IIRC, all VPN bypass IP. You just have to set your IP to USA and you're set.

It said i should change the ip to the nearest country which is germany, i want it to be the united states of america. it says if it is not the closest country it would slow it down.

Somethings off in your mind then XD The American catalog SUCKS theres is virtually nothing good besides Netflix originals or Netflix exclusives. It depends from what country he comes from, and yes the U.S Netflix has vastly more content.
