would need to be done later. Due to that fact this only took a few moments as it was just the melding of flesh, tendons, nerves and blood vessels.
Sweat began to build upon his brow as he quickly lifted his right hand still holding the parasite with his left which had a water appendage to stop it from consuming anything he used his thumb to crack his index and middle fingers as he then went on to begin connecting the two separate chakra networks. He did this by rebuilding the networks in the upper shoulder that the patient had lost when his arm was consumed. Then he connected each node of the chakra network of the patient to a proper one from the symbiote allowing them to share chakra among each other. With this the procedure itself was completed the nerves, blood vessels, and chakra networks were connected, and the flesh, muscle, bone and tendons were mended and healed.
He performed the diagnosis skill one final time and used the mystic palm technique to heal any minor wounds that were left as well as any other wound he had sustained in the battle itself. After a few hours of rest he woke the patient. By this time he had removed his lab coat and put on a janitors smock. He looked the boy dead in the eyes and said.

We couldn't save the arm. I had to replace it with a mop handle. You'll never use ninjutsu again.

You'll need to rest for four days. Here take this.

Howard seemed serious, and due to the fact that the patient would be both heavily sedated and the fact that he'd lost a lot of blood he may just believe him. He passed him a blood replenishing pill and then went silent lowering his head as if disappointed in what he had said.
Howard paused for a long period of time waiting to see the shinobi's reply. He didn't speak just stood there, in a janitor's smock leaning on a broom looking down at the patient with a look of disappointment and sadness as if the procedure was a failure.

(Iryō Ninjutsu: Kirei Tomo) Medical Technique: I clean all of me
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The medical shinobi fills his palms with small amounts of extremely aggressive chakra and runs them over the areas of his body he wants to clean of any microorganisms, harmful substances, etc. The chakra will eliminate any inert harmful substance or microorganism present on that area. Normally this technique is done on the hands and lower arms just before having contact with a patient but can be applied to the whole body in specific situations (before performing surgery, if the enemy is highly contagious, etc). After being done, the chakra automatically turns back to his regular, non-harmful and calm one.

(Iryō Ninjutsu: Kirei Itto) Medical Technique: I clean all of him
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The medical shinobi fills his palms with moderate amounts of semi-aggressive chakra and runs them over any areas of the patient’s body he wants to clean of any microorganisms, controlling the chakra flow constantly so it doesn't becomes too lethal. The area affected is 4 times the area of the users hands. After being done, his chakra automatically turns back to his regular, non-harmful and calm one.

(Iryō Raikō Ninjutsu: Shinkeikei Konran no Jutsu) Lightning Medical Technique: Skill of Nervous System Confusion
Rank: B-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: The user charges electrical chakra into his index finger and hits the opponent. Doing so temporarily neutralizes all feeling to the targeted area for a limited amount of time, essentially anesthetizing it (by overloading and numbing the nerves with the electrical discharge), allowing the medical ninja to perform minor surgery or sutures without the patient having to endure the pain or being able to move his body part. This type of local anesthesia is very effective on the limbs and superficial tissues and, depending on which nerve cluster/pressure point/body area its applied to, can even leave a whole limb anesthetized. In battle, this skill can be used with free form taijutsu to great effect, though, due to the rapid contact, will produce a shorter effect.
Note: Lasts 5 turns for medical uses but only one turn if used offensively

( Iryō Suiton: Mizukamakiri ) - Medical Water Style: Water Praying Mantis
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: After forming four hand seals, the user can form giant insect-like claws on their arms made of water, extending the range of attack. One can also apply chakra flow through the claws akin to the chakra scalpel, increasing the attack's sharpness and thus penetrative force.

(Iryō Ninjutsu: Soshiki Bunri) Medical Technique: Tissue Separation
Type: Supplimentary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20 per turn
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user places a palm on the patients body, pouring their chakra into the tissue, gently moving it apart to create an opening to allow him to perform surgery on the patients internal organs without creating an incision. In fact, the technique separates tissue in a non traumatic way, avoiding damage and relinquishing the need to heal the tissue afterwards. The opening closes virtually instantly after the chakra input is stopped. However, even if it doesn't do damage, the usage of the technique causes tremendous pain to the patient so the use of anesthetics before the procedure is highly recommendable.
Note: User must have their hand on the patient for a full turn before this takes affect and must maintain constant physical contact and chakra supply to maintain it. However, the technique can be done in tandem with others such as chakra scapel or mystical palm.

