Both techniques completely revamped so I didn't bother bolding

(Ototon: Jōkābenomu) Sound Release: Joker Venom
Type: Supplementary

Description: This technique takes the form of a sustained high frequency, low energy Sound wave. The user will produce a whistle that carries the Sound wave, instill a powerful Genjutsu on any opponents that hear it. The Genjutsu utilizes a similar concept to the Century of Torture at the Hands of a Banshee technique; namely, it instills a Genjutsu replicates a sensation throughout the opponent's entire body in the form of an illusion that produces real physical reactions in the body. Similarly to Banshee's ability to cause real physical immobility and muscle spasms through inducing illusionary pain, Joker Venom induces an illusionary sensation that is reminiscent of being tickled, albeit on a severely higher level. While the sensation in of itself is an illusion, the response trigger in the body is all too real due to the brain believing the sensation to be real. The target's body will spasm uncontrollably from the sensation, making controlled and effective movement virtually impossible. The sensation causes those affected to fall into a fit of uncontrollable laughter. The sensation becomes more and more intense as time goes on, causing the uproarious laughter to likewise intensify; the spasms of laughter makes it harder and harder for the victim to breathe. Should the victim remain within the Genjutsu for one whole turn, they will begin to suffocate. By the end of two turns, victims will lose consciousness and enter a comatose-like state due to oxygen deprivation in the brain. At three turns, the victim will become brain dead, with the continued stress on their facial muscles rom the laughter causing these muscles to become contorted to the point that their corpse's face will become disfigured into a grotesque rictus grin. While in the use, the user cannot move from their locations and must sustain the Sound, otherwise the Genjutsu will immediately cease.

Declined - better concept but needs work. One turn in the RP could be all of a second, so if they are being tickled with the sound for one turn, they wouldn't suffercate, it could be all of a second that they do this. So that needs increasing. You already have the fact that it leaves them immobile making it strong when it's S rank.

Description: The user will gather Ototon chakra into their hand, snapping their fingers to release a Hindering sound wave that infuses itself throughout their bodies, particularly lining itself along the muscles. This wave of Sound constantly vibrates against the muscles of any enemies that hear it, replicating across the victims' body the sensation one normally feels when their arm or leg falls asleep. This causes a mild form of paralysis to the victim's body due to the sense of numbness that accompanies this sensation, reducing their ability to move. As such, the victims become incapable of weaving more than three seals at a time, and unable to perform Taijutsu techniques A-rank and above unless mitigated.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per opponent, lasting for 3 turns each use and requiring a 3 turn usage break.

Declined - mild form of paralysis but it's S rank? That doesn't make sense.

‡ Declined ‡ The laughter should only occur in the illusion, only the spams should occur in reality. Since you're restricted while using this and it's essentially a Banshee variant, I'll allow it. This doesn't mean I'll allow more variants of Banshee in future.

Hebiātsu: Pitviper kurōn | Snake Arts: Pitviper Clone

Description:

This is a variant of the "Snake Clone" technique that any user of Snake ninjutsu can perform, though used with the Selective species of snakes known as the . The user would release numerous Pitviper from his sleeve/arm, which would combine and transform into an identical clone of himself with unique abilities that come with the specific snake species. It's skin would be made of the pitviper scales, but in the color of skin so it wouldnt be a noticeable thing. Besides the ability to use normal Ninjutsu up to A rank, the Pitviper Clone would be capable of also using snake related Ninjutsu up to and including S-ranks. Being created from this advanced species, the clone also receives the defensive aspect of the Pitvipers, along with the innate sensing and passive ability to camouflage itself with its surroundings; All being basic abilities explained in the Selective species technique mentioned above. Each clone would be able to act on its own accord like any other clone technique, though this would only work up to mid range. If the clone goes past mid range it will simply lose its clone form and return to its original form of a group of Pitvipers equaling the combined rank of A-rank and dispersing 1 turn after losing the clone form.

Note: Only usable 3x and can create up to 2 clones per usage which counts towards the clone count
Note: Since made up of Numerous small Pitvipers, it only holds the sensing of the smaller Pitviper range (explained in original technique)
Note: For defensive intent and purposes, the clone would be considered an A-rank snake.

This weapon is a suit of spandex which has compression features. It tightens the muscle and skin on the user giving them extra speed and durability due to a unique compression spandex, and Kevlar plating. This suit is able to boost the users speed +1 to their base speed. While giving a +10 to taijutsu damage.* This is achieved because of the weight Kevlar which can be dropped off of the suit. The Kevlar plates have a Fuin seal on them which increases the specific gravity of the Kevlar plates.* The Kevlar boosts the taijutsu damage effect due to the weighted plates that are formed on the chest, arms, and legs of the user. To release the seal from the plates being held in place. The user must form the Tiger handsign, this will release the seal and remove the specific gravity from the kevlar. The Kevlar plates increase the blocking resistance of taijutsu up to C rank and some blunt trauma. When released the Kevlar plates will be minimal weight (1lbs)

Specialty Dominious
The last ability of this suit is that it is made with a compression spandex that was specifically designed for each users chakra specialty. These suits were made with individual chakra nature's in mind. By imbedding strong nature into each individual suit. While the user is utilizing their elemental specialty the suits full power activates. This allows the user to discard their second specialty to empower their stronger nature. Allowing the stronger nature to gain +1 rank boost in power. Whenever the user channels the elemental chakra to the suit an elemental coating is formed around the suit as well. This coating will be able to protect the user from having any B rank and below seals being placed onto there body. While also this coating affords more protection against taijutsu and other low ranking jutsu. Using this form of the suits abilities will require 30 chakra per turn to feed it.

