Here's my prediction for chapter 505.
Chapter 505: On an Island
Kushina's flashback has ended, as has Naruto's training to control the Nine-Tailed Fox. Naruto, Killer Bee, and Yamato are outside again.
Killer Bee: You stupid idiot, I knew you could do it!
Yamato (in thought): He's come so far. I need to notify Tsunade - he is the only one capable of stopping this disaster.
Naruto: I know the truth now. That masked man was behind everything - he was responsible for the death of my parents, used the Nine-Tails to destroy the village, killed Sasuke's clan, set up Itachi's death, ordered Pain to destroy Konoha, and is planning to use Sasuke to wipe out everyone in the village. I'm putting an end to him now.
Naruto: And by the way, you can come out now.
Naruto points to the sword on Killer Bee's back.
Killer Bee: What are you talking about? There's no one here.
Naruto: He hid inside your sword at the last moment. You didn’t notice anything because the sword was absorbing his chakra.
Suddenly Samehada breaks free from Killer Bee, and from it emerges Kisame.
Kisame: I'm impressed, Nine-Tails. You found me, but that doesn’t mean you’re getting away.
Naruto: I'm going to have to kill you right now.
Kisame: Big words from a small-
In an instant, one of Naruto's clones strikes Kisame with an enlarged Rasengan; at the last moment, Kisame puts up his sword in defense, but the force of the Rasengan breaks the sword in two.
Kisame (in thought): He's fast. I’m going to have to approach this differently. But without Samehada, things just got a lot more difficult. Madara's busy right now, so I'm going to have to manage against two hosts.
Killer Bee: You stupid idiot, you should be dead! How are you still around?
Kisame: That doesn't matter. Let’s have some fun, shall we?
The scene switches to an area five miles outside the base. One hundred ninja, all spies, are planning to encircle the base and determine whether this is Akatsuki’s actual operating post.
Ninja #1: According to the trail of bodies Konoha's squads have found, their base should be about five miles north. Remember, we have no intention of attacking - all we are going to do is report to our own villages that this might still be Akatsuki’s current base. When the time comes, we'll know what to do with this place.
They all disperse silently across the forest, towards Madara's base. Zetsu emerges from a tree, quietly watching the spies heading for the hideout.
Black Zetsu: We've got to tell him quickly, or we’ll be found out.
The scene switches to Kisame. He is fatigued without his most valuable weapon, Samehada. However, neither Naruto nor Killer Bee have managed to kill him yet.
Naruto (in thought): He clearly has an affinity for water. But earth is the only element that has a solid advantage over water. That said, he has the advantage now, even without his sword. I guess I’ll have to try that.
Back in the base, Madara is confronted by Zetsu.
Madara: How many?
Zetsu: At least 100.
Madara: This'll be the perfect opportunity for Sasuke to try out his new eyes. Kabuto should take part as well.
Madara steps inside Kabuto's room, who has his back turned to him, but Kabuto already recognizes his presence.
Madara: We have a matter that requires your attention.
Kabuto: I was working on a little project. But it can wait. What is it?
Madara: There are 100 spies outside the base. I want you, Sasuke, and Zetsu to find them, and kill them all. We cannot let them discover our location.
Kabuto (in thought): When I was the one that showed it to them.
Kabuto: 100, you say? That’s a considerable amount. But are you sure Sasuke cannot handle them alone? It would be good to train a little before he faces Naruto.
Madara: The transplanted eyes might reject him. And in case they try to make a capture, I need you to step in and take care of things.
Sasuke walks in.
Madara: You're just in time.
Sasuke’s eyes are closed, and as he opens them, his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is revealed.
Sasuke: Let's go.
