Neji has reserves here to spam large vaccum palm to keep sasuke at bay.Even base neji's vaccum palm was strong enough to push kisame to good distance so i doubt sasuke will survive a gigantic one.

He was pushed but completely unharmed, not to mention the distance it covers isn't very large, if he does that Sasuke just spams Katon until Kirin is ready, however with Byakugan and depending on how much Kyuubi cloak enhances speed it would be hard for Sasuke to get close to Neji

The cloak actually makes all his attacks super sized and provides great durability since it casually tanked Madara's Magatama's.

He stops at eight to me because he can't harm Gengetsu. Unless his jyuken would be effective because it's not regular taijutsu.