Traits of the suits.
White=wind
Blue=water
Green=earth
Red=fire
Gold=lightning


Restrictions:
+only one color can be attained by anyone user.
+Cannot use the normal abilities in conjunction with Specialty Dominious

Declined - when you mention gravity and seals i just think auto decline as now you're going onto the paths of pein and combining them with fuuin. Earth release has shown control over weight for speed, look into that.

Now your note below. That was removed from the cannon list as it was severely OP, it was the only S/F rank lightning jutsu for years before Kirin came along ect. Just because it was removed from the cannon list on here doesn't mean it's not a cannon jutsu. Same as if there were a rasegan naruto made but we didn't have it in the list fro one reason or another, it wouldn't mean members could just put that jutsu on a summon. Next time, come to me directly about this issue, your note is breaking the blue rule.

The Kevlar while losing its weight will not however lose its strength and integretity. Normal weight of the plates would be 20lbs a piece and would considerably slow the user down when fighting in CQC. The Kevlar plates increase the blocking resistance of taijutsu up to C rank and some blunt trauma. When released the Kevlar plates will be minimal weight (light as a feather).

This allows the user to not have expel chakra to fuel the suits abilities. This kanji can only be activated three times per battle and not all in the same turn.

♪ Declined - The earth based speed boost is still illogical; even if the weight of the suit was zero, it's not making YOU faster in any way. The bolded makes no sense whatsoever. Why would imbuing your suit with chakra prevent you from using your secondary specialty? I'm also not keen on allowing more +20/+1 rank boosts to elements, especially if they're done in such a generic way. ♪

(Doton: Kodoku Gōremu) - Earth Style: The Lonely Golem

Description: The Lonely Golem is a variation technique one everyone's favorite Earth Jutsu. The user molds Earth chakra within their gut. Like the original technique, the user spews out the mass of earth. However the amount is not nearly the same as the original technique. It also doesn't have the form of a golem just yet. The user simply spews out a dense ball of Earth which is she outside like mud and it rolls in a fashion the user controls. As it rolls it collects debris and builds up more of the user's chakra, making it increase in damage as its mass grows. After one turn the small sphere of earth no bigger than a meter in diameter has grown to 3 meters and now has arms and legs and can walk. But the golem isn't done growing just yet. The more it moves the more it collects and grows. Growing every turn by multiples of 3 meters and 10 damage. While draining 10 chakra from the user. This occurs until the golem reaches s rank parameters. (81 meters 80 damage) The golem acts independently and is now completely solid no longer sticky.
Note: Can only use Earth jutsu while this technique is active

Note: Once Golem stops growing it no longer drains chakra

(Katon: Dakyō-ten) - Fire Style: Middle Ground

Description: In the midst of falling from at least 5 meters in the air the user molds katon chakra to the legs and feet specifically. The user performs a single hand seal and creates small flames at the feet which are fueled by the gathering air which doesn't extinguish but instead harvest and increases the flames. The fire creates a cushion and when the user hits the ground it expands and engulfs everything beneath.

By casting a genjutsu on oneself, the user can cause themselves to slow down their perception of time. Despite not changing any physical aspect of the user, it does allow effective planning and allows the user to react to things they would never be able to react to in the first place. This is useful against surprise attacks and fast attacks. However, if an attack is faster than the user could dodge regardless of if they could see it coming, then this genjutsu will not allow them to dodge or evade said attacks.
Notes:
-Can be used 2 times per battle
-Lasts 3 turns
-User cannot use genjutsu the turn this jutsu is used

(Genjutsu : Ningen haizara) - Illusionary Arts: Human Ash Tray.

Description: This illusionary arts plays on the basic concept of smoking, which requires the stick, that is the substance which is to be induced and the ash tray which is use to dump the remnants of such said substance. Akainu a chronic smoker himself, performs the ram and dog hand seals in quick successions with his cigarette held firm in his mouth and casts his opponent under a powerful illusion, where he is upside down, legs first, suspended in the air. In the genjutsu akainu cigarettes sticks have been increased by the thousands, and each repeatedly burn their hot flames at the same time on different part of the opponents body, burning his flesh and making a hole deep in it, similar to that of a burnt couch or sofa. The first holes are made on the left and right hands of the opponent followed by the soles of his feet, with each rendering that body part useless from moving or making any basic movements. In reality akainu has thrown several multiple explosive kunai tags aimed at his opponents groin, jugular and thoracic regions of his body aimed to have a clean cut upon contact, and cut his vessels apart.

