He obviously clears .most of this match ups is complete stomp if not all of them .Kuarma cloak has already tanked Obito and Madara's Jiubi sized katon and tanked Madara's Matagama and obito's Giant kamui weapons with nearly no damage so it alone can probably tank any attack in this Gauntlat except for Kirin .
