1. MS Sasuke's chakra is stronger than CM2 Sasuke's, meaning whatever boost Sasuke got from awakening MS and all that is a better boost than his CM2 is alone. Thus MS Sasuke is faster than Hebi Sasuke. Period.

2. MS Sasuke couldn't track Ay.

I'ts all the same chakra. V2 needed his shunsui just to get one off on him. Give him CM2 and he dodges that blitz and sends a Senjutsu inchanced Chidori into his chest. Like he did in cannon.

Why do you keep bringing up Itachi when CM2 Sasuke didn't even engage him in cqc. Further more Itachi cqc feats puts him on the same tier(Not saying he's just as fast) as v2 Ei since he went head to head with KM Naruto. He also effortlessly dodged Killer bee assault that completely humiliated Sasuke.