The user would raise his hand and release large amount of his lightning chakra into the sky to create storm clouds, then a giant lightning bolt would strike the ground from the sky creating a giant crater. However, the lightning bolt instead of becoming lost, once it strikes the ground, forms into a giant goat with 3 horns. The goat has the same size as the great stone golem but instead of standing on all fours, it stands upright albeit still standing on hoofs. Its hand however, are like normal human hands, holding a giant axe on each hand. The goat is able to move around on its own at lightning speed and carries a deadly punch. It is also able to throw the axe towards a target, with each ax having a B-rank strength. Once the axe is thrown, he is able to manifest another axe into his hand to replace the one that was lost. The goat is able to assume a stance where he stands on all fours and charge towards a target with its horns pointed outwards to impale and shock.

Description:
The user channels his lightning chakra into the ground to mid range of him. With this, he would be mixing his lightning chakra with earth while forming a dormant static electricity within the earth surface. This however does not harm anyone atop the earth but the static lightning only responds to movement and pressure on the ground. The technique is particularly potent not for pressure that results from normal walking but pressure on the earth that results from running. The fast interval of steps on which the opponent makes with the ground would quickly generate static electricity from the ground that spreads outwards from the feet and into the opponent's body. The more the speed, the higher the electricity that would be conducted through the opponent. The static electricy though would not cause fatal electrocution but painful shocking that paralyses the opponent. The pain from the static shock increases with increase in speed, likewise the level of muscle paralysis increases with increased speed.
This would not work on the user or anyone other than the user walking normally. It only trigers when the opponent is running since the steps puts more pressure on the earth when compared to walking.

Description: The user will form one hand seal and focus his water and wind chakra into the already snowing area. The snow will begin to fly sideways at very fast speeds until it becomes a harsh blizzard. The sound of the blizzard will block all sound and the vision will be brought to zero basically leaving the user and the enemy with nothing but smell as vision is blocked sound is nothing but raging wind and feel they will become numb with frost bite after 2 turns in the storm. The user is used to cold temperatures and will feel little to nothing, but those unused to frost bite/freezing temperatures will have decreased hand seal speed, and their regular running speed will decrease by one rank as well.
note: Neither the user nor the enemy can see hear where they are in the storm, unless they have sensory ninjutsu
note: Sharingan up to and including 3t can't see through it,but Byukugan and Rinnegan can.
note: Can only be used 4 times
note: Lasts 4 turns
note: After 2 turns the enemy will become numb ( but will not affect anything other then feeling )

Description: The user will make a single handsign while focusing their water chakra into several spheres made of water each the size of a bullet,The user can choose to create the bullets around the enemy using the moisture in the air, or create them in short range of himself if he so wishes, he can form them anywhere as long as there is moisture in the air,or a water source if no moisture is present. With a snap of the users fingers each one will release a stream of highly pressurized water at the enemy from all sides. This jutsu can also be used directly from infront of the user as a frontal attack rather then a surrounding one. When the User creates a single one it is A rank in power, if more are made it is S rank. When the user makes a single one he can manipulate it more freely to go wherever he wants and then make it release its stream.

Note: In total there's 10 water spheres/bullets, that will surround the enemy, two on the left, two on the right, two above two infront of and two behind.

This is just as effective on dojutsu users even byukugan and sharingan users even with the mankekyo sharingan.
Note: Can be used even if it's already snowing.

Using shape manipulation, they release the two forms of Raiton chakra in form of a solid claws that they can be manipulated to stretch out up short-range. While their first form of raiton chakra release will had embedded itself within the users skeleton, releasing itself through that channel, as it rips outward from within their bones forming mini-sized hair claws. This advanced state allows the user to have voltage movements as each movement releases an electric current around them, capable of being streamed through short-range objects. Then, after as the second bunch appears over their skin as huge arm-length claws. This can be used offensively in other few ways but is mostly used defensively. The user having created these condensed claws, each formed outward upon the user's body together in a fashion much like fan blades, allows for greater control which forms a semi-sphere around them and absorbs all physical attacks. This happens much like a fan (the user being the stem), where the fan blades spin at around 1620 RPMs. With the omnidirectional control of releasing the blades from their body to spin, they’ve developed the second ultimate defensive and offense in the NW. When used defensively and offensively at the same time, they charge at their opponent with the high-spinning blades around them, slashing into them leaving the remains of their victims into what finally becomes of them being a gas state. Claw Ring Release, another attack mode; this is when they decide to break the linking to spinning claws and release them at sudden, causing them to splash slash around (Doujutsu users can target and aim at sources). Declined - your wording of it makes it a bit unclear, you talk about the arm length claws them semi sphere then omnidirectional... i'm just finding it hard to visualise. From what i can see is you make claws out of your arms that you cross infront of you that make a dome infront of you, then you make them spin and you run forwards or release them? And i don't get why it gives +10 to ken or tai, its F rank lightning, it should just tear through all.

With ash in large amounts, the user can stream it from their hands to function under many applications. These applications can be either put to molding the ash into structures that will always be connected to their hands or simply employ the ash within other katon jutsu in range. However, the ash created by this jutsu is kin only to the user as it is always connected to their hand's source of control. Therefore, the user cannot unitize with other ash substances whatsoever.

Declined - i feel you can word this better and make it more useful. Rather than have it as lasts 4 turns you could do it this way:

At will the user can release this ash in a stream of sorts from their body for offensive purposes. This can be combined with other jutsu like fire or wind jutsu to give them +1 rank in damage up to S rank, S rank and above gain +10 damage. Covering the user in the ash lasts for up to two turns and the user can't use water release while active.

