itch. Which is why every time he powered up and awakened a new level of Susanoo, his chakra got stronger, which makes sense if you don't have a pea sized brain such as yourself. Stronger chakra=Stronger Susanoo. Sasuke's chakra got stronger, thus he was allowed to awaken a new level of Susanoo.

Chakra amount you moron. Not chakra strength. Chakra amount. Sasuke overpowered Itachi because his Katon w/ the curse seal contained more chakra. That's why:
-Fodder can make an equal sized Katon w/ Madara and still clash equally despite the fact that Madara>Fodder in chakra strength.
-Base Naruto and RG/EMS Sasuke can clash w/ Rasengan and Chidori and still equal each other.
