As for them being in base, it's not really a fair comparison considering the fact that Sasuke never really is in base, unless he completely has his dojutsu shut down. Naruto using bijuu chakra is rightfully his own power and thus shouldn't be considered something different.

In any case, it doesn't matter how you look at it, Naruto by far has the largest body feats in the entire manga. Meanwhile Sasuke hardly has any.

This is all extraneous information because Naruto's Bijuu Chakra being a deserved power he possesses is irrelevant to the thread. We know that Naruto w/ Bijuu Chakra is stronger than Rinnegan Sasuke in terms of physical strength, but the OP is concluding that Rinnegan Sasuke is physically stronger than Base Naruto for the reasons you presented such as Sasuke never being in base to begin with.

If Rinnegan Sasuke can compete with RSM Naruto in speed, then obviously he's physically superior to Base Naruto. Of course, faps choose to denigrate Sasuke and argue that he is weaker than even Base Naruto from silly posts that choose to analyze the manga superficially and injudiciously rather than holistically.

The reason why Sasuke was ahead of him was due to disparity in chakra. If you strip chakra away from both of them, then obviously the chakra disparity between them would be non-existent given that a chakra disparity wouldn't exist without chakra.

I meant that Sasuke can no longer retain his edge over Naruto when he's deprived of the very thing that gave him the decisive advantage over Base Naruto in the first place. I know right someone who had more potential than Itachi and Madara somehow took drugs because he was getting too strong to fast when it's been 3 freaking years.