While to their opponents it seems the user has created simply a huge wall of flames, unknowingly that underneath them their ground would be preparing to undergo a major change as the user plans to melt the ground below them. This happens as the user's wall of flames creates an opening into the ground, using their katon chakra to shredding the underground layers of the earth while roasting the bedding flow. Constantly stream katon chakra into the wall of flames as their opponent's ground begins melt into the huge opening, their opponents will fall into furious heat caved in hole of the melted rock and flames.

Description: Gemini is the most interesting summon out of the bunch due to their personality. Gemini is twin fraternal Siamese twin. One female and one male, being the prodigy of the slug snail family being one of the two boss summons next to Virgo. They stand 10 feet long and 5 feet tall (The shell is included in the size), only wide enough to carry one person on their shell. Their regular body color is different. The male is white and the female is black though you can never see their full body as its attached to the shell, you can tell by their eyes as they stick out from the shell along with their mouth. Their Shell is very unique also, as the color splits in half. It is black on the male side and white on the woman side with the gemini symbol (♊) on the very center of their shell. Both of them speak separate but their thoughts are linked together and communicate different. The female is very vocal and thorough as the male doesnt like to talk much but rather fight but will talk if he wants to but choose most time not to. The shell takes the shape of a cone and is very sturdy, giving them immunity to A rank and below elemental techniques and up to A rank Taijutsu (Excluding EIG Techniques) when they withdraw into their shell, this being their defense (This is excluding all techniques that came from below as they are vulnerable to all attacks from below due to their shell not covering the bottom half). Just like every cone snail they have a harpoon for a tongue theirs being twice the size of a kunai. Allowing them to launch their harpoon (Tongue) towards an opponent with great speed (Only up to mid range and travels as fast as a thrown kunai) and great strength Being S rank in strength. The poison with this cone snail is a medium scale one. .Once the harpoon hooks inside the opponent, the poison inside the harpoon will release from the tooth (Harpoon) and spread inside the opponents body with extreme haste towards the opponents body system causing the opponents body to become fatigued from the poison. The poison will spread each turn causing the opponent to become more sick and sick to where their senses are thrown off due to the poison shutting down their system and if not dealt with being lethal and Depending where the harpoon is shot it can be lethal aswell (Piercing through the head, or heart). Gemini can then withdraw the harpoon bringing the opponent with it, or release the harpoon from the opponents body retracting the harpoon it itself. This is all cone snails way of fighting. Withdrawing into the cone shell for defense and extracting the harpoon for offense. Gemini being the most unique and considered the prodigy they learned to work in unison. The female is able to suction in and absorb techniques (Excluding solid jutsus) As she suctions the technique in her body she neutralize the jutsu causing it to be stored in her body while the male is able to release the very same jutsu but 1 Rank stronger from his mouth, being polar opposites as her technique absorbs and he expels.

Paired with such a powerful ability - or other abilities of comparable potency, the shells' immunity to A-rank elemental techniques would need to be lowered, at minimum, to B-rank immunity. Description: Leptosolena's Inception is a sister technique of the Formation of Etlingera. It is an even bigger and stronger version of the technique where user would through the rapid conversion and release of chakra release numerous sheets of paper from their body. These sheets of paper are purposed in such a way that they are highly versatile allowing the user, through shape manipulation, to create numerous formations of paper. The paper can maintain their form and shape for longer periods of time than normal by continually feeding chakra into it. User can also mix up flash bomb which are in paper form, similar to how explosive tags look. They can either be detonated with a performance of a seal or on impact with a solid object.

Note: If there is paper on the battlefield already dispersed user can use it as to create formations. However, the size of the source has to be proportioned to the creation that user wants to make.
Note: The S ranked version can only be used twice pre battle, whereas the F ranked version once

The formations could be such as multiple hands, arms; another head or even a leg which could essentially be helpful when performing other techniques. In addition user could form differing weaponry creations simultaneously which can especially be helpful in close quarters. The formed creations out of paper will be able to disintegrate and reshape again if circumstances call for it. In addition due to nature of the paper, and although it would be mentally commanded it would also be capable of reaction and acting on its own depending on the situation in which the user is. This is just due to the bond user has with its paper. When using this technique, every destroyed creation will cause for user to lose 10 damage points (health points) and this technique would only be able to be used twice per battle. Description: Knowing that long lasting techniques from paper can easily lose their effects upon clashing with another technique, Yoanna decided to develop this technique. It can be compared to her ability to perform other techniques of paper ninjutsu whilst performing (Kami no Shisha no Jutsu) Sacred Paper Emissary. It is solely a supplementary type of technique which is used to help out other of paper ninjutsu depending on their nature. Upon its activation it will last to up to six turns and essentially allow user to fuel more paper sheets into already activated paper techniques each time they perform a technique of paper ninjutsu. Along side chakra and paper they use to perform a specific technique, they will also sacrifice additional 10 chakra points to release more papers and into a technique which has been weakened and thus somewhat getting it back to its initial state. The adding on of power of the technique they sacrifice chakra for, would solely depend on the chakra it currently has "stored". This will be dependent on the rank and its state and adding of the additional paper. However they can never exceed the power stronger than their initial power no matter the created storage.

