You can limit yourself to thinking that way.
Gaara can remain in the air for the entire duration of the fight. He's merely manipulating the sand he is standing on, there is no reason for that to mega drain him of chakra. Gaara is a long ranged (airborne) fighter... unless they are packed into a tight space, Gaara schools her. In terms of power they can be regarded as around the same level (taking into account support etc) but this is simply a bad match-up for her. She gets buried and never lays a finger on Gaara, period.
As far as Ay is concerned, she gets overpowered.
The only thing that speed helps in is an initial blitz which Tsunade can easily survive due to regeneration after that Ay becomes a one trick pony where Tsunade can guess where he will attack next and counter strike.
And we can cut this short right here, because after Raikage knocks her off her ass, he guillotine drops her life away. The seal isn't stopping her from being thrown off her feet or losing balance so the only thing he has to do is rag doll her and follow up with quick taijutsu. Literally there is nothing she can do to stop it (not even summon).
But the bold though, lmao. Huh? Tsunade isn't a one trick pony in taijutsu regards? She literally has the slowest, sloppiest, linear taijutsu in the entire manga.
How is guessing where an opponent many times faster then you going to stop anything at all? She can do all the guess work she wants, she gets battered and the only thing she can do to prevent it is nothing at all.
