it is true that Sakura can one-shot , but Neji has a superior Taijutsu skills , so she would not be able to land a hit on him (and her dodging skills are just awful)

and she will get caught in 64 palms , and game over

besides anyone can one-shot with a Kunai , does that mean that every Ninja can beat Neji ,

besides , physical strength have not been a problem to someone who can damage the internal organs with the slightest touch *cough* Neji

simply I am not saying that Sakura is useless or something , but it is just that this is 1 vs 1 fight , and the Hyugas are specialized in 1 vs 1 , so Neji takes this

but there are things that Sakura can do , simply Neji can't

I agree that she would still have a chance if she managed to summon Katsuyu ,but Byakugo would simply be deactivated if her chakra points are blocked

I think in the last databook. It stated that Sakura is the strongest medical ninja.......( don't know which databook to be honest)

there is nothing thats stopping sakura from jumping and and increasing the distance between them considering the distance she covered was much larger than 50m