Note: This technique can be used in six turns span upon being initially activated
Note: It will only once take one technique of three able per turn, and that is when it is initially posted. During the six turns in which it is active, it will only drain user 10 chakra points if they wish to use it alongside another of paper, however it won't require a jutsu slot

‡ Declined ‡ I get the gist of what you're trying to do but you need to write this with more clarity (the description seems very repetitive and doesn't impart much detail despite it's length). First of all, your techniques last entirely too long. Usually a given technique has a maximum duration of four turns, very rarely five if the situation calls for it. Also, 6 turns of passive regeneration is a bit much don't you think? It'll only work on weakened techniques and not ones which have been destroyed, that's true. However, it's really easy to combo something like this with a passive and/or an active boost and gain access to not only one but multiple techniques on the field that virtually can't be destroyed. This needs to be a standalone technique that you apply to one jutsu per usage, usable a maximum of four times per battle. Each regeneration will cost you an additional 10 chakra per turn for A-Ranks and below, 20 chakra for S-Ranks and above.

Description: After studying NB Taijutsu ones knowledge of using chakra with taijutsu is close to it's apex. This strike was honed and refined by incorporating the same principles. The user strikes toward the opponent in close range and shifts his foot slightly forwards turning his body in that same direction spinning themselves 360 degrees, continuing this motion quickly to add tremendous momentum to the final blow. As they do this, the user taps into the most basic of whichever elemental release which can be used to aid in taijutsu strikes, and coats his arm from the elbow down in either elemental chakra or raw chakra following similar principles as Five Animal Five Element Fist, however instead of using each of the 5 basic elemental releases in the attack one after the other, the user applies only the one nature they wish for the purpose of this one brutal blow. Raising their arm and elbow up as they release the chakra, they complete the spin to smash elbow/forearm first into the target, as the circle motion of the attack is completed driving the blow forwards by pushing off their back foot, using this with centrifugal motion to aid in powering the elbow strike. This delivers not only the blunt force trauma from the blow but also different effects from whichever chakra nature was used. If Fire is used burns will occur blistering the skin, if Water is used along with the blow it will leave water covering the area struck, if Earth is used the blow could cause the area to collapse in upon being struck, if Lightning is used the opponent will experience a shocking electrical explosion, if Wind is used they will experience slicing winds and the blow will send them flying back 10 meters, and if Raw chakra is used it will cause the blow to be blunt and traumatic similar to Earth's just not quite on the same scale. This is a devastating blow if performed properly and landed square, and could easily render someone unconscious or worse from the blunt force combined with the elemental nature imbued with the strike.

Raditz is a snake that lives in muddy, murky environments near Ryūchi Cave and thrives in it being able to move swiftly thru-out it. He is 40 meters long and 3 1/2 meters diameter with black and brown scales and has a wide enough head to support several people. He is relatively older than most snake summons, however he doesn't seem like it as his speed is that of a Sage Ranked Tai specialist. Living in this muddy murky swampland he studied for years to master Earth release, becoming able to use all jutsu up to S ranks without the need for seals and can use Snake Ninjutsu as well. His years of studying Earth release in his natural environment has led him to gain some special abilities, he created his own techniques for using muddy environments in his attacks by coating his scales in a specially molded earth chakra. Instead of sinking in a watery/swampy or muddy environment as seen when Manda was assaulted, he is able to move about freely as if swimming with ease and doesn't sink. He is able to be summoned above ground as well as underground, and if he is summoned under a normal earthen environment, upon summoning him the area vertically underground that he is summoned in will be converted to mud upon his summoning, allowing him to emerge from below ground. His other technique is that once per turn, he can use muddy sources of earth S rank and below for a source of attack/defense creating spikes/pillars/walls and basic constructs similar to the basic earth release from them. Using his chakra control he is able to either keep the constructs mud allowing them to engulf an opponent or harden them at will. This ability costs a move slot and can only be done 3x.

Declined - the last ability clashes with mud release c.e. It should only be lasting 4 turns. You might want to say he is immune to like B ranks and below. And to top it off, when he's summoned if it turns the area to mud the summon should cost 2 moves as basically you're summoning and using swamp of the underworld reealy.

Description: An attack that can only be used while airborne, otherwise it is near impossible for the user to escape the blast. The user begins charging massive amounts of their raiton chakra thru out their body and raising their hands to the sky. After doing this they will release the raiton chakra to above their heads which will start to condense and form into a sphere, the size of which depends on how long and how much chakra is molded into it. Once the desired size is reached, the user will thrust their hands downwards sending the attack crashing downwards into the ground. The attack will burrow several meters into the ground before creating a massive electrical explosion eviscerating all in it's path. Due to the sheer amount of chakra needed for this, the user will suffer several electrical burns on their hands which will hinder their usage of seals for the next two turns.

