Rape fetishes in pornography are between two consenting adults anyway, so it's not actually rape. There is no harm that an actual rape would cause.
Secondly, while the two judges' verdicts were ridiculous, two judges making a ridiculous ruling does not constitute a nationwide epidemic. That's what I'm looking for: actual rape culture, not isolated cases making news because the entire nation understands that it's ridiculous.
Now, while you're right that there is no harm being done with the rape that takes place within the pornography, couldn't it still be argued that having rape in pornography is in of itself a negative action? To illustrate what I mean, think of movies where rape scenes take place. Those are usually portrayed as dark, in a negative light to give the character committing the rape negative portrayal.
In pornography, however, the concept of rape is commercialized and portrayed as part of what is supposed to be arousing. ] Rape culture is when men and women don't press charges because they know they'll be slapped with "It never happened" far too often. Rape culture is when prison rape of of men is made into a long-lasting joke in American society instead of something that should be taken seriously. That kind of thing is what rape culture is referring to, not some massive hive mind.
