Well there you have it Guys, Mei >>>>>>>> the whole Gokage in terms of reactions and speed, Since she was able to start creating seals and even talk to herself long before any of the gokage reacted to madara's katon.

They all see Madara is coming for an attack as Onoki points it out, Mei is shown first as she is the one who is supposed to take care of the katons but she soon realizes that she will not make it, as such Tsunade also realizes this and is first to act before the rest of the gokage. Ay

When I said "Ay didn't act" you said "Yes, because Tsunade outsped him", meaning you think Tsunade moved 10m before Ay could budge an inch, meaning you think she's faster than or as fast as V2 Ay because that's the level of speed she'd need to be moving at in order to do what your argument is claiming she did as Base Ay is on par with Minato, and Minato can react to V2 Ay, but barely.

No it wouldnt. They all saw the attack coming. Mei was supposed to take care of it and when she realized she couldnt Tsunade reacts the fastest next. Simply proving she is faster than base Ay. Tell me how thats not hapoened there.

Because obviously because Mei is superior in reaction/Body movements than all of them (using your logic)

There was no verbal communication between the kages, Mei didn't say "i got this, No need to react at all guys". None of the kages knew she was going to counter it, Thus they had no reason not to react, Thus Mei completely out classed the 4 other kages in terms of reactions/Body movement.

Onoki points out the attack. All gokage see it. They all know Mei is suposed to care of the katon with her suiton, thats the reason she was brought to the battle. She then realizes she wont make it.

Now all the gokage should realize she cant make it, no reason Tsunade just gets the idea. But she still physically reacts first.

Nope. I wasn't talking about Mei so that doesn't matter.

He didn't move because didn't need to move as already explained in the post you've yet to address nor can you actually prove that he tried to move.

You cannot seriously believe an exhausted tsuande who barely had enough chakra to heal the burn wounds on her arms if faster has far better reactions than base A, Not only do you imply in this state she is faster on both speed and reactions she can do it before any of the kage can move at all.

This would make her speed/reactions far above that of Base Raikage, If she can react to an attack move so fast he cannot even budge, Then she is in Blitzing territory against base A and easily the fastest of all the Kage while A is outside of lightning armor.