Description: The user will either clap their hands, stomp their foot, or simply release raiton chakra from their body in order to activate this technique. After doing one of the three steps previously mentioned the user will release a relatively large amount of raiton chakra outside of their body to form a sphere, this does go under ground protecting from ground attacks, of web like raiton energy that will mainly numb and paralyze as it shocks the victim(s) this will result in the trapped enemies being brought nearly to a stop from being continuously numbed and paralyzed. The sphere is formed instantly if used around the user however it takes roughly a second to form if activated at range, ergo Mid-range. Naturally the user is immune to this effect being his/her chakra. The opponent can still move if their primary element is raiton although just slightly faster than those without it and use techniques provided it doesn't require hand seals but is still delayed by 2 - 4 seconds.

Description: The user of this technique will charge a small amount of chakra into their feet before distributing it evenly among the soles of their feet. Once done they will jump high into the air, no more than 5 meters, before reaching the peak of their jump releasing the chakra from their feet all at once while performing the jumping motion again this will allow the user to move in the desired direction once. This is capable of clearing an entire range in combat if used to jump forward or to the side ergo the Mid - range. The second jump isn't as powerful as the first letting the user only cover about 3 meters relatively fast. Can only be used to dodge things within reason this cannot be used to get above things such as the S-rank katon technique (Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku) - Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation) due to the height one would need to clear it.

Description: The user will perform a single hand seal, sheep, before releasing the necessary amount of chakra into the atmosphere around the user causing the water molecules in the air around the user to gather and quickly gather forming 4 large globules of water that will float above the users head. Once done the user will use chakra manipulation to change the shape and hardness of the water to that of nearly steel, upon completion they will then direct them towards the target(s). These spikes will rotate at a very fast speed and drill into anything in their way . They can be fully controlled and change directions even dodging things in their way to reach their target(s).
Notes/Restrictions:
- Can only be taught by Sonnelion
- Can only be used 3 times a duel with 1 turn breaks
- No S-rank suiton in the same turn

Description: "The Blade of Heaven...Mythos the Life Sabre. One of the Ten Shinning Weapons." When Keotsu returned to the known continent from his journey to regions unknown, he returned with his blade Mythos in a new form; some secret event took place which reconfigured the blade and created a powerful connection between Keotsu and the sword. The Mythril blade retained its ability to change it's shape, but not it's mass when subjected to Keotsu's chakras, as did the scabbard of the weapon, though the two were no longer explicitly linked. A few improvements were noted by Keotsu, though: the blade seemed to resonate better than before, boosting his powers in battle: offensive Kenjutsu techniques and Command Arts have their power increased by +20, and defensive and supplementary Kenjutsu and Command Arts are increased in their effectiveness by +20 (that is, a defensive technique that is A-rank (60 damage) would be capable of now defending from an S-rank (80 damage) ; second, the blade came to reject energies that were foreign to Keotsu - that's to say, for example, if an enemy tried to use Nagashi after grabbing the blade, the energy would stop completely due to the nature of the blade's composition. This particular power comes about from the blade's new found synergy with Keotsu, in an effort to prevent it from being used against him. Retaining all the properties of the metal it was forged from, Mythos is indestructible and will never dull, in any of its forms.

‡ Both Declined ‡ I had some doubts about approving these and decided to discuss with another mod. After thinking on them extensively, I can't approve these. The first makes Command Arts capable of countering virtually everything, for the simple cost of a move slot. The second would potentially raise what the Prayers can reflect from 100 damage to 140. Something you can maintain for an entire battle. There's no counter play, no what of circumventing your defenses if I approved either or both of these. I understand the urge to complete and perfect your fighting style but knowing what the Prayers can do, I can't approve these in good conscience.

Completing a philosophical trio with Suiretsuen (which is "radial") and Raikosen (which is "linear"), Shippūga creates a "field" of wind with spirals around the wielder's blade that obscures it from vision and allows the user to release a burst of wind that follows the arc of a sword swing. The powerful vortex of wind whips up currents that empower Fuuton techniques so that they can clash with Raiton techniques a rank higher than normal, and once per turn the user can swing their blade and release a massive arcing current of slicing wind that reaches up to a mid-range distance, and is capable of forcing back even large summons; however, doing so diminishes the wind cloaking the wielder's sword, allowing it to only be used twice, and not on consecutive turns, since the wind must replenish before it can be launched.

(Katon: Karite Souhou) - Fire Release: Grasp From Beyond

Description: The user will begin by making the string of handsigns (Tiger → Dragon → Tiger → Monkey → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Dragon → Half Tiger) required to use this technique, while simultaneously building a large amount of Fire Release chakra within their body. What is unique about this technique is that it uses the user's own body as a catalyst for the technique to be invoked. Once the user finishes building the large amount of fire chakra in their body they will attempt to grab onto the target with their dominant hand, or they can use both hands if they choose, then they will cause the large amount of fire chakra to rapidly flow into their arm(s) that have a hold of the target. Due to the immense amount of fire chakra flowing through the user's arm it can be seen flowing through the user's chakra system as red chakra with the appearance of veins even without dojutsu. An extremely large amount of heat is given off as the fire chakra travels through the user's arm so much so that it actually cause heavy damage to the user's arm causing it to become a black-charred color.