(Iryō Ninjutsu: Saibō no saisei) Medical Technique: Cellular regeneration
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A (can negate up to 60 points)
Description: The medical ninja forcibly controls the cell cycle of the target tissue, causing rapid proliferation of the cells, thereby regenerating the tissue. This is done by infusing the cells of the target tissue with the users own healing chakra, potentiating mitosis and tissue growth. The drawback of this technique is that its not actually a healing technique but a tissue growth technique. It can serve to grow missing tissue but it cannot heal in the truth essence of the word and in essence is a much simpler application of the Mystic Palm technique.

(Iryō Ninjutsu: Seru Soutei) Medical Technique: Cell Binding
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will focus chakra through one of his hands and forcefully makes separated tissue (cuts, severed body parts, etc) bound together. First, the user wills his chakra to physical bind the tissue together, only to then force the cells to bind together as they were before the trauma. By manipulating the Inter-cellular proteins on the surface of the cells to re-knit the tissue cytoskeleton. The technique can only bind cells and tissue together if there hasn't been any tissue loss. However, it can be used to even reattach cut limbs or body parts.
Note: For this technique to have effect, an actual separation between cells that were once together must be present. This technique will not work on uninjured tissue.

(Iryo Ninjutsu: Saiken no Keiro) Medical Technique: Rebuilding Chakra Pathways
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 100
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple technique designed solely to help rebuild and regenerate lost or destroyed chakra pathways. In essence, its a more advanced and highly specific form of Mystical Palm in which the user will focus large amounts of chakra (orange in color) on his palms and, through it, helps rebuild chakra pathways on a patient. This technique, despite being Medical in nature, actually has a very strong Yang component. The user needs to visualize the chakra pathway and will it to regenerate back to its former form. The technique is very hard to use, requires lots of concentration and focus, consumes a lot of chakra and takes a lot of time. To rebuild the chakra pathways in an area like the patients hand, the user will take 3 or 4 turns of continous use. This technique cannot rebuild Eight Inner Gates nor destroyed Tenketsu.
Note: Can only be used by medical ninjas.

(Iryō Ninjutsu: Shōsen Jutsu) Medical Technique: Mystic Palm Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A ( 60 )
Damage: N/A
Description:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing mainly Yang chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish healing chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which, as the technique stands as a jack of all trades in terms of medical ninjutsu, is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant, specially in internal injuries.

(Ketsueki no Zōka Piru) Blood Replenishing Pill
Type: Healing
Description and Background: Contains high concentrations of amino acids, iron and mitosis inducing enzymes designed to turbo boost the production of erythrocytes from haematopoetic stem cells in the human body. This pill alleviates and cancels the symptoms of blood loss after one turn. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or administer in combat and are essentially dark red small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking 2 pills leads to increased blood pressure, and increased likelihood of blood clots forming, specially through trauma.
-Taking 3 pills over stresses the cardiovascular system and causes aneurysm after 4 turns

Howard paused for a long period of time waiting to see the Shinobi's reply. He didn't speak just stood there, in a janitor's smock leaning on a broom looking down at the patient with a look of disappointment and sadness as if the procedure was a failure.
Drifting in and out of consciousness, sometimes Shayde would manage to register the fact that he was in a hospital, looking up at the bland, colourless tiled ceiling, the only feelings and sensations he could perceive were the dull aches and pains from his torture, and a signature hunger, probably from being out of it for a while. Knowing how well funded the Healthcare system was in the Ninja World, he dreaded the mere thought of hospital food... Once his senses started coming back to him in full, he was awoken by someone in his room. A guest? Surely not. No one, besides the ones who inflicted this torture upon him, even knew he was there, and he severely doubted they would visit him. Straining himself as he moved his head to see who it was, the clothes were a dead give away that this apparently was one of the Janitorial staff. As he mentioned how they couldn't "save" his arm however, he felt as though this was a prank in the works. He watched his own arm slowly and casually devoured by Kaneki, so for them to apparently have "attempted" to save it either meant it was a joke, or they found Kaneki, pumped his stomach, and tried to recreate it from the minced remains. As... Hopeful as he was that the latter was the case, and they did indeed try, Shayde almost snapped his neck from the sheer reflexive twist he performed to look as the "Janitor" said that they replaced his arm with a mop's handle. To his surprise, his arm looked... Fine. Better than fine. It was as though it... Hadn't been devoured at all...? Were "arm transplants" even a thing? Even then, for them to find one that looked exactly like his own? Without any difference in skin colour, or the smallest details, like the thickness of hairs, or placement of spots and freckles? This must be some elaborate ruse... Yet, as he tried to move something, anything, in that region, he found a familiar sensation as his fingers started to curl up, lightly brushing against some fabric from the bed's sheets. This was surreal... Could Medical Ninjutsu really achieve this level of reconstruction, to the point where even injuries that completely erased the original limb(s) could be healed? Not wanting to leave the "Janitor" waiting, relieved that it appeared as though his arm was back, seemingly without any negative side effects to boot, he responded in kind to the assumed jest.

