Why feats proves Naruto is the fastest character on Naruto as a series.

So this is basically a respect thread of Naruto and why unequivocally he is the fastest character in the series. I'm not going to bother bringing unquantifiable feats, such as blitzing and obliterating Ashura path into oblivion or severing Kaguya's arm. Instead, the feats posted are going to impose an ideal picture of how fast Naruto actually is.

Relevant feats actually started after he attained Kyuubi chakra mode, some of which made his peers seemed incapable.

At Kyuubi chakra mode, he matched the fourth Raikage in speed and evaded his faster punch. The Raikage speed is analogous to that of lightning, thus making KCM Naruto's speed an equivalence to lightning.

During his battle against the third Raikage, he also matched the resurrected Raikage in speed, and evaded his hell finger. We could assert the third Raikage's speed is similar to his successor considering both used the same technique.

At Bijuu Mode, he attained a greater speed and was able to effortlessly deflect six bijuu-dama, with each being capable of moving at speeds beyond hypersonic. Kakashi at one instance thought Naruto was the yellow flash. This asserts Naruto at that point had achieved a speed equal or greater than his father owing to the fact Kakashi failed to distinguish Naruto's movement from his father.

At Rikudo Sage Mode, Naruto evaded Madara's light fang which the databook implied liberated at the speed of light. It follows that RSM Naruto has the capability of reacting to movements beyond light speed.

Then prior to his battle at VOTE2, he and Sasuke crossed entire countries. As impressive as this seems, it's even more impressive for Naruto because he was at BASE. Any possible skepticism about this wouldn't be justified as Naruto and Sasuke were at the precinct of the lightning country when they travelled towards the valley of the end.

At The last - Naruto the movie, he evaded Toneri's beam that rend through the Moon in seconds. He even went at heights beyond that

There are tons of other speed feats he achieved during the course of the series, but these posted are the best amongst the rest.

Naruto was overly nerfed, blatantly stripped of his capabilities. At VOTE2 Naruto did react, whether barely or not, it doesn't alter the conclusion or change the scope of things.

True, sadly some people like saying that kaguya was out of chakra because she was changing dimesion so much witch is a lie or else:

-and be able to release a temendous amount of chakra in a form of a monster.

Even if we take teleportation out of the picture and consider only Natural Speed, Might Gai would be the fastest. As Madara noted, Gai was moving so fast he could distort space and hop on air ... a feat Naruto has never come close to even with the Biju's Assistance. In fact Gai was so quick Black Zetsu mentioned that Madara could only defend himself during the Evening Elephant because their was no opening to attack him.

Your first paragraph is a pile of gibberish considering teleportation isn't speed.

Your second should be invalidated under the reasoning Naruto has gone beyond relativistic, the concept Guy must had moved when he distorted space.