Then the user will release the chakra on the target, causing a massive pillar of red fire to consume the target. The massive pillar of fire extends several hundreds of feet in the air and not only incinerates the target completely but a large radius around the pillar. The destructive power of the force of the explosion is so great that it is capable of completely decimating solid steel structures, incinerating anyone within its radius, and able to destroy a large chunk of a village the size of Konohagakure. The after effect leaving a massive scorched crater with the user lying in it. Despite its destructive power, the user is able to survive, however, the arm they used will be unusable unless the user has some sort of healing ability.

(Koton: Shippou Koushaku) – Steel Release: The Silver Prince

Description: The user will perform two handseals and focus their koton chakra into the ground to create an armored knight known as the Silver Prince. The knight’s body is composed of the silver-coloured steel and possess a similar but superior level of sentience to that of the Stone Golems. Since it’s composed entirely of steel, the knight can use any steel technique that’s normally only usable during Galahad (e.g. Loyalty of Lancelot). The first ability of the Silver Prince is it's capability to passively link the duration of any steel jutsu which transform, alter or modify it's body such as Gallantry of Gawain and Boldness of Bors to it's own duration. For example, if Gawain was used to transform it's arms into swords, the transformation would last until the Silver Prince is deactivated or destroyed.

His second and main ability is his capability to use S-Rank and below Steel techniques. However his steel jutsu possess a special trait. Their constitution is made up of thousands upon thousands of extra fine wires. This difference to ordinary steel jutsu will be imperceptible to the naked eye, at least until the technique is struck by an attack insufficient in destroying it. Any damage dealt to the technique will be rapidly undone as the wires rearrange and sew back together as necessary to undo the damage sustained by the technique. This restoration to full power can happen continuously and each time it happens additional chakra (10 per regeneration) will be sapped from the user. The purpose of this chakra is to replenish any wires that were destroyed in the clash and restore the technique to full power. This regeneration is utterly powerless against techniques of equal or greater power. For example, an S-Rank Fire technique would destroy an S-Rank steel technique with this trait and it will not regenerate. Regeneration counts as a move but it doesn't need to be initiated, the user and the knight are simply free to perform other techniques while it occurs.

With another snap of finger, the user is able to collect the dust together once more to form back to the initial tangible earth structure. This is especially useful for earth techniques that are projectiles, creations that are able to move about. The formation into dust and reformation is done passively, however, while using this technique until it ends, the user is unable to use any other elements apart from earth. This technique however, does not add any power to earth jutsus, but only serve to break them down and reform them.

By focusing lightning chakra into any passive object the user is holding or in contact with the user, he is able to transform the object entirely into focused lightning which would still be in the shape of the object. The lightning would not affect the user but anyone other than him touching it would be electrocuted following elemental strength and weakness. If the lightning transformation happen to be defeated, the it returns back to the previous passive object. A unique trait of the lightning transformation is the user is now able to release lightning from this object regardless of which part of the body was meant to release it. This means the user can release lighting that was meant to release from the mouth, through the object. However, the transformation is undone once contact is severed between the user and the object.

Description: The user upon making body contact with the opponent sends a harmless lightning chakra into the body of the opponent. This is not meant to harm, shock or electrocute the opponent. The lightning chakra immediately situates itself all around the opponent's muscles as a dormant static electricity. The static electricity is only activated when the muscles radically becomes buffed of work more than it was when the static electricity enters the body. The means if the target gains a sudden extra strength or speed, it is shown in the muscles as they become tighter, bulkier or more flexible than it was previously. The static electricity then releases a localised shock on the muscles alone, returning them to their previous form while also paralysing the body for a turn. If the opponent already has increased strength/speed before the technique is used on him then the static electricity registers the increased strength as the opponent's default muscle build thus only reacts when the muscle increases in strenght further than that.

(Bakuton: Kami Teikoku no Saifuku) – Explosion Release: Vestments of Divine Imperials

Description: The user focuses and channels copious amounts of Bakuton chakra throughout their entire body causing the user’s very form to manifest the properties of pure Bakuton chakra. The result is the user’s body, not simply their skin, will turn into raw explosive energy. The explosive energy manifests itself as a dark bloody crimson expanding throughout the user. This technique, in essence, causes the user to transform into a living bomb. Vestments of Divine Imperials provides inherent natural defenses through this transformation. However, despite what this technique suggests, this does not cause the user to become a suicide bomb. The basic defenses provided by Vestments of Divine Imperials is essentially a reactive armor taking on the properties of an explosion while also allowing the user, because of the very nature of their body, to become immune to their own explosions. The reactive defense provided by Vestments causes opposing techniques, within elemental weaknesses and strengths, to strike the user’s body and produce a reactive natural explosion. The explosions produced act as a natural defense enabling the user to neutralize invading forces. These explosions, due to their neutralizing nature, will reflect the size, speed, and power of the invading force. Because of the user’s incredible control enabled by Vestments of Divine Imperials they will be able to decide entirely at their volition whether objects which strike them will be met by an explosion or not. This only applies to objects which the user has awareness of. Objects and forces which strike the user unknowingly will be naturally met by an explosion of the above set proportions whether according to the user’s will or not. Because the user effectively transforms and converts his body into raw explosive energy he sheds certain traits of his biological body. No longer can the user suffer from pain, rendering them unable to use pain to release from illusionary techniques. Additionally, the user can no longer suffer from the biological effects of poisons, yet certain corrosive agents can still harm the user’s explosive form in some ways if not able to be overpowered by the explosion. However, the user is also vulnerable to Lightning Release techniques due to their unique interactions with Explosion Release. In essence Lightning Release is able to diffuse explosions effectively resulting in the paralysis of the user should he or she be struck. This technique enables the user to defend against S-Ranks and below of neutral elements (A-Ranks and below for weaknesses, F-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck by an attack weaker than their transformation, their explosive form will not weaken or decrease in power at all. If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). Aside from this the user’s ability to weave hand seals, mold chakra, and otherwise all abilities prior to their conversion remain normal. However, while Vestments of Divine Imperials is active the user is only able to use Bakuton and the elements which compose it, their primary elemental affinity and any CEs based on these elements as well as non-elemental abilities. Vestments of Divine Imperials lasts for four turns and can be used twice per battle. On the turn this technique expires the user is unable to produce Lightning, Earth, or Explosive techniques above S-Rank in the same turn. Additionally, upon expiration the user’s body is returned back to its normal biological state. Due to the conversion the user’s base speed will be reduced by 2 levels one turn thereafter. Explosions which occur from the user’s body, voluntarily or not, happen passively but cost one of the user’s three moves per turn. Seals and items otherwise on the user's body during their transformation retain their normal abilities. Body seals will become inscribed as explosive energy in their normal positions.