"You know, if this is a mop, I gotta say... I feel like I could really clean some shit up with this."

As he finished, he let out a pained sigh. He was definitely hungrier than normal. Knowing the dangers that came with a meal in a hospital, Shayde was still more than willing to put his life on the line to satiate this feeling!!

"Hey, you wouldn't know who I'd have to kill for something to eat around here, would you...?"

Howard began to sweep up what little dust was strewn around on the floor trying to just blend in. He tried to continue the ruse until the nameless nurse from earlier came in with a tray of meager hospital food, chicken soup, crackers and toast, and a pudding cup-... it was vanilla. The nurse pulled up a hospital stand and placed the tray upon the table looking up at Howard rolling her eyes like this was an everyday occurrence. What in the name of the Sage of Six Paths are you doing? Have you explained it to him? Why are you dressed like tha-... you didn't, did you?
She turned to face the patient at this point lowering her head as if disappointed in the doctoral staff that surrounded her. She spoke with a kind tone, as one would when trying to correct someone's perception of a bad situation. She bowed and turned backing away from the situation allowing Howard to explain the rest.

I'm sorry sir, our doctors... well they can be like him sometimes. Some think they have a sense of humor, but they're just not funny. Anyway how long does he need to rest doctor, and are there any stipulations to note?

Howard seemed to become more serious as he sighed heavily almost like a child being scolded for goofing around. He removed the smock and put his lab coat back on and began to speak in a somewhat dull monotone voice. He seemed somewhat defeated as he was expecting a more elaborate and surprised reaction from the patient and didn't expect the nurse to step in so quickly and defuse the situation. His tone eventually picked up and became a bit more light hearted.

Well, the procedure was a complete success. That's the good news.

He turned to the patient now addressing him directly as he seemed to now completely ignore the presence of the nurse who eventually left the room to tend to other patients leaving the tray of food for the patient. Howard took a step closer to the bed and picked up the report he had read through earlier with his right hand. He lifted it up and offered it to the patient to read over.
It was fairly detailed and Howard had added to it in the time he was waiting on the patient to wake up. It detailed and outlined the weapon in-depth, as well as the procedure he used to attach it. It explained intricately the entire procedure including the techniques used and the time it took to perform.

You came in severely wounded, your entire right arm was missing, and it seemed as though you were tortured quite a bit. From the note we found with you, the report our staff came up with and the prognosis I was able to obtain from the diagnosis it seemed that the symbiote was to be attached to where your arm used to be. It wasn't a difficult procedure, just a bit of nerve, blood vessel, tendon, muscle and chakra network connection stuff all medical shinobi learn. The symbiote seems to be a parasitic creature, that can mimic other solids including your body. Other than that, well it's your arm now. Everything you need to know about it has been documented in that report.

You'll need to stay here for observation for about four days, and then you can return to whatever you were doing. I'd recommend taking your time and adjusting to the new limb. It may take a while to learn how to use it properly and we can get you into a physical rehabilitation program if necessary but you shouldn't need that as it seems to replicate the arm you lost to a fair degree. Other than resting for four days I'd suggest you take that pill, it's a blood replenishing pill and due to the blood you've lost not only due to the torture, the wounds and the procedure you're in a bad place. If you have any questions feel free to ask, if not, I'll leave you to your meal.

