Neji win he has byk to see haku movement the speed adventure
Neji can use Chaka to slow down or stop haku movement

I'm not conviced jyuuken would break the ice mirrors, however, rotation should protect neji from the senbon

Zabuza, who is on par with Kakashi, stated himself that Haku is more skilled then he is, and stronger then Kakashi, a Jonin tier. At the absolute minimum, the manga outright states that Haku is already in Jonin class.
The manga also established that Jonin's are still well above even SRA Neji's league, seeing as it took the entire Sound 4 to high-diff two Jonin, and Neji could only extreme high diff one of them, whom he stated to be so much stronger then he was.
Haku in the war-arc was fast enough to parry Gai's and Lee's kicks, and even intercept Kakashi, who is far more faster and conditioned then his early part 1 self. With actual killing intent and blood lust (which he didn't have in part1), Haku destroys part 1 Neji.

Damn, but Haku was defeated by K0 Naruto whom neji managed to take on for a while, also Sasuke did get a few hits on him before he used his mirror technique, and even then 2t Sasuke managed to intercept and hit him in addition to saving Naruto's life.
What do make of those?

Nah, from the very start Haku was going soft on them. He never at any pointed wanted to actually kill them.

OP: Neji would take it in my opinion but certainly won't write-off Haku if it comes to that which I doubt. The Naruto/Sasuke situation taken into account, Haku is skilled and didn't want to kill Sasuke and Naruto. However one can argue that the Haku's great use of his weapon is the main thing to look at when we discuss him not wanting to kill especially considering the fact that he used his most powerful technique. His weapon and not necessarily his full abilities was vital as shown with Zabuza and explained in this entire scan, especially the middle

Lol what? Neji was tracking 5G Lee with his Byakugan and the likes of 2T Sasuke couldn't even read Base Lee's movements. Yet that same Sasuke was already reading Haku's movements at top speed as he stated and canonically reacted to his speed and then hit him back while saving Naruto in the Ice mirror. Neji has the defense and the ability to react to him with ease further outlasting his Ice Crystal mirror as he stated the limit was almost up

Let's not forget Haku used Naruto as bait in order to hit Sasuke as he "thought to himself" was the best way when it came to hitting Sasuke or so. Once that's dropped, Haku stand no chance since Neji can arguably land hit on him while he tries to attack within the mirror if Sasuke could. Let's not forget Neji's quick detection of chakra within his field of vision.What you preach to everyone is how Suigetsu can possibly defeat Orochimaru with this logic? Seriously?

This is a little hypocrite from me since i lost this in a debate against you lol. But imo, the databook retconned this, when it gave Haku a 20.5 overall, which is 10 points below Zabuza and 12 points below Kakashi.
I also agree with Haizaki's post. Sasuke out performed him without the mirror jutsu. And KN0 Naruto completely overwhelmed him, and KN0 Naruto is not overwhelming a jonin.