(Bakuton: Daijin Kanryō) – Explosion Release: Minister’s Bureaucracy

Description: Minister’s Bureaucracy is an Explosion Release technique designed to infuse explosive tags with the user’s Bakuton chakra. This technique has two different applications – that of applied freeform explosive tags and that of ninjutsu based techniques which apply paper tags in order to inflict damage. In the case of freeform explosive tags the user is able to infuse a single, or multiple explosive tags, with their Bakuton chakra in order to increase the power of the explosion as well as their ability to manipulate the explosion. In the case of the increased power this technique will allow for a D - S ranked infusion capable of varying levels of destruction. For infusions at D to B-Rank the explosive tags in question will be capable of delivering an explosion reflecting their rank in damage spanning over short-range around them. For explosive tags infused with Bakuton chakra at A-Rank the explosions produced will be capable of inflicting A-Rank damage and spanning over mid-range around them. For S-Rank applications of this technique produce enormous explosions capable of reaching into mid-range from the explosive tag, able to deliver enormous amounts of damage equivalent to S-Rank in the afflicted area. If multiple explosive tags are infused with Bakuton chakra their total strength will reflect the degree of chakra applied. As such, if four explosive tags are thrown and infused at B-Rank strength then each will possess D-Rank strength, collectively B-Rank.

This second application of this technique allows the user to infuse Bakuton chakra into ninjutsu techniques applying explosive tags to inflict damage. This second application of Minister’s Bureaucracy will increase the chakra cost of the technique it is applied to by 10. In the case of this application the rank applied will be equivalent to the ninjutsu technique and produce an enhanced explosion resulting in an increase of +20 damage to the technique in question. For example, if Falling Paper Bomb is used then the technique will become Bakuton natured. It will also gain a bonus 20 damage from the increased power of the explosions created. Both applications of Minister’s Bureaucracy will produce explosions that are naturally angled away from the user thus preventing damage and negating recoil. Because of the nature of Minister’s Bureaucracy it essentially can be performed in the same timeframe due to its infusion nature.

Both applications of Minister’s Bureaucracy follow the same restrictions allowing for this technique to be used a total of five times per battle regardless of application. In terms of restrictions for the first application, S-Rank applications can only be used twice per battle and the user must wait a two turn cooldown in between applications. S-Rank applications count toward the total five applications of this technique. Both applications require the user use one of their three moves per turn.

Description: This technique allows for the user to infuse Explosive chakra into objects composed of solid matter (Earth/Earth CE, weapons not including Custom Weapons, and not including organics). When the object in question either strikes an opposing object or force it will explode at the initial point of contact. Mandate of Heaven essentially allows the user to convert any physical object he pleases into a latent bomb. Should the user apply this technique to ninja tools or objects void of chakra the explosion produced would be roughly equivalent to that of an average explosive tag. Should the user infuse their Explosive chakra into a supplementary technique then the damage inflicted will be equivalent to the rank of the technique. For example, should the user infuse their Explosive chakra into Earth Shelter Technique then the shelter will explode dealing damage equivalent to B-Rank. An inherent weakness of the Mandate of Heaven is that this technique cannot be applied at long ranges. It can only be applied to techniques, tools, and such that are in close-range of the user or the objects in their direct possession. It cannot however be used upon anything on the opponent's person. Techniques which are created by the user allows for the infusion to occur within the same timeframe as the jutsu which Mandate of Heaven is applied to. Alternatively, the user can apply a single confrontation hand seal causing a premature explosion in the object in question, voiding the need for immediate physical contact or allowing the explosion to remain latent despite physical contact. This requires the user be aware of the clash, however. The explosions produced by Mandate of Heaven are naturally angled away from the user preventing damage from the explosion as well as negating recoil. Mandate of Heaven can be used five times per battle.