Howard's posture straightened up as he stood beside the bed waiting on any questions the patient had.

Howard's posture straightened up as he stood beside the bed waiting on any questions the patient had.
As soon as the Nurse appeared with his "meal", Shayde immediately ignored any lingering pain from his injuries and surgery, as well as whatever the two Medical professionals were talking about, and immediately sat upright, stuffing his face with whatever foodstuffs he was presented with. As the Nurse mentioned that many doctors were like this one, saying that they think they have a sense of humour, Shayde interjected.

"Y'know, if he tried a bit harder like, I dunno, putting me under a Genjutsu where my arm actually looked like a broom, I would've probably found it hilarious. That is, when I wasn't having a panic attack from my arm being a damn cleaning instrument. Oh, and the fact that I watched my arm being eaten in front of me, which'll probably interfere with my ability to take a joke for a while. That's probably why I'm not laughing right now, hah-OUCH!! Damn it, it even hurts to pretend laugh...!!

As Howard continued, now in attire indicative of his respectable position, he spoke of how Shayde's procedure was a complete success. Shayde was too busy lifting the bowl of soup above his head, and draining it of every last drop to respond. While he was listening to Howard, but was completely engrossed with his food, oddly enough. He wasn't raised a savage, so it was curious why he would abandon his manners now... Perhaps it was just the fact he was out for so long, combined with the sheer amount of essential bodily fluids he lost, that caused him to act in this manner.

While Howard gave a more detailed breakdown of the operation itself, Shayde was, yet again, more focussed on his food, moving on to the delicious pudding cup, to hear that a parasite was now occupying the space where his arm once resided. Besides a few "Hmm" and slurps, Shayde didn't say much in response to hearing that his arm was a completely different entity. To him, it just looked like, well, his arm. He could see the faded scar he recieved from his Kenjutsu training with the one known as Kakuzu. Several smaller, more playful, markings from his time spent with his, rather sharp clawed, summoning companions. Was this really some other entity? While he thought about it, the Doctor had been preventing, or perhaps avoiding the name "parasite", and Shayde only just realized that it sounded far too "aggressive" for something that, apparently, looked inert. So, as he studied this "symbiote", he saw nothing of true note, beyond that it did a perfect job replacing his arm. Even his sense of touch seemed perfectly normal, no doubt a testament to the ability of the one that attached it, despite his statement that said otherwise. To Shayde this didn't feel like some common occurrence. It felt like this was beyond the capabilities of any single person, and yet, here it was... Howard then pointed out the Blood Pill he had given him, before the food had arrived, stating that it would be wise to ingest it as soon as possible, as it would improve his body's capacity for replacing those vital fluids he lost. Picking up the small, blood red pill with his right hand, not even thinking about it, suddenly a mouth appeared where his fingers were touching the pill. In a flash, the mouth opened, and promptly devoured the pill whole, chomping and chewing away, before, rather loudly, swallowing, and belching...

"I guess that's one way to get it into my system...?"

Shayde was completely stunned. He certainly wasn't expecting that from, what he assumed, was just a hunk of flesh in the shape of his arm. Overwhelmed, but curious about what exactly just transpired, Shayde started poking at the artificial limb with his "real" hand. To his surprise and twisted delight, more mouths appeared on the limb, which started trying to bite, not deliberately trying to take the finger off, knowing this was a part of itself, and it's host. Merely, it was a way for the symbiote to express it's scorn for it's hosts poking motions. Looking at Howard with a subtly mallicious smile, he extended the limb, revealing a single finger, pointed straight at the man.

"Dare you to pull my finger..."

Of course the joke was in bad taste, and Shayde didn't expect Howard to pull it as, clearly, his hand would end up in the same place as the pill. As Shayde pulled his arm back to his side, several mouths formed along the arm, as well as a few blood-red coloured eyes, that seemed to hiss directly at the Doctor. Stifling a snicker at the action, Shayde promptly apologized to Howard.

"Oh my god, sorry, but damn that was pretty funny!! *ahem* To be frank, I don't think "physical rehabilitation" is gonna cut it, and I doubt you'd know any more than me at this point, so questions are out too. I'll be fine, I think. I'll just have to get used to doing everything with my left hand. When I'm right handed..."

