Does anyone wonder how Toneri knows what's going on?
I really think this has something to do with what Hamura's TRUE Celestial Decree was. In The Last, it's made clear that Toneri misinterpreted the decree and thus wanted to destroy the earth, and Hamura seemingly told Hinata what the true decree was. What if the real decree was warning about invading Ootsutsukis? Like, what if they're only able to leave their home dimension when certain stars align properly every 1000 years, and now is that time. Hinata and Toneri probably do now know about the real decree.
Maybe that even explains Hinata's weird reaction to Bolt saying he has the Byakugan?

Yeah, The Last material means a lot of things are made possible for Hinata. She could even get Tenseigan if the writers aren't afraid for once to make a strong female character to fight on equal footing with the others. It may also explain why Hinata was called the Byakugan Princess by Hamura and Toneri.

What was Hamura's true decree? Does it relate to the "Star of Hope" Toneri referred to? Do Hinata and Toneri know about the true decree and what it entails? I wonder if Mitsuki was sent to guide Boruto. Maybe protect him as well. The moon only shines because of the sun. Mitsuki's powers may have something to do with Boruto. Lets see what happens.

We have to keep on eye on Momoshiki because this hamura decree he speak of probably have something to do with the origin of the Ootsutski because in Toneri's case, his eye is important for an impending doom. However, Momoshiki talks about the opposite.
Hyuga means toward the sun which completely fit the context for Boruto. Toneri is probably talking about Momoshiki coming, because he mentions a harvest (which is what Momoshiki is, he is harvesting chakra to become immortal). Afterwards though, we get something about a curse.

I think momoshiki wasnt even the most powerful ootsutsuki. he could be a minion to more powerful leader. kind of like how vegeta and nappa served freeza.

if he is referring to Momo or someone else is yet to be seen

Anyway we don't know much of Kaguya backstory before the time she arrive to earth and knowing that Kishimoto wanted to initially have backstory of Momoshiki in the movie but ended up scrapping out because of limited time means we're probably going to see more indepth with the relation between Momoshiki/Kinishiki and Kaguya. The third ootsutski might also show up as well and if that's the case then I am interested to see how it's going to play out differently compare to the movie.
Maybe Kaguya was scared because she doesn't have chakra fruit at that time before making her departure to earth. Momoshiki and his minions may somehow got their hand on the chakra fruit in order to overthrow Kaguya. It's probably because Momoshiki harvested the chakra fruit as by product to produce unlimited amount of drugs and can even over power and strengthen his own subordinates.
