also the speed feats that Neji have shown in his fight with Kido is much more impressive than Sakura's feats in the war arc IMO

From 20M a 10m Shunshin followed by a head-shot via Air-palm would put Sakura in a very very bad spot due to the fact that it would flip her head and body backwards giving Neji a easy opening to kill her. She can obviously react to a incoming Neji the same way she did with Kaguya's Chakra arm but she isn't reacting to Air-palm and it would land before she punches the ground or summons katsuyu.

She can try to avoid it by carefully watching his palms and evading while he's getting ready to thrust forward , but if Neji rushes her from the start via shunshin she would have no reason to expect such an attack as she'd think that he's simply rushing to engage her in direct CQC via Jyuken which would prompt her to either punch the ground or simultaneously engage him directly to one-shot..

-If she does evade it then it depends on whether she decides to directly engage Neji afterwards , or simply backtrack in order to gain momentum for a super punch or to summon Katsuyu. If its the former then Neji would react to her and blast her away before she gets close enough to punch him then engage and finish her , and if its the latter then her enhanced speed should allow her time for a super punch or to summon katsuyu tho i dont see why Neji wouldn't be fast enough to follow within a 10m radius enough so to snipe her with Air-palm before she completes her super-punch , but Air-palm wouldn't do a thing in preventing her from summoning katsuyu here , only to delay it so all in all i see Sakura winning High diff due to a few factors w/Katsuyu being the biggest one..

I don't see how Sakura is ever hitting Neji here, and seeing as how this is a battle of who hits who first I'd say Neji has a higher chance of winning.

-Air-Palms blast her if she ever tries to go airborne
-Rotation can probably tank anything she can do on the ground

Meanwhile all Sakura has is evasion.

He did have a problem dealing with kidomaru at 13.....
Now in the war arc he wouldn't surpass someone who is at tsunade's level...one of the sanin.....

okay , doesn't Sakura have to knee her body to summon , can't just Neji take this chance to strike Sakura with air palm on the head , it will not kill her since she can heal her vitals , but it would sure at least cause concussion and disturb her , while Neji use this chance to engage with her , and end the game with 64 palms

I mean , according to databook , the air palm would not just push her