Shayde paused for a moment, like he was slowly processing this information, and what it meant for his life from now on. He almost wept at the fact that his strong, firm handshake, which he had perfected with his right hand was completely useless now... And his cursive? That's several years of calligraphy training gone to shit... And he just knew that he was going to end up killing himself wiping his a-... Well... There was nothing dignifying about that thought, for either he, or his symbiote... He just thought about how hard it was going to be to learn how to do everything with his left hand from here on out...

"I'm gonna be responsible for so many accidental deaths, I just know it..."

As he stared at the hunk of malleable "flesh", not knowing it's name, or anything about it beyond the fact that it could apparently form eyes and mouths on his arm at will, and whenever it pleased, and knew that this was going to be a massive pain in the ass, the likes of which he could never comprehend. Before Howard left, Shayde dropped the foolish façade, and went with a more sincere, serious tone.

"Hey, thanks. Not just for the "arm", but for trying to make me laugh about it. I appreciate it."

And with that, once Howard had said his piece, if he had anything to say that was, Shayde would spend the next four days in agonizing restraint, making sure to do nothing that would directly interact with important, essential, or necessary components of the Hospital, or put him into contact with other people, with his accursed right arm...

As Shayde extended his hand out and asked Howard to pull his finger he remembered that the parasite couldn't consume liquids so without a hand seal or any distinguishing motions he turned his right hand, forearm and bicep to oobleck. Since oobleck was a liquid the parasite wouldn't be able to consume or replicate it but by channeling chakra through it Howard could make it act as a solid even though it was still in a liquid state by manipulating the viscosity of the liquid. He grabbed the finger Shayde had extended and pulled it as a means to further the joke.
He realized that Shayde had been through a lot recently, and he seemed a bit caught up in the fact that his new arm was a bit dangerous. When Shayde spoke about learning how to do everything with his left hand when he was right handed Howard laughed lightly and extended his right hand again grabbing Shayde's right hand with his shaking it as to make the scenario a bit less gloom and doom. The handshake was firm, and strong and due to the fact that Howard had turned his arm to oobleck there was little actual danger to himself.

Let's just get you used to the new arm before you decide to do everything with your left.

Howard smiled a bit, and in a somewhat perfect fashion his teeth seemed to sparkle as he shook the man's hand. In this moment he'd seem at least halfway competent in his job that is if the parasite didn't somehow eat his arm and make the whole gesture seem moot.
After shaking Shayde's hand and waiting for any questions he may have Howard left the room going back to his rounds. Everyday for the next four days though he made it a point to visit Shayde and see how his progress was coming along. He'd joke and talk with the patient, and even use the same technique he had used earlier to check on the parasite. He used the diagnosis skill each day to make sure both where in healthy condition and made sure the nurses doubled up Shadye's meals-... he was eating for two now.

(Ekitai: Ekitai Karada) Oobleck Release: Oobleck Body
Type: Defensive/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30 (-10 per turn)
Damage points: 60
Description: The user releases doton and suiton chakra throughout his body much like other elements. The user is then able to turn portions of his body into oobleck. This can be used defensively to absorb punches, kicks, sword strikes and projectiles, as well as water, wind and any other element oobleck is strong against or neutral to. It can be used offensively as when the user punches or kicks with a limb turned to oobleck it takes on a solid state at the point of contact and can effect the opponent to the same extent as a normal punch or kick. The user can also grab the opponent and surround his head in oobleck suffocating him or gripping a limb. When a limb is made of oobleck it can stretch out to Mid range hitting an opponent from afar. If the user performs the Seal of Confrontation with his free hand while grabbing an opponent's limb the oobleck can be controlled to crush the limb with enough force to break bones.

Note: The user can turn his entire body to oobleck but must perform the Ram hand seal to do so. If he instead only turns a small portion of his body to oobleck he doesn't need the hand seal.
Note: While the user's body is made of oobleck he can only use earth, water and oobleck jutsu.
Note: If hit by a jutsu that oobleck is weak against the user reverts back to his normal form and takes damage for the attack.
Note: the usage of the technique is required for each transformation and keeping the transformation requires the user to expend chakra per turn. The limits of the transformation are 3 full turns with one turn cold down.
